There were supposed to come with a 2 year warranty. One of the lights died after just a month. I tried emailing the seller with no response. I also contacted customer service, and still no response. My credit card company won't reimburse me for car parts. Basically, I'm out $50 US. WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM ALIEXPRESS EVER AGAIN! TOTAL SCAM!

Do not be tempted to Buy. Purchase protection policy is a fraud, customer satisfaction is zero and vendors are selling you garbage.

Never buy any expensive item which has one year guaranty. If it stopped worked before you never got replacement nor money back

AliExpress is a very good online marketplace with lots of products and very fair pricing, I really love it so much.

Seller promised 60 days On Time Delivery Guarantee, I waited 75 days and not receiuved. After claiming Refund Dispute Team told me they have right to extend this time 15days and asked me to wait 88 days! This is unbelivable! It is written that Payment will be refunded if not received in 60days, I wait 75days, they tell me that i must wait more 28days (60+28=88days)! Dont trust Aliexpress and On Time Delivery Guarantee!

I placed an order for 2 pair of sneakers to Datong shoe store from Aliexpress for $45.53. My order number is: **************. Seller sent me wrong shoe models. I open a dispute with Aliexpress and sending in 3 pictures as evidence. The first 2 pictures are original pictures seller posted in his listing. The 3rd picture depict the shoes I received. I ordered shoe from picture A and seller sent me shoe from pictures B. Aliexpress admits seller did send me wrong shoe style then they add because the shoe color (?) are right, I will only entitle a partial refund of $9.11. A $9.11 refund for $45.53 two pair of wrong shoes models? Aliexpress must be crazy or a very sick joke. Aliexpress buyer protection is a very sick scheme scam. Aliexpress team also said If I want a full refund I have to ship the shoes back to China. Aliexpress is very sick place and Aliexpress team are a bunch of profestional crooks. I'm looking to appeal this case on other venues such as Aliexpress on BBB, Aliexpress on Facebook, Washington buyer protection agency and on other venues such as sitejabber.com. I like everybody to knows Aliexpress buyer protection is a very sick scheme scam and aliexpress team are a bunch of profestional crook.

They didn't only send me the wrong product (a 25 tube solar collector instead of a 40 tube collector), but many of the tubes sent were broken and useless to me because of very sloppy packaging.
They delayed the shipment over 35 days so I lost buyer protection! When I complained in time (before expiry), they told me that there is nothing to worry about and I would receive my Solar Hot Water Heater in time. Foolishly enough I trusted them.
When the damaged goods arrived in Canada, I was forced to pay the Ocean Freight, even though it was advertised as free shipping to the next port in Canada. Even on the Bill of Lading I received it was clearly written "Freight Prepaid"!
Later on (when the shipment was underway) I received a second Bill of Lading stating "Freight collect"! This second BOL was issued and signed by the same company on the same date as the first one! (It cost me an extra 399.00$ CD)
All my many complaints by e-mails were ignored from one shipping agent to the next, even though I always submitted names and documents to all parties involved.
The whole process took more then 4 month now and it still didn't change anything.
