Im a diamond buyer

Im a Diamond member for years,at least like 10 orders awaiting deliveries at any single time.had a problem with an android TV box,opened a dispute,sent a number of videos as a proof,then eventually asked me to return it,with the seller to pay the cost of shipping
Then i was surprised when the seller said,that he is not paying more than 15usd,shipping from Zambia to China,thats crazy,neither local post or FedEx can be that low as 15usd as the seller is demanding me.
Tried to chat with Aliexpress customer agent,they didn't know what to do apart from promising to discuss it with seller.
That was unbelievable.nothing happened and i didn't return it,and i lost my cash
Its obvious that the Chinese incomplete spirit in manufacturing is also their in the buyer protection.
The buyer protection only works if you didn't receive it,its easy to prove that,but if the item is defective or even broken,no more protection.

After days of chating with the customer service,they emailed me saying that i suppose to negotiate with the seller and agree about a partial refund,the seller keep saying sorry for any proposal,doesnt even propose back

Didn't receive item, seller wouldn't provide tracking, informed me delivered and signed for, no one was home to sign and it wasn't delivered. Seller would NOT provide USPS tracking number but kept telling me to contact USPS. That's IMPOSSIBLE without a tracking number. Sent me dead hyperlinks. Then AliExpress, in dispute process, asks ME to provide tracking info or otherwise prove it wasn't delivered. They don't seem to understand now shipping and customer service works. Run away from AliExpress, it's TERRIBLE.

AE will not help you when a dishonest seller steals your money and tells lies. AE believe the seller not the customer. I bought a 2800 rpm motor with a speed regulator, a damaged 3200 rpm arrived the speed regulator did not arrive, I requested a refund but AE did not believe me that the speed regulator had not been sent to us, I have tried everything I can think of to convince them that we did not get the speed regulator they only believe the seller who is telling lies. My next step is to see my lawyer and sign an affidavit but AE would probably not even believe that. Pay Pal want me to return the item "as described in the advertising" how can I return an item that I did not receive, if I do not sent the motor back I will not get a refund, but if I do send the motor back I still will not get a refund because it is not "as described in the advertising". So be warned do not buy anything from Ali Express and especially do not buy anything from Yuntaike Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. they are thieves and they tell lies.

I have been trying for a month now to get a refund on a package that was NEVER delivered to me. A signed, official letter from the post office saying I never got a package that YOU PEOPLE put the label on? Like the post office has time for that BS. NEVER, NEVER NEVER do business with AliExpress

DoNot order hair from hair time hairshop they take yor money, and will not respond if you have an complaint! My lesson to you all if you buy hair never give a review just off of a first day install/ or just opening the package. I did this and once I got it installed it shed matted and tangled all after 3 days of installation... all of the things Helen mei said it would not do! I tried to send her several messages and photos, and she REFUSED to respond! She only respond if you don't have any complaint. Very dissapointed, and I tried to send a complaint thru alliexpress and no one ever to this date read my email, or responded! I will let every one know to stay clear away fom this website!

Idea is very good, you can find everything which sold in china. You can find the best prices. Site is also trusted, and good payment security system. But there is too many seller which are trying to fraud. You will never be sure before you get product if it is genuine. Even the best rated sellers trying to sell imitations. There is also sellers which does not send the products to you and waiting to that you forget the production time and get money without sell anything. They have to find a good punishment system to sellers which are trying to fraud.

Language problem is also a big problem. Even some of the best selling sellers don't know english or know a little. They always reply with baidu translation and this a really problem.

Also when you have a problem, you can not contact any PERSON from customer support because of time difference. You have to talk with bots. And sometimes you can not find your answer in faq, and you need a real person immediately. But you can contact customer care support only in working hours of chine with live chat. They have to add e-mail support too

I placed a order for a pair of shoes on aliexpress the size I ordered was an 8, when I received my order nearly 2 months after it was placed, the shoe does not fit. I sent a message to Jennifer Jiang the seller stating the the size was two small, she asked if I wanted to return for bigger size I declined stating that it took 2 months to get item i am not interested in waiting another 2 months to receive a replacement. So I disputed this with aliexpress sending evidence and all and they declined my dispute. Listen to me when I tell you to STAY AWAY, I am not just stating this because I am bitter its the truth, most products or nothing as they seem, and aliexpress does not live up to its order agreement. DO NOT ORDER FROM JENNIFER JIANG.

I buy diffrent products by the help of AliExpress many years by now. Sometime I had bad experince with few sellers. I apreciate that aprox. 90% of my transactions were OK. I recomand this site to my friends many times. Thank you AliExpress. I appeciate your activity.

Bought a laptop mainboard. It was faulty. Returned it as instructed. My Post Office has proof of their receiving it. They deny it arrived.
Stretched the process out till it was too late for dispute or leaving feedback.

When place an order on the Aliexpress.com, they will charge to your credit card account immediately. You would expect they will give you credit/refund back the same efficient way. But not!

I placed an order with Aliexpress. Several days later, seller informed me that they did not have the stock (don't ask me why they put the product for sale), and that I need to initiate the cancellation for my order. I did as instructed. Seller accepted my cancellation and the refund process presumably started as shown on my order status.

However, nothing happen for half a month now. I contacted the seller, they said I will get my refund but they don't know when. I contacted Aliexpress customer service, they say I should receive my refund soon, if not, contact them again. However, they gave me no information regarding when I should receive the refund or transaction number for the refund process.

This order was cancelled from the very beginning and concurred by the seller, I am sure Aliexpress can handle the refund process as efficient as when they handle the charges for the order. The reasons behind why they won't do it, is really give all buyer a bad taste.

I have initiated a dispute process with my credit card company. My credit card company are more reliable then Aliexpress.

Extremely Risky

Bought 3 jerseys. The seller never send the items. Filed a dispute. Then, the seller rejected it! Can't understand. He has failed to full-fill his promise to deliver the goods. When I asked for my money back, he declined. He promised to deliver my goods before I filed for dispute. But never did. When I filed for dispute, he promised again. My take is this guy is trying to buy time for himself until the protection period ends.

This is the third time in 2 months I'm experiencing this.

Now I've filed my case for arbitration. My money is stuck with them. Have to wait. I did contact the customer service asking about the time-line. The customer service people also don't know how long it normally takes to refund my money.

I've pointed out to them that my case is straightforward. The seller provides me with an untraceable tracking number. Meaning, the seller never shipped my order out. This, they can easily check.

If the seller didn't shipped out my order, so why do they have to hold on to my money? Besides, after about a month (the buyer protection is for 29 days), then, I'll be left uncovered.

That's how the game is played.

My advice (to those who wanted to try their luck with Ali), in 5-7 days (max) if the tracking number that the seller provides is not working, then, dispute your order(s). Don't leave it until late. Otherwise you'll be left uncovered, since in most cases the protection period is for about a month.

Do not trust!

The seller sent me broken products and they refused to refund
Me full. Then I applied a full refund by opening dispute. However I
Only got a partial refund at the end which I am not happy with. AliExpress
Gave me 2 proposals (more like options), Partial refund without
Returning the goods or full refund by sending the products back by
Shipping cost paid by buyer which cost me more than $50 from Australia
To China. Why I have to pay for the returning shipping cost that is not
My fault? Then I refused both proposals. However it was ignored and AliExpress only refund me partial,,,,, DO NOT TRUST THEIR BUYER PROTECTION! ( It is useless and it is a seller protection.)

My order is not deliverd to me. Aliexpress asked to provide evidence. I did. With no communication their conclusion is not to refund anything. On which basis? It is all great until something is not according to the standard process. As an individual you have no rights and the real face of this giant is exposed. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
