Order received not as described. Seller refused to do anything. So is AliExpress after a long and tedious process. I suspect AliExpress did not really do anything other than using the delay technique and eventually you had to give up
Do not buy anything from this site, they are a scam and you will loose your money. Be warned. Fortunately I only wasted 20 euros, could have been a lot more. I wish I would have checked this site first.
It is a bottle opener for the lazy and those that don't want the effort of opening a wine bottle the old fashioned way. I ordered the grey metallic version. Proper and secured packaging. Haven't tested it yet but feels solid. Recommend Rechargeable batteries as well as the seller

I never received the smartphone, but I asked to return my money, but they refuse to return it.
They do not deliver the product, keep the money and simply ignore all messages sent, in addition to attempts to solve this problem.
Very bad service.
Do not buy anything here, as you may run out of product and money.
Horrible service
Only purchased through AliExpress once. Did not receive what I paid for. I ordered an item in Brown and received one in Silver. Even though I submitted pictures, the seller insisted it was Brown. Had to initiate a dispute with AliExpress and although it was determined the item I received did not match what I purchased, I was still held responsible for the majority of the cost, not the seller. It was insulting that I was offered a $3 refund after paying over $20. In fact the seller, who was extremely rude and threatened me, received almost all of what I initially paid. Then when I tried leaving feedback on the seller's site so others would be aware, AliExpress never posted my feedback. In all my years and thousands of purchases online, I have never experienced a worse online buying experience or worse customer service. I would never risk buying through AliExpress again as their priority is clearly protecting their own sellers and not the customer!
The product never arrived. I was cheated on my $$. Tried to contact customer support to get the promised "Buyer Protection" only to be told that I don't have enough evidence to support my claim. They offered me to contact local law enforcement but how was I to do that with CHINA? Forget it, lost money is not worth my time.
They are crooks. I ordered 2 GPU`s from a supplier and the products have not been shipped. The supplier gave me a tracking number for a package sent to Spain and I am from Romania. I asked Aliexpress to return my money and first time they approved my full refund. After a month they changed from full refund to partial refund and took $ 70 out of a total of $ 340. I hope this review will be read by a lot of people and their stolen $ 70 profit brings them losses of millions! Order **************
AliExpress customer service is awful. I paid money and didn't receive purchased items. AliExpress suggested me to chase Canada post, sender and vender to figure out where my purchased items are and they refused to refund me. They know it's impossible to globally search the whereabouts of my bought items. My suggestions: do not buy anything from them. If you want to take a risk -- never buy things above 10 dollars from AliExpress, prepare your purchased items with low quality never show up and then have to let it go. They are a group of scammers.
I dont know Y I'm giving even one star for this site. Possible chance of fraudulent activities. Two days back I have ordered a phone and after completing my transaction my money is gone and they send me a mail stating that they canceled it due to security reasons. I have claimed a refund request but I dont know what will happen

We order about 1 to 2000 pounds of goods a month from here and only had a problem with 2 suppliers one of which was customs fault. Start small find a good supplier and if you talk to them they can pretty much get you the other goods that the other suppliers sell anyway oh and always check there feedback ofc :)
They sell garbage. Most descriptions are lying and don't correspond with reality. They write "breathable" - but it's not, you body is sweat and stinky. They write "made of good materials" but it's made of garbage and after two days of usage you send am item to garbage. They write "waterproof" but it's not at all. They write that the size is 13 cm but it's 11 cm in fact. They write all of this just like that. You just loose time and money with Aliexpress. Strongly not recommended for buying anything using this platform.
Ordered a camera battery and charger. Ad said battery with charger. I was sent a charger only. Seller claims I selected the wrong option.
Offered a refund, but I would have to return item to China within 10 days to qualify.
I purchased a flashlight last and it arrived last week broken or defective. I reached out to company and they would not refund allow me to return and replace item. I don't trust this company anymore. The flashlight was the first and last item I will purchase and disputing charge with my credit card company.
If you read a feedback, product details and about the seller you can really get a good quality item with the best price, of course there are cases when I've got bad quality product (there were earrings) but most sellers return money or send a new item. Also I've heard that the quality of clothes is bad but I have never ordered clothes.
I start my experience with AliExpress about 4 month ago. I ordered a lot of things from this online store. Everything is OK. The only thing is that the delivery is take too long but this is because of the distance between China and Romania and also the Romanian Post is moving so slowly.
Now a days AliExpress is full of dishonest sellers cheating with customers in novel ways like showing the refund notice screen shots but that refund never comes up and deposit to you credit card. They are always ready to respond with sweet words but the reality is they are not going to do anything so that you get your refund. You don't have anything to contact with AliExpress except with the robot.
I ordered a snowsuit for my three year old grand daughter from this site. It is amazing. It fits perfectly and is very compatible to North American sizes. The quality was better than expected. It has detachable fur, detachable hood and hidden storm cuffs. It is lightweight yet very warm. Will definitely order from them again!
