Ali Baba & the 40 thieves

I ordered a laptop motherboard for $184. It arrived with a thermal paste patch on it and when I asked the seller what was it he claimed it was just for protection during shipping. When it was installed laptop would start but then would immediately shuts down. Seller asked to return it but when he received it he claimed it was broken when in fact I made sure there was no way it can get damaged during shipping back. Customer support claimed the seller provided them with evidence it was damaged but they never showed me his evidence. I tried to make them understand it was defective when I received it and the thermal past was put by the seller because he knew it was overhearing. I tried to convince them thermal past is used to reduce the overheat and they can confirm my claim with any electronic engineer. They simply ignored this fact and closed the dispute in favor of the seller. Result is I lost $184 for the item plus $20 for shipping back.

Have you ever wondered why would Aliexpress give their sellers a an extended time (10-20 days) to ship. Simple it is because their sellers sell something they do not have and if they can not provide the item they give them the option to cancel the order with no damage or penalty to them.
Bottom line this site and its sellers are nothing but a Chinese crooks.

I have been with eBay for the last 8 years and nothing like this has ever happened to me so i decided to stick with a legitimate site and never deal with such crooks anymore.

I ordered 10 makeup pouches and received them defective. The buttons don't line up to close. I have tried uploading picture evidence but coincidentally everytime I want to open a dispute about ANY product, I cannot provide evidence on their site and aliexpress blames me for having no evidence. If you haven't figured it out yet, this is how it works. Aliexpress and alibaba are biased towards the suppliers and make the process of trying to file a dispute difficult. The suppliers and aliexpress are in a lot of collusion. I've seen this with products I've searched and suspicious suppliers trying to outsell each other plus my shipping charges kept fluctuating by the minute depending on what I clicked. Suppliers are tryiing to trick you out on shipping, then when you send them the shipping charge for return, they say NO we will not pay for shipping. These suppliers get huge discounts in shipping that they could pass on to you if they like but choose not to. Then you are battling for dollars and cents with petty suppliers. Trust me aliexpress alibaba and the suppliers are involved in a lot of collusion. Their whole system is corrupted. I suggest you get out while you can.

Scam website

I was trying to send a gift to a friend of mine in Ukraine from Texas. If you have never tried this, you will find it is very hard to accomplish. AliExpress has reviews that says you can pay them and they will get it delivered. I spend the time with my friends and put in several orders. My bank called me to verify payment and I agreed. We waited several days with it getting closer to the holidays. Finally I received an email that said they had canceled all of my purchases. "We are sorry to inform you that we have to cancel your order for security reasons. To make sure your transaction is secure, please provide us with documentation by clicking My Appeal for further verification."

After reading the documentation they were requesting... My drivers license, Social Security Card, and Pasport. Next they wanted all one Bank statement?

Who does this? I don't even provide this to the American government. Amazon and eBay do not even request this to sell or buy?

I tried to question this issue. They have no phone number to call. The one email address I have found is for buyers questioning sellers on their site. Not questioning AliExpress bad behavior.

I tried chat and was told that I did not have a choice. I hate to tell them that I always have a choice. I have chosen to let the world know about their scam of a website and will buy my products from reputable websites.

Buyers beware! SCAM SITE!

I guess I've been lucky?

So, I'm a college student and buying clothes isn't easy when prices add up. I use aliexpress as one of my go-to stores. I am a pretty flexible person when it comes to clothes as I am not expecting my clothes to be top-quality all-around designer clothes. If you want that, you go to a store that sells those types of articles. However, when I first found out about this store, I was already expecting it to have average views. Why? First of all, the store is in China. The people in China make the clothes. They're intended for small people, but try to accommodate American sizes. Secondly, the store is cheap. So, you ideally get what you pay for. I've never had any problems with the store in terms of my sizing being off for clothes I purchased. I always estimate the clothing either being true to size since I'm petite or a size larger. You should ALWAYS measure yourself in cm and NEVER inches. Also, look at the reviews. It will save yourself. Common sense people: never purchase something without a decent amount of reviews. I only purchase clothes with not only reviews, but reviews with photographs of the clothing.

It was a bad idea

I don't like to buy any Chinese goods. But once I decided to order a few T-shirts on AliExpress. It was a bad idea - I received two T-shirts instead of three. And I didn't get my money back.

Little parcel (200€) was send from HHX shop but was refused by my nighbour.
Went back via DHL to PostNL, and after this trace is lost.
Dispute closed the case for no reason.
Second disput with clear indication of the trace lost return to sender situation was also closed for no reason.
Return policy us usless, lets say it does not exist.
Money lost no refund no help.

BEWARE BEWARD

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ALI EXPRESS OR THE VENDOR (HOT SEASONS). I purchased a wig and received the incorrect one. I told the seller and they told me to send it back and I will be refunded the wig fee and the shipping fee. I sent the wig back the end of February. I have not received a refund yet and it has been 7 months and im still trying to recover my money. I have contacted so many representatives from Ali express on this matter and no one seems to want to help me. The seller is no longer answering my messages. I was told by ali express that they would do a courtesy refund and they did not have to speak to the seller to do it. I still have not received this refund and have not been contacted about it. I NEED HELP. I think this is very unfair to Ali Express customers to be treated in such a way with no results FOR MONTHS. I WILL NEVER order from there again.

I paid $40.99 for a watch from Store #*******, THE WORLD FAMOUS BRAND WATCH, represented by Kate Norene, they sent me an ear piece and no watch. The seller was able to proof delivery even though there was no watch and my money was released to them. After numerous emails, still did not get my money. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS STORE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU WHAT YOU DID NOT ORDER?

Very Dishonest!

"I ordered Christmas pajamas for my kids. I found after I ordered that they were not what I thought and promptly canceled the order. I canceled my order online within 24 hours, 4 days before my items were shipped. I also spoke with a representatice via chat and confirmed him I was canceling when he tried to convince me to go through with the order. He voided my cancel. I then canceled a second time, still 3 days before my order was shipped. They AGAIN voided my cancelation a and shipped it anyway. I do not recommend using Aliexpress. They are very dishonest."

Personally I felt like I was being watched on this site. I had an account for personal shopping and wanted one for business for bulk orders etc. When I went to do another account, I was locked out. I could see that my IP address was being read. When I tried to sign in on my phone, I was told use a computer. Like how they know what I am on and am telling me what I should and should not sign in on. An agent came on and she told me take a screenshot of my screen to show her the error message. She gave me a site to use. I did not try taking any screen shot of my screen for her. Then she said that the system see I have two account with that IP so i got locked out. I had gone through a long process selecting sample items for my store to buy and then was told me they will get back to me in about three days. W. T. This made no sense. On Amazon you can have a personal account and seller/business account separately if you want. Three days gone no response from them, just from sellers wanting to know if I was still purchasing the stuff. When I added in my credit card info, the screen froze and I had to quickly clear the information. Like someone hijacked the screen in that then moment, I just stuck t good ol paypal. After this I def wont dropship with them. Don't trust some sites just spying on people. Watch them.
