I spend more than 400 $ on a navigation system from a seller who named ZWNAV.
The system dosen´t work, me revers alarm on the car, me day light, cruise control, onboard computer and tire pressure monitor system(tpms) dosent work. I ask the seller to help me but nothing happend. Finaly i open a dispute case to get aliexpress to helping me but the wont help(shure its cause its a big amount).
Ali express say it needs a video to see the problem but the system can handle a video. The seller say the same, shure the seller knows i can send a video.
So now im here with a navigation system that dosent work as promissed and more than 400 $ much poor.

Terrible experience. Dealt with a seller (BDIEN Bike Store) who is a liar and thief. I ordered large pants, but I was sent a pair that were a similar to a small child size pants. I couldnt even fit my legs in. I sent the seller proof that he had the wrong sizes for US large. What he called "large" was in actuality a "small". The seller was rude and had no customer service skill.
So keep these 2 things in mind:
1. When you buy on Aliexpress be prepared for rude sellers, no customer service,
2. If you aren't satisfied with your order expect and no refunds. If you want to return any items from the USA, the sellers do not provide free return shipping. To ship to China it will cost at a minimum $35 - $50 for small items, so it isn't worth it for items less than $50.00. Aliexpress knows this and that is why they offer a "money back refund when the items are returned". They know most people in the US aren't going to return the item because it is too expensive.
DO NOT BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS!

Ordered Off the AliExpress Webb site, one Kmise Banjolele with bag and tuner, the order was accepted, and delivery notification emailed to my address with instruction to contact the sender for tracking information, it didn't matter how I tried the AliEpress site would not accept my password, even when asking for a lost password to be re-issued back to me. Then the Banjolele arrived to my address, opened the box to find a different neck on the Banjolele to the one we agreed to buy on the AliExpress Webb site very roughly put together with miss matched parts very poor built quality and very poor quality strings fitted.
No set up instruction's just looks like a cheap copy Banjolele and a very poor site to deal with

Supplier just hacked the OS on network bar and about section to show fake features, no reliable support from AliExpress and no refund, because chinese customs doesn't accept devices.
On 2020-03-21, I ordered a tv box X96 +, order #**************, the price was cheap, but I didn't receive my order it tooks more than 2 months and still now I didn't receive my order, I tried to open a dispute, but it wasn't possible, And there is no option to contact the customer service.

Site sells a lot low quality products and merchandises not matching with the photos. I even had a purchase with tracking showed "delivered" but never received it. I filed a search with USPS, left note to mailman and sent out emails to neighborhood group, no finding at all. I had to file dispute at Aliexpress and site asked me to provide official document with seal to prove I don't have it (? Mission impossible). Both seller and Aliexpress refused to provide me package detail information(sender's name, address, product brand, value declared for the package). I couldn't even file a police report. I paid for a purchase I never received and spent a lot of times to be ignored. Buyer definitely not protected and have to be aware about their cheap, low qualities products which are different from site's descriptions. I regret that I made quite couple purchases at same time. I highly suggested that do not purchase at Aliexpress, amazon is a way way better site to shop with. By the way the store I shop is Aliexpress Store No. ******* Store: NAAMLOOS Official Store.

Its very very hadr to buy in it. I dont feel safe in diamonds markjed sites. Its very dificulty to understand. Once upon a time, I buyed two data storage. Aliexpress refunded me. They are poor quality and dont had the sotrage announced. But I still need this, so I prefer to have the product, than a totally refund. Nowdays I could buy, but is a dificulty to understand all this site. I prefer to give my time to learn chinese to deal with shops than staying hours analisying it. The price is almost the best, but is not enough to make a decisiopn to buy with then.
They must have to decrease their delivery time. Delivery time is poor. Once i have not recieved my order and they have deducted my amount. The item i have recieved is a good one in a good cocndition.

Their so-called Buyer Protection isn't worth anything! As it is only valid for 2 weeks - whereby they want you to try to resolve any problems with the shop you purchased from first! Where this will take longer than the 2-week time limit and then you can't raise a complaint! Then you only have a month to write a review - where I lost this time during the complaint process with HochiTech (where I think they drag their heels on purpose, pretend they don't understand the problem and then ask you to PAY for them to be able to send out a replacement controller from China!) So, avoid purchasing off HochiTech also! The product I ordered from HochiTech (Halo Headlight Rings) either don't work properly or HochiTech has misled the buyer! As they do NOT have a white option available (where they only look white on the internet because of a photo being taken of them) where in fact they are an orange colour in the flesh. The remote also doesn't work in that it can't make the lights do half the colours shown on it including the WHITE function, where we only wanted to use the White function on the UK roads.

There are certain shops that I like such as EAM, UMI MAO, XITAO and Cheerart. Recently I purchased archery equipment from Sanlida. All of these shops have great customer service and I recommend all of them.
