3 times I try to order a Brother's printer fuse from China because it was the most reasonable price available in this COVID pandemic. First 2 times, Aliexpress inexplicably cancelled my order. The 3rd time, my order went through. The seller send it through Aliexpress shipping. There was a tracking number & was set to arrive in 21 days. Within 10 days, the tracking show the package leaving China, clearing customs & supposingly arriving at a local facility near me. Over a month later, the package still sits at that facility with no update to shipping. When I contact Aliexpress they offer no information & no way of contacting the facility. I put in a claim to get a refund & they denied the claim stating that it is still in the buyer protection period? If I put in a claim after the protection period ends wouldn't I lose my protection? 1 1/2 months later, I've decided to get the fusers from another source even though the prices are higher. I'm still battling with Aliexpress to get my money back. Bottom line, buying from Aliexpress is totally unreliable. If you really need something urgently, never buy from them.
The delivery company failed to deliver the package twice where I was at home. And the delivery company did not allow me to pick it up either. I started around 10 chats about this package with Ali Express trying to get help with the delivery problem. Still then it was sent back to China. And Ali Express decided they did not want to return the money.

Coffee grinder is not working as it should. Majority of ground coffee is retained in grinding chamber, and grind is very uneven. It is not possible to use it because its design and construction makes it unfunctional in principle. This item should not have been offered for sale. Its advertisement and description appeared to be totally misleading. I have had no choice but to apply for PayPal protection as I paid via PayPal. After that, AliExpress canceled its initiated dispute and claimed that I canceled this dispute. Now, I am waiting for PayPal protection and full refund of my money.

I not-so-recently (three months ago) ordered three little bookcases from a seller on AliExpress... One out of three arrived. It was busted, poorly packaged, and had big globs of glue visible on it that the seller could clearly see before choosing to send this to me... The other two did not arrive. I was waiting patiently, wondering where they were and why they were not sent together in one package with the one I did get. Instead of ever getting the other two bookcases -- or any useful, actual real information about them -- I got a notice that they had been marked as delivered when they had not been. The 'dispute' process is highly questionable! I had to tell them why my items had not been delivered -- as if I would have any idea -- and only out of a drop-down menu that didn't describe my situation accurately in any of the choices! I also had to upload a photo or video -- but of what should that be? Empty space? The place where the item is not? I currently have no way to upload a photo or video, anyway! I wrote that in the description and the final decision came seconds later, so it makes me doubt that a human ever looked at this to begin with, or that it was read or understood if actually looked at... I have definitely thankfully had far better experiences with other sellers on AliExpress, so it is unfortunate AliExpress has these policies that could potentially hurt those other sellers when a customer chooses to discontinue their businesses with AliExpress as a whole because of their terrible 'dispute' policies!
Think carefully when you order because there is a possibility that you will never get what you paid for! Aliexpress has a fake tracking system. The system will falsely show that your shipment is in the local post office and has not actually entered the country, so there is nothing you can do when opening a disputie. From my experience and the experience of many other people which you can read on many forums about experiences from Aliexpress, Aliexpress started doing big scams! You may get what you paid for, and big chances are that you won't! You will throw away money like I did.
I've bought item for 50USD, which stopped working after 2-3 months after receiving it. I struggled with seller for 6 months, he only delayed my actions with aftersales department. After some time i've contacted aftersales department, 3 times, 14days inbetween. Each time they said they will contact seller and convince him to a) refund money or b) send another same product - any of these resolutions i'm happy with. Even they didnt help much, just false promises. So after 9 months battling with seller and then with aftersales department, i've end up with non-working product and without money. I'm never using platform again, even for cheap (2usd) items. Basically you buy garbage or low quality items, which end up in trash and later in the ocean, while AliExpress is making money of it. I've come to a point in life where i buy quality, regardless the price. And i use items for 10+ years, not 6 months.
After many request for cancelation cus they will never confirm delivery and keep adding weeks, finally got through Paypal, this was the last message from them.

I never received any of my two items from AliExpress. After many months of ordering a flash drive and a wrist watch from two different sellers, nobody contacted me for delivery and the items were not delivered but they were marked as delivered. This is my first time of buying on this platform. Unfortunately, I had a very sad experience. However, my happiness is that I didn't lose much to the fraudsters out there who call themselves AliExpress. Patronise them only if you want to lose your hard-earned money to these bunch of criminals masquerading as sellers. Order numbers are ************** and the **************.
Edit: I received the two items after five months. But both of them arrived earlier than that. One arrived after about one month of ordering it while the other arrived after two months. The screen of the wrist watch is also broken. So, I think the shipping company is to blame for late delivery. It isn't my duty though to get things right out there.
AliExpress is supposed to look after the client but instead they always do the interest of the sellers. Watch out for frauds, the platform service will NOT help you out with anything. I ordered a cream colored item. Got a yellow/orange one. I am still responsible for shipping costs back. Why? What fault do I have in this?
If you're lucky and the odds are in your favor you might receive something close to what you thought you ordered a month or so later. However you will likely not get any tracking at all and have to open a case to fight for your money back! Out of 5 orders I had 4 scam me! Not worth the aggravation and time to fight for your money to be refunded.
