Very dissatisfied customer, be careful when you order from this anything through AliExpress. I ordered a Hair straightener and a car trash organizer, I received a lingerie and an Apple Watch charger which I will not make use of. I tried multiple times to solve the problem with the sellers and Aliexpress, neither one wanted to take responsibility. Somewhere along the process, one of them made a mistake by sending me the wrong item, they keep asking me for prove, I keep sending the same picture of what I received, I don't know what other prove they want. I never received my hair straightener or car trash organizer, never got a refund, neither from the seller or AliExpress, neither of them wanted to take responsibility of their mistake and I' m the one who ended up paying for it. Why would I be wasting my time and energy if I would have received the right items? Very frustrated and dissatisfied with the whole process and their customer service dealing with the issue. Not fair for the customer who paid for something they never received, and AliExpress not wanting to refund the money or at least investigate what went wrong on their side to solve the issue and keep their customer happy. I learned my lesson, sometimes when you try to save some money, you end up paying more. Better to pay a little bit more, avoid all this frustrating process and ensure if something goes wrong with your item, they'll have your back, help you solve the issue and get your money back send you the right item. Very unhappy customer.
Bought 2 cameras EKEN from ATPowers, who had the best feedback and proposed from EKEN forum.
He send me 2 cameras with issues, probably from factory. I keep one, the seller refund me 20 $, the 2th returned back and received as replacement another model, used and bad repaired!
So, I make a dispute. But the Buyer protection is a Joke! Its only seller protection, they proposed to refund 12 $, or to returned back and loose 20$ (the cost of shipping).
This was my 1th and last order from Aliexpress.
Also be carefull at the good feedback of sellers, they ask to write good review in exchange to refund part of the payment.

You'll find plenty of obviously fake 5 star comments so please treat everything with caution. 80% of the goods are great, arrive fast and have no problem. HOWEVER, if you do have a dispute... you're screwed. AliExpress side with the seller instantaneously and you lose you cash they supposedly hold in Escrow.

Now if you don't receive your product you cannot leave feedback... THIS WILL BE THE DEATH NAIL FOR ALIEXPRESS. So when you look at a sellers feedback the only people that are able to leave feedback are the ones that got there products, What about all the ones that didn't get there products paid for them waited the eight weeks then had to make a CLAIM TO GET YOUR OWN MONEY BACK and then you cant warn others. More and More dissatisfied customers and what they dont understand is I dont tell one or two people I advise as many people as I can... At the Moment AliExpress are Ok because they have only alienated half the population, I think they are currently working through the Russian population...

Ordered a watch that arrived in a box that was damaged. The watch did not work, there were no operating instructions in any language other than Chinese, the tool to replace the battery was rusted, and the screws holding the battery container were stripped. This should be an easy return. AliExpress made the process of getting my money back very difficult. Only one issue could be addressed, only three photos permitted to prove your case. Despite that the seller finally agreed to refund the full amount I paid for the watch and to refund my shipping costs when I returned the watch. While I was waiting for my refund AliExpress stepped in, settled the dispute and sent me a check for $12. Given the seller was prepared to return the full amount plus my shipping costs I am very suspicious of what AliExpress did. I spent $70 on a watch that did not work and shipping costs to return it and AliExpress thinks I should be refunded $12. Do not expect customer service or fairness in any dispute with this company.

I was trying to place a order. It said order was complete and then 2 minutes later i got another email stating order has been canceled and they need additional information. As i ordered mother board of iphone 7 plus of usd 220 with trust of aliexpress that product will be ok and will work. But when it got deliver and install it was not working i contacted aliexpress seller accepted my return i return product with bearing shipment cost with all safety measure but when product reaches them they mention me product is damaged and cannot return it i send them my packing video which is completely saying that product send is in ok condtion but buyer send blured and manupulated video which is completely saying that product has been retaped and seller has conducted fraud. I have used AliExpress for items like screen protectors and cases for my phone that are cheap. Also for some touch screens and a screen for my compact camera. Everything went well. However, the platform has a huge fault. A seller will give you a tracking number that may or not be fake. In my case, the seller supposedly sent the item, gave me a tracking number and then told me he can't send it using a silly excuse like "item didn't pass the quality check". I had to open a dispute and claim "sent item to wrong address" in order to get my refund because the tracking number showed that the item was delivered in The Netherlands while the destination was Greece. No option "seller didn't send the item'. Since a tracking number was given the seller is covered. Good luck waiting for 2 months until your order is deemed lost and again wait for the refund.
Always ask the seller directly through private message (good luck again understanding their google translated Chinese to English) if they have stock and take screenshots to use as proof. Never trust the stock counter that shows on the page.
Oh, forget about paypal. They do not accept it.
At first I was surprised with their low priced products and flexibility to deliver worldwide. But be warned this online store is TIME WASTER! In my case I ordered 3 different products after waiting for more than a 30 DAYS my ordered was just cancelled without any reason though the products was already paid. I just wasted my time and just charged with SERVICE CHARGED for no delivered products.

Well this came as a surprise to me, but yesterday I received a letter from my credit card company telling me that they had been successful in retrieving a full refund from Aliexpress for the faulty Tablet PC I purchased in February this year.
I had been emailing the seller and Aliexpress Customer Services and Alibaba Head Office since March and was getting absolutely nowhere at all. So I decided to ask my credit card company to do a charge back and after about 6 weeks they got a full refund for me.
If anyone else needs a refund if you have paid with a credit or Visa card then try and do a charge back and under Visa Rules and Regulations the should make a refund.
Thanks To all who read my reviews and take my advice Stay Away from Alibaba and Aliexpress, I was lucky this time but may not be next time so I will not buy from there again.
AliExpress does not understand the meaning of Customer Relations. They are over-protective of the irresponsible traits of their sellers. If they really want to become the powerhouse sales outlet that their competitor (eBay) is, then they need to step up their game.
While their prices are excellent, the shipping time are horrendous, and expedited shipping is very expensive.
I have recently had a couple of run-ins with them over orders that failed to arrive. They are very resistant to the obvious evidence that is derived from tracking a shipment. They cling to a 60 day delivery window, then seek to extend the window by an additional 15 days if you allow it.
If something looks amiss on the tracking report, do not hesitate to open a dispute. It can only help.
My biggest complaint is that the management of AliExpress has no clue about what a "Good Will Gesture" is. If a customer has a problem that drags on, the refund should make the customer happy, right?
Wrong! If you want to keep the customers coming back after a bad experience, give them an incentive, or risk losing their business. AliExpress has no clue about this.
I requested a bunch of stuff from the site and the service from the stores were amazing... yes it takes a while to receive the items but come on! You have to inform yourself, on every page you can see the company name, the delivery period, the reviews, the amount of buyers, everything and if you want something contact them first to make sure they are a legit business. The items are too cheap ( too good) to be true. Ordered shoes, they got lost in china. I was refunded immediately. Ordered a coat that was supposed to be down, the foreign supplier, jenny sun, did not even know what "down" was and it was a jacket, not a coat and wayyyy too small. Ordered a xxl and i could no even fet my arms in and i just wanted extra room for when i wear sweatshirts underneath. Put in a dispute and got nowhere... SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE. NOT WORTH IT.
