Having ordered something post covid, Aliexpress is protecting the seller for 90 days even though I have proof of their lies. I feel they are going under- recent other customers have had their reimbursement refused. This policy means that your order is in limbo for a while and nothing can be done.
I have messages and order statements saying they have sent to parcel to dhl and dhl confirms that they have just reserved a tracking number - the parcel has not been dropped off with dhl.

Says standard shipping. Ordered product 1st week of june. Later received e-mail confirmation and it said should receive item in 35 days. If I dont receive it by september, I can file a dispute and request refund. 3 weeks now and still didnt receive item. Tracking only tells me it left the country of origin. Buyer protection was of no use. I reached out to seller SEVERAL times telling them that I never received my package even though it showed delivered. The seller kept saying just wait due to COVID and contact post office, which I did multiple times before contacting seller. Post office could only tell me they would talk with carrier that supposedly delivered. Found out they delivered to a different apartment complex way across town, a month later and the office at complex kept saying they don't have it. AliExpress closed my claim instead of helping or refunding me, knowing that I didn't get my order. I will never order from them again and won't recommend anyone else. Lost out on $35 and no products.
I ordered one tiny package and it said it would come in 3 days, and it took over 3 weeks. Never buy from this company, you're wasting your money. You would think they could correctly ship it to me. Bought a trampoline to be delivered to my home in Round Rock, Texas. The address on the order is correct. They ship it to the US, anywhere that is. They send it to a local "post office", in freakin Delaware? Tell me to go get it. Seriously, 1600 miles away. Can't get any help. They are lame.

I spent nearly £50 on an order (AliExpress, for your information Order ID: **************, not that you care!), goods were never delivered. After several weeks later, I cancelled the order and raised a dispute. The dispute was finished and no refund has been given. WHY? I have not received the goods and the seller has kept my money.

4 months ago I ordered a huge bundle of lashes from them. I waited two months and never received them. The seller claimed my lashes were delivered when they never were. They stole my money. My dumb self decided to give them another chance and bought more lashes from a different seller. This purchase was made in MARCH. It is now JUNE and my package is not here. On the delivery information it has a countdown for how much time the seller has to deliver it to me. Every time those days and hours are up, and my package should be delivered, the app just adds and extra 30 days to my delivery time. This is absolutely ridiculous. The seller is not being cooperative. And How many fu*kin months do they expect me to wait for my package. When I check the package it says "order complete". I can't even confirm that I have received the goods or in my case, that I have not received them. The app says the delivery is complete because this is the day my package SHOULD be here. But it is not. AliExpress steals your money don't trust them.
I bought 8 items through Aliexpress at the end of April 2020. On 27 May 2020, I only got ONE item. The rest? I summit dispute in Jun for most of the items. One dispute I won: I got refund for USD3.55. What about the other items which is more than USD 3.55? `NO Respond`. That means I will not get the items until end of July 2020 and they are not guarantee I will get Refund nor item until end of July. Why Aliexpress do not inform seller to correct their delivery date? Buyers will expect the item according to delivery date which seller provided. I bought USD 122.64 through Aliexpress. How STUPID I am! I got one item with the price of USD 16.18 and one refund item with USD 3.55. The rests? Logistics Problem. Do I get the rest of items? I will post again when I get them all. Many of my items have not arrived and one seller is refusing to refund me "ruida cycling store" stay away from them they say it's usps fault and have many reviews of never delivering. AliExpress has zero customer service just a blank page shows up or a bot that does nothing
I have ordered from this site a few times now. First, when you order, be aware each vendor bills as a separate order. I've had multiple of these overall orders from multiple vendors where I don't receive the merchandise from 1 or more vendor. You then have to log a dispute and go back and forth a few times before AliExpress MAY decide to refund your money... or they may extend the shipping time period... for MONTHS. I've definitely had much better luck with merchandise vs clothing.
This last order I placed was the first for clothing, and I really should have done more research! 2 of the items I ordered came in a timely fashion and are great quality. The rest? 1 was timely but subpar quality and really did not match description. Another 2 subpar quality, don't match descriptions, wrong sizes (1 was wrong size AND wrong color).
Still awaiting delivery from 3 more vendors... orders placed End March / 1st week April... acceptable delivery range has been bumped out on all of these until mid-July!
But the quality isn't there at all and I'm not even talking about the delivery time?

I've ordered something over three months ago never received item or a refund. I should have checked their reviews before I ordered. Please do not waste your money. I'm reporting them immediately. I feel so bad for the people they have scammed out of hundreds of dollars or any amount of money
After waiting months for my order and eventually opening a dispute, my dispute was denied because according to them "I did receive my item". My appeal was denied and no refund. I have phoned all my local post offices and this parcel was nowhere to be found. This was my first time ordering from AliExpress and I so regret ever doing it. I will NEVER EVER buy from their site again. They have much to learn from sites as Wish and Banggood with regards to customer care and protection. Shame on you for stealing my money!
I bought an item on the website believing in their "Buyer Protection" program -- guaranteeing a full refund. When the items was not delivered within the 30 days, I requested a refund. Rather than a refund, the company extended the delivery date and has since edited the delivery date several times. It has been 60 days and still no sign of the item nor refund.
I do not recommend purchasing from Aliexpress.:
1. I have ordered clothing items that were so cheaply made, I could not wear them. Here is what you have to go through when you have been sent poor quality items: You have to open a dispute; it is up to you to now take a picture, send in a complaint. It is a complete hassle and not worth it as you can be sure, as the experience of purchasing from Aliexpress has taught me, most of the items you order are thin material and not as the picture shows on the model.
2. Recently, Aliexpress has changed the way it confirms whether items have been delivered. Prior to the recent change, when an item 'purchase protection' ran out, Aliexpress would send notification. Generally you would have 2 weeks to file a dispute. NOW, they alert you 'Times Up' and in my case, told me it was up to me to go to the Post Office to find out where your Order is. That's brazen
Here is the Aliexpress' current idea of Customer Service: 'Please pay more attention to the tracking information. If the package arrive at the delivery office, please contact post office to pick up in time. Buyer should be responsible for any consequences of failure to collect items in time.' This is copy/pasted directly from the last dispute I opened because and AGAIN items did not arrive, 6 in total.
3. The length of time Aliexpress allows for delivery of items has changed from 6 weeks to 3 MONTHS. How ridiculous is that? And according to Aliexpress, after 3 months of failure to delivery the order, it is the International Customers issue, not theirs.
My opinion and best advise: Don't buy from this company. They simply do not deserve the trust of International Customers, their money or their orders for their crappy products. I now order from Amazon. Amazon takes customer service very seriously, they do not tolerate merchants who either do not deliver or fail to deliver in an appropriate. I have had two experiences where an International order did not show up, notified Amazon, refund provided.
