Nope - If you don't always sort by low price you will find good quality stuff for cheap.

Nope - the stores are very focused on rating and reputation, they will often try VERY hard to keep you happy, and the website will advance you a refund if the store is hesitant in any way shape or form. Just contact the seller prior to your review and they will be VERY flexible and service minded.
*Everything is a copy
Nope - I have used Xiaomi phones and robot vacuums for years, in terms of android implementations Xiaomi has been a market leader, and in terms of HW, they are often first to market with a lot of features and design compared to Apple and Samsung.
Their robot vacum wins almost every test they are compared in and are WAY cheaper then Romba.
Use your brains and be civil, the Chinese are taking over, not only as a cheap production hub for the world, but now also on innovation, new development and R n D.
I placed an order on 1/31 and as of 2/13 it wasn't shipped so I canceled the order. The seller rejected my cancellation stating it was a good enough reason. How can they tell me it wasn't good enough so I emailed the seller they said no worries they will cancel and give me full refund. The next day they asked me why I was cancelling I told them again they said no worries they will cancel and refund me fully. On 2/25 they shipped my order! I told them how dare they ship it when I cancelled the order? Again they said I never responded to them seriously? I have the emails to prove it. Then I told them I was reporting them and they stated they were sorry and asked me to open a dispute (knowing Aliexpress won't let you for 10 days after they ship) they said for me to accept the delivery and they would give me a 10% refund once I open a dispute and it is a win for me and them. NO WAY I actually was home when DHL tried to deliver and I refused the delivery they sent me another email asking me to accept the delivery and they will give me my 10%. Well I'm not and you know what they can do with that 10%.
There is a terrible customer service, it's diffucult to reach, but I barely reached it, but I din't not reach anything solution. Altough I returned the products, I didn't get my money back Iwant my money back asap. I will never buy anything from here, I'm closing my accountand I'm going to shop from such a site, TEMU is much better than there

Haoyan Official Store is a Scammer of Aliexpress
I want all the world know this store is a scammer and I have the evidence what they said to me in private chat... Be aware of this store Haoyan Official Store, they sent me the damaged and poor quality window blinds, I paid almost $200 USD but they gave me the refund only $35, what am I doing with these damaged blinds? They promised to send me the parts for replacement but I have the right to write comment about their product on the feedback, after they saw my comment they told me they don't send the parts for me anymore. I don't know why does Aliexpress tolerate these kinds of sellers, you can clearly see the way he chats with me so unacceptable and cocky.

I ordered an item at the beginning of June from Ali express, the company I ordered from wrote the wrong address on my package even though I had given them the address to deliver to. I told the seller that they did and they told me no I didn't I pointed out what the didn't put on it compared to what I wrote in as my address. I sent a message to the ali express customer service and did I live chat explaining to them they basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about and I have to wait until august 9 th for them to do something about it. I message and message for help even trying the seller to help me! I got no help from the seller I got no help from ali express. Now I have dispute the order since august 9th is over and they're telling me I have to wait long to see if I will get the package. Its over 2 months now and yet they still will do nothing for me. I would advise anyone to buy anything from this company. Customer service is Horrible, the seller's are unprofessional. I cant even give a star ali express isn't worth it. DONT BUY FROM ALI EXPRESS! You will regret dealing with this company. I have also created a complain with the consumer investigations unit of Alberta. That's how bad my experience has been.

I have been dealing with this company now for 3 weeks. I ordered something that contained 2 pieces, they only sent one. I immediately got on chat to speak with someone about it. The rep continued to say the same thing over and over as if she didn't understand or was playing dumb. She tried to get me to click "I received" button, when it clearly states if you click it, you agree you received everything in good standing. I refused! I'm a loyal customer of aliexpress for meny years I have never complain about a seller the service or the company the opposite is true but before 2 weeks iv been scam by one of the sellers that is selling a cardio watch I'm a crippled man with 100% disability and after connecting the seller and notifie him about the problem with the product he star's to ignore my messages and just once told me after I send him pictures to replace the product I even offered him to pay more and buy a better product. He send me pictures and ask for me to choose and since then he is ignoring me and not doing nothing to give me a solution and I discovered in the reviews I'm not the first one.

WAITING 6 MONTHS FOR 10 BATTIERES. They said delivery was delayed so I waited and the told me to give it 2-3 weeks more I waited then they said wait 2 more weeks I waited. I thought this was a great deal... until I made my purchase and he notified me that the order had shipped (he gave me a false tracking number) and then told me that 1 lot= 1 pair of earrings! He is charging not for a pair of earrings but for individual earrings but makes it appear as if you are purchasing 2 pair. I had such an awful awful experience with this person that I was actually in tears! Through email he was mocking and ridiculing me. I don't know who can help me but I have notified an eccomerce legal firm and I hope they can help because even if I never get my money back putting an end to this grand scale theft and scamming will be worth it! They scammed me for £1000 of LEDs that broke in the first month.
I purchased 4x 100m rolls of neon LED. Pink, Yellow, Blue, and Green. Installed them and then realized that the pink and blue were defective, they went into storage and when I reinstalled them 2 years later I had to replace the pink and blue with the same supplier.
Green and Yellow were all fine.
The first round of Blue and Pink literally had chunks of live copper sticking out the side, when I ordered the replacement, they all started dying in the first month and will likely all break completely. On 2 occasions they have failed to make pink and blue neon, they actually are incapable of making a working product.
They told me:
- the order didn't exist, straight-up denial it happened
- rats probably ate it
- asked me why they broke
The just sent random messages with nonsense replies.
Ali Express was sent the evidence on a Google Drive and simply stated there was no evidence. They do not prevent the scammers from scamming.
I have completely lost faith and will never buy anything of significant value directly from a Chinese supplier, they do not follow the same consumer laws and standards expected from European / US suppliers. Let an intermediary deal with the supplier and buy with a warranty from UK/Europe, you will get stung doing business on this platform.
I spend more than 400 $ on a navigation system from a seller who named ZWNAV.
The system dosen´t work, me revers alarm on the car, me day light, cruise control, onboard computer and tire pressure monitor system(tpms) dosent work. I ask the seller to help me but nothing happend. Finaly i open a dispute case to get aliexpress to helping me but the wont help(shure its cause its a big amount).
