Product is good just like another brand, everithing working normaly... just the problem is seller uploading the wrong tracking number, i'm waiting and someday status package change to delivered but i not recive it. Open dispute and contack seller it's fake tracking number? And seller show the true tracking number,. In final i recive my package
The day after placing an order I received 3 messages all together from the seller: 1rt: product out of stock... 2nd: please cancel the order... 3rd: time is up I have to fill the tracking number. So now I have this unexistent order shipped with a fake tracking number. The seller told he will refund after I will open a dispute which is in 15 days. I need that money now to order somewhere else and this is a seller fault. Aliexpress customer service doesn´t give a f**k, first of all they are idiots to understand anything even with pictures of the conversation and when they finally get it they say that thay can´t do anything. What kind of customer protection is it. In Amazon it wouldn't happen.
I´ll never buy from them, hope to receive the refund some day.
I ordered an item from one vendor, they took the money off my credit card, and then 3 days later they told me the item was sold out. I asked to have another colour, that too was sold out, so I cancelled my order. I was refunded the money, but because of the US dollar going up and me paying in CAD i lost money for absolutely nothing. Thought i would try one more seller. I ordered the product, the next day the money was taken off my credit card, and about 2 1/2 weeks later i received an email stating my order had been shipped. I was provided with a tracking number, but said i wouldn't be able to track it for about 5 days. No problem... yeah, problem. Another 2 weeks goes by, and all of a sudden i get a message stating the item I ordered was out of stock. What? She asks me if maybe i would like this one, same item, different colour, and sends me a pic of it too. Im super furious and irritated, as my account is still showing the status of this item as shipped. Worried i won't get a refund if i complain, i say yes i'll take the other colour. Not an hour later she writes me back and says sorry... sold out. I told her to cancel my order and refund me exactly what was taken off my credit card in canadian dollars. I had to open a dispute, and then she authorized a refund, but could i please write a favorable review. That was two days ago, waiting to get the refund before a write a scathing review. And lo and behold, the shipped status is gone and it says cancelled now. Wish me luck. Don't bother ordering and if you do... good luck.
I have ordered multiple times from many different store through them. I LOVE everything I get. The key is to READ the information they supply, and to READ the confirmation they send. I ordered on 5/7 Saturday got most confirmations of shipping on 5/8 Sunday It also says that I have purchase protection till 6/27. That tells me it will be probably mid June before I see it. I also says that if I don't get it by then to open a dispute. All these things are highlighted and linked in the e-mail they send. If you think you are getting a designer. Dress for $20 and in 2 weeks, you are delusional They communicate quite well, and also check for messages. I cannot wait to get all the stuff I ordered, but I do order it way in advance of my needing it. This company deals is all languages all over the world, If I need to communicate, I used simple terms, proper spelling and no slang. I think they do a great job. Just remember, it is an import and it is coming from China, and a lot offer free shipping, WHAT! Thank You.
I should have done my research as you are now! I purchased three pendant lights for my new home. I soon received an email say they were out of U.S. stock, but could send me the lights from their China stock. I agreed.
Weeks passed and I contacted them about my order which they responded a day later saying they are being shipped in 3 days. Anther week went by and I had to contact them again. They responded a day later with tracking numbers where the information was in in Chinese. Once I got that cleared up I thought we were good to go. Wrong!
I kept watching the tracking on a daily basis and it was not changing. When I contacted them again, they said not to worry, it is coming.
Six weeks later I received my product only to find all three lights scratched up and missing parts. When I complained about it. They said they would give a partial refund and i could go buy paint and parts to fix the lights. WTH?
I bought and paid for a new product and I expect a new product. They still refused to honor that request. I currently have a dispute in with my credit card company against AliExpress.com.
Don't purchase from them unless you are willing to accept sub-par product which very likely will be damaged. They won't give you a refund either. They try to barter with you for a deal that favors them.
Terrible Suppliers. Terrible Customer Service. Average Prices. Slow Shipping. I have dealt with many websites globally and this one is really terrible dealing with their suppliers is a nightmare.
This was my first and LAST time to order from AliExpress. I paid for my purchase and was promised a delivery time of 12-20 days. At day 28 I contacted them and they assured me it was being delivered that day. Nothing was delivered. At day 35 I contacted customer service again (which, by the way, is not easy... live chat with huge lag time between broken-English responses). I was told the seller would be contacted. I was then told by the seller (via email) I would not receive a refund and to continue to wait and to remove my online dispute request. 6 WEEKS later my product arrived. I no longer needed it 6 weeks later, as it was a going away gift for someone. I had to buy something else for the person, since my product did not arrive as stated.
I'm actually OK with the product arriving late - I mean it stinks, but I understand things happen. It was the POOR customer service and the "suck it up buttercup" attitude I got when I was trying to track the package and no one could tell me where it was or when I would get it. And they were most definitely not giving me a refund. But they were happy to keep my money for 6 weeks all while telling me to just wait and one day it will arrive.
Horrible company. Will never use again and will never recommend it. Too many other reliable companies with great customer service available.

Otherwise I have purchased items from aliexpress and some are honest however Mars fashion shop has bad quality items and has fake feedbacks so please stay away from this seller, this seller will ignore your message once you purchase the item and basically just a rip off once he will show you a photo of a good bag and send something else so please be aware and careful I rather advice you to purchase items from another store or seller rather then wasting your time with this particular Mars fashion shop aliexpress seller ice shen
I was a littler nervous about ordering a wedding dress online especially coming from China. Due to the so called "buyers protection" plan, I felt comfortable. It clearly states if you do not like the product, was not what was described OR if it was not delivered in the promised delivery time then you could get a full refund. The dress was NOT the dress in the picture, you could tell they made an effort to duplicate it with cheaper fabric which gave the entire dress a different look. On top of that, I paid an extra 60.00 dollars to have it delivered within 15 days, not only was a fake tracking number issued, but we did not receive the product until about 30 days later. It was delivered bunched up in a small bag... thats right! A wedding dress balled up in a small bag, but it was not even close to the same dress. The very next day, I open the dispute and I am still waiting. It was denied at first stating the they used good fabric and it was a good dress therefore I could not have a refund. Then whats the "buyers protection" plan for? OH thats right! To scam you out of more money. My advice ladies! Spend the extra money and find a dress NOT from here! You will regret it!
AliExpress London Gb took payment for an order I placed. The order disappeared and there is no way to contact anyone. I have ordered in the past but will NEVER order from them again.

I can say that it's like poker to find a reliable seller. Three month ago, I ordered a power bank for my old Oppo, but unfortunately, it seems I found a bad seller...
I got a confirmation after my payment, but no shipping two weeks later. I tried to contact the seller by sending an email, but no response. After many reminders, I finally received an answer with a lot of excuses that explained that the item was not in stock (!) So I ask them to cancel the order, but no response again. I sent another email a week later and guess what? They finally reply that they can't cancel the order as it was just shipped out. To prove it they gave me a tracking number. I waited and, after another month, I realized that the tracking number was fake.
So I tried to contact Aliexpress directly but the only way to contact them through their online chat that claims 24/7. In fact, most of the time the service is not available. Finally, I succeed to reach them but was disappointed to see that they were obviously biased toward the seller. Maybe because they are the reason to be of the maket place.
Lastly, I make a dispute which take time to fill. However, no news since I claimed a refund. Very bad experience.
Now, when I see all those bad comments on SiteJabber, I understand I am not an isolated case, so I will never use Aliexpress again.
Aliexpres admin super but there is a store that could be more responsible for its production because everyone thinks that aliexpres are not good quality

I ordered an electric bicycle from store that is listed on Aliexpress. The store number is *******! Be careful! I was lured into paying over €360 and all I got was 2 cheap sunglasses. They had atracking number with the parcel. Now they claim that I got the bike which is a lie. BIG SCAM. The name of the seller is ABBY SMITH!

I ordered a $700 lab pump from AliExpress and it caught on fire upon plugging it in. No one has returned my email request for returning the product. I have filed a fraud worming against your company and Aliexpress. STAY AWAY OF ALIEXPRESS AND CHINNES PRODUCTS. In addition they give you a very short time to dispute a product, in term the seller knows this and delays response time. Once the time runs out you may never access the product, seller, or your purchase history to dispute. There is no way to contact Aliexpress for any kind of issue.

Answer: In my opinion. NO. I had to jump through hoops and make reports and threaten to make reports, it didn't help. I got my order, but couldve gotten the same thing from ebay faster and easier.
Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
Answer: There is no customer service what so ever so be very careful when buying on AliExpress. Buyer protection is a load of BS and if problems arise with your order they will always side with the seller. I would suggest using a shop that someone that you know has already used to purchase hair.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
