Ordered 4 coats and boots size chart not accurate. Items extremely small opened dispute to refund money. First 2 refunds were no problem. I then was notified my account closed due to abuse of buyer protection. But, I could dispute the closing of my account. I'm trying to do that but because my account was WRONGFULLY CLOSED, I was not able to use it to submit a appeal. REALLY!. If you buy clothing in a store and there is no abuse in returning items. I have now received the last two items of my order and of course the boots look nothing like allipress picture and they are so narrow you can't get your foot in. I have no way of contacting this company since they conveniently closed my account. This certainly not a trustworthy company.
I think I would be considered a "frequent" user, average about $400 / month and 5 to 15 purchases.
After not being able to use Paypal for my lastest purchase (AliPay is owned by AliExpress) I made very poor judgement call and used my credit card. The payment was taken by Aliexpress but the item ordered was not registered with them. They have no record of my purchase, so now I am forced to take it up with my bank to get my money back.
The AliExpress website only has a street address to make complaints to. This I find a little strange as they are an "Internet" based business... But I suppose they "can do no wrong"... No more for me - I'm out.
I am extremely dissatisfied with AliExpress and advise others to avoid them. Any attempt to get approval to return anything is rejected. They ask you to provide more and more 'proof' that the items aren't correct, then reject it all anyway, with a curt, "No Refund - item matches description" reply.
They don't state upfront that apparently all sales are final.

My husband tried to order me an FSU jersey for Christmas. No jersey or refund. It is now almost April, and they still have done nothing. He went through all the correct procedures, and nothing! Worthless company! Do not order from these scam artists. The tracking number was even worthless! They should be brought up on charges by countless money they have stolen from people! I do not see how a company like this can still be in business! I would give lower than a 1, but it's as low as it will go here.
I ordered various small items from this company when they had their big sale on November 11th. Unfortunately, 90% of my orders never arrived, so when I tried to ask for refunds, Aliexpress just closed my account. I got some of the money back, but not all of it. How in the world is this fair?! I tried to contact their customer service, but it is only online, and the agents (if they are even real) only have standard automated repossess such as "I understand", "I get your point", or "what is your order number?". These replies don't even make sense in conversations, and the "agents" can't do anything. They ask for you to wait a few minutes and then the chat goes inactive, so you start over with a new agent. Basically, customer service is a joke and a lesson in frustration.
I've done between 300 and 400 orders through Allie. Only one package didn't arrive. Any problems with products that aren't as advertised were easily resolved. They did let me down once and I think its because they didn't understand what I was complaining about.
I ordered an wall chaser that advertised as dust free slotting machine. Instead it produced dust as any odinary angle grinder. After opening my dispute the seller carefully modified the advert. After being informed about the scam and the product problems including the faulty water pump with videorecordings and pictures, the support team refused to refund the money. These days this company is runed by thiefs. Beware.
Never buy things from AliExpress! Besides the shipping speed is extremely slow (usually takes 40-60 days to ship), the quality is extremely bad! The products quality is even worse than those sold in China! And there is no customer service at all! Seller refuses to return anything and replies in extremely rude and offensive tone, even the product was broken right after arrived.
I've had many orders cl. Pleted without a hitch. But the something happens to an order and it does not arrive. Even though the tracking information shows that the order has not been delivered after 2 months the seller disputes. It is still on going but now I'm not even sure I will get my $80 back for something that never arrived. I guess I'll have to deal with my credit card company if it comes to that. It's hit or miss and you can end up losing your money. You've been warned.
I had a good experience with AliExpress, but in order to have a good experience you need to do some research on who you are buying from! Look at the feedback, how many reviews they have and their ratings, also look at their return policy! When you order, make sure to write notes if they need to know any info.
I ordered accessories from here and received all of them within two weeks to California. For now, I only order with ePacket shipping (which usually is a few bucks extra) because it gives me a tracking number and sends me an email when my package has been delivered.
Anyways, my items were received in a timely manner and the items were in good condition, except I got the wrong size of an item and the seller quickly refunded my money.
Well i ve been ordering from this page since january and so far im very pleased, i had an incovenience because one of my packages arrived 2 weeks later than expected but i contacted the sender and i calmed down, i ordered 4 bathing suits and right know i dont have any complaints or issues. My best suggest is to always be in touch with the sender and take a look at the reviews..
Their clothes are in asian size you a comparasion chart for conversion sizes, some orders may take over 2-3 months to arrive its not amazon, and if you are paying $2 for a shirt and $10 for jeans you can't expect it will last like your fav levi's you paid $100 dollars for and a lot of these stores owners don't speak english so keep the communication directly with the store in simple english. Knowing this should help.

I recently ordered a phone from X-show on the Aliexpress platform. I received an empty box, no phone. X-show were terrible, refused to deal with my issue. On going through dispute process, even though I had photos and witness, Aliexpress ruled against me. Very biased towards sellers., the dispute was a disgrace. Be very wary about Aliexpress and do not buy from X-show
Brought a set of mud guard from Ali, sent me 8 screw, with only 4 bolt clip. Talked to seller, not solving any problems. So i said want refund and ship back then the seller got disappeared. Untill now, still fighting with ali for my full refund. Over 35 business day! 2 month!
Things on ali are not that cheap. And if you got something $#*!ty? You are on your own! Their customer service will escalated the case. Yeah, that the case management will contact you single direction! Wow!
So i pity the fool who buy stuff on Aliexpress!
Aliexpress offers so many money-saving products that can really replace brand-produced items. I literary bought here a totally new set of painting supplies as they are so much cheaper here and the quality isnt by any means lower than the actual branded items.
I bought a watch from them and was not working after 100days only. They declined any replacement. The watch is full price plus shipping.
Very disappointed and shame on Aliexpress selling fake product on her platform again!
I been with Aliexpress for about 2 years despite the usual 60 days + for item delivery. A couple of weeks ago and tried to complete a purchase and could not complete due to Aliexpress suspending my account and asking for a photo copy of my drivers license or Passport Copy and copy of my visa and bank statements. By the way my Visa Balance is zero balance with no problems, unsure as to why all of a sudden they are asking for personnel information vendors don't ask for? Has anyone else experienced this?

I purchased four leather conditioners and received confirmation of the purchase immediately. After 2 months the product has not arrived and I received an email saying "Time is up to confirm your order." When I visit AliExpress, the "my orders" box is empty, and when I copied and past the order number, I got a message saying that there is nor order with that number. I faced the same issue when I accessed the claims form, if the order number is not found in the system then you can't leave a claim. Everything was fine when ordering and charging my credit card but once this happened nothing else was even decent. This is a terrible scheme that is not worth the headache. Due to the high number of orders, the bad reviews are buried so buyers be warned and aware.
Buy at your own risk because there is no customer service at AE. They have automated Bots that know nothing and there's NO telephone option to actually speak with a real live agent.
Also beware, they ask you to ship back items to China at your own cost which sometimes works out more expensive than the actual item!
I ordered a magnifier at 10/15x magnification but received a lower power lens. I was asked to ship back (cost $20) a $25 item. So basically, the seller gets his item back and I get almost nothing back.
My advice - stick to Ebay or similar and stay away from AliExpress until they make the seller pay for items not as described.
