They are scammers. I made a purchase, but they were never delivered. After a few days of talking to the site's support, nothing changed. Only they express regret. They took my time and my money.
They act as a third party to companies who do not hesitate in selling inferior / fake brand named into I off products. Buyers Protection is a SCAM, IF you get a refund, it will take months. YOU have to pay for the item to be returned to China and NO guaranteed you will be reimbursed, if the they will be STORE credit even though a refund for postage not a purchase. The pump I purchased for the aquarium nearly ended in serious injury to myself, Sun Sun DC Pump sold by Aquarium Online Store via AliExpress. The first agent I spoke to blatantly lied to me and that WAS stated by the second agent, I never even mentioned it. Low and behold this agent lied also. Clearly staff are trained to lie to you, yet all they keep saying is you can trust me, another LIE. The staff get very personal and cross the line of professionalism, for example both agents kept putting love hearts all over the chat, DISGUSTING and unprofessional.
You work hard for your money do not throw it way with inferior, dangerous products from Ali Express and it's sellers, you will NEVER see it again and will be left with a dangerous, inferior product.

Got scammed. Got some nonsense instead of my item, and with a letter from the seller saying I need to send more money for my item.
Tried to get my money back and was told there wasn't enough proof! I mean I can't have better proof than a letter from the seller!

They are frauds, liars and thieves: I purchased an item for $123. It was a village house (tattoo house) and was shown with a light. When I got the house there was no light and the item was broken. I immediately took photos and contacted the seller Kafu House. They apologized for no light and offered $10 to go buy my own light and sent it immediately. They told me to try and fix the house and if it was not fixable they would return my whole amount and provide free return shipping. I said I would try and fix the item and if not I would want a full refund and to return the product. They very nicely agreed. When I glued the pieces back on the house they just fell right back off and of course this makes the house unusable. I sent them a message that I did want to return as we discussed and then they blocked me. I contacted Aliexpress (the fraud company) and they told me to contact the seller. I again, explained that I had been blocked. I sent them photos of the broken item, screenshots of the Kafu house conversation where they said if I could not fix to my satisfaction they would refund my money and photos of me being blocked. I then got an email saying pretty much tough luck and that I had been reimbursed $10. I think this is the scam. They do not include the whole item and then offer you a very small amount back for the missing piece. They promise to reimburse if you cannot fix the item and then they block you. Then Aliexpress says you have already been refunded. How do they figure $10 covers a broken $123 item. Fraud, Fraud, Fraud. I have contacted the online chat 4 times and each time they say they will take care of it and then I get a denied email and no way to contact them except through the chat that just takes you right back to where you started. Tonight I have a screenshot of the chat person saying Yes, I would receive my refund in full and immediately upon believing them and ending the chat I get an email saying too bad, no refund again. So I even have Aliexpress saying I would receive full refund, Kafu House (the seller) saying I would receive full refund and still they continue to play the FRAUD game.

It's a billion-dollar trash website. Don't bother unless you can throw away money. Circular Help Desk with no accountability. 2 of 11 items reached me. The rest was stuck in limbo in a black hole. The company offered no real solution except to contact the shipper (them!) who doesn't provide an email address or telephone number. They told me to pick up the packages. I said, "Okay, where?" No answer. No answer? No response. How is it that the company is reluctant to issue a refund but cannot simply give me the address of the business partner who is shipping their goods? WASTE. OF. TIME.
This site is totally unsafe u don't recommend people to use it, first delivery time is the worst from sellers, secondly if you ask AliExpress for assistance they will be always on the side of seller and they don't even read carefully your complain emails.
I order bait boat with more than 400 usd expecting delivery on 15 days and its delivered after more than 2 months while im on vacation after i back i check i found problem seller not willing to help or respond to chat and i complain to support team they said same language.

I bought first item from AliExpress on May 4,2024, they did not ship out the product, but luckily I received the refund after I complained not receiving the product. I bought the second item from AliExpress on May 15,2024. Again, they did not ship the product, but this time they provided me with the fake USPS tracking #. I contacted the seller about not receiving the product, they apologized and agree to refund me the money. I have not received the refund yet, and I disputed this case with Paypal, but AliExpress told Paypal everything went through correctly and refuse to refund me the money. I will NEVER order anything from AliExpress, and I want everyone to know my experience with this BAD company!

Aliexpress again is stealing money and not only that encouraging its sellers to defraud customers with false statements then refusing to refund. They want me to ship an item with a lithium battery at a cost of $100 but only refund me a postal service. The seller continually delayed responding until time ran out. Asking Aliexpress to intervene was a waste of time as they continually advised to continue contacting the seller. So both worked hand in hand to defraud me.

I bought 2 pair of climbing shoes for £75, because size doesn't fit so I returned 2 pair of climbing shoes for full refund, but it end up with £29.04 refund only. They did not give me full refund so I lost £35 for nothing! I 100% sent 2 pair of shoes in one parcel and they said item missing. They were so dishonest! I have always avoided ordering from this site just because of other reviews that I have read. I finally bit the bullet and ordered just a couple items to see if they would actually come. Not only did they come but they came before the ETA, they were exactly as they were described, great quality and obviously great price.
When I ordered I miscounted the curtains that I needed so I went back and ordered the correct amount, same thing, great quality, extremely fast shipping and great price.
If have since ordered several other items from this website and it's all been the same experience.
If you have been hesitant from ordering from them because it just seems to be a too good too be true price - don't it's actually real with good quality.
I ordered an item, it took forever to ship it, finally notified that it was "delivered", but I got no item. Great. Contacted customer support which was absolutely useless, their answer was "just wait another week". They finally came back with "file a dispute" except there is no option to dispute delivering to wrong location (and yes, my shipping address was 100% correct on the order). I will never use them again, just stick with Walmart or Amazon for your online shopping needs.
I had an awful experience with AliExpress. The goods I ordered never left China; the delivery having been cancelled by the supplier. I requested the refund that should have come automatically. Customer Service were all sugar and sweet (lots of "Oh dear") but did not meet my expectation for an immediate refund.
I will never deal with these people again, and I recommend avoiding this site... there is no recourse when a problem occurs.

Don't bother wasting your time ordering from AliExpress! The first problem I had was not being able to contact anyone, including the seller, until Feb 17. At that time I received a reply apologizing for delay and order would be processed ASAP. Today, Feb 22, I get a notification that my order was "closed" and refund issued. I purchased Red Yeast Rice Antioxidants tablets from them but it never arrived! Instead, they sent me an email saying it was delivered. There was no photo of it at my door, and no delivery footage of it on my door camera. I checked with the delivery company and said they sent it back because they didn't deliver to my Farm address.
