Very happy! I have a rare form of dwarfism and because of this I am more than a little on the short side, but still fairly mobile. I work in retail and though this may sound a little vain it I had always wanted to be able to reach a bit higher without wanting to spend a lot of money. So I gave Increasing shoes a try and am very glad I did! The site is very easy to navigate and well organized. I highly recommend them!
I ordered a coat about two months ago and it still has not arrived. No tracking information at all and when I contacted the owner all she said was that it's on it's way and I should have more patience. I ordered a winter coat at new year - for winter! And at this rate I shall get a WINTER coat for the summer.
I just hope that my coat does come and the money hasn't been taken out of my account for no reason like daylight robbery.
Please anyone who wants to order anything online, stay away from this site!
Bought a product based on great feedback - it had 525 five start "reviews". It appears that all these reviews are fake. The product was extremely low quality. When I looked back at these reviews again - they were all very similar - normally just said "Excellent" or "Great" and they were all from Russian buyers. It really looks like they paid a Russian company to write these reviews.
I have been buying at aliexpress for five years already. Basically, I'm satisfied. There were occasional unscrupulous sellers, or there were delivery problems, but any problems was always resolved.
Of course, it used to be better on ali - the coupons were better, the search worked well, most of the goods were free shipping. But even now, ali remains the main platform for online shopping for me.
I've used Aliexpress about five times. Most of the items were the same as on the picture, yet, one of them (a charger) was of a different color. I also hate the fact that you never know when the parcel will arrive - in two weeks or in two months. I'm not sure it's their issue, but I prefer to know more-less when to expect the delivery.
A site made up almost exclusively of scammers. They closed their customer service. It is impossible to communicate with a human. They have all been replaced by the Eva robot which aims to not answer your questions, to discourage you so that you cannot get your money. If you want to waste your time and money, this is the perfect place!
This web site has revolutionized shopping; offering cheap and good stuff with a wide variety. You simply have to sit in front of a computer and do your shopping. If you realized that you need a particular item, simply go online and buy from Aliexpress. My main problem is not having someone at home or in the office to receive my goods. I bought hundreds of items. I am able to receive most of them. Most of them are in my mail box but sometimes when seller paid for more expensive shipping, the postman would require my signature. But I am not in the office to sign.
I asked for a refund for goods not received... I ordered 9 items from the seller... opened a dispute explaining twice that my refund came to almost £12... turns out you have to dispute every single item in the order... didn't realise this till it was deemed to late to carry on the dispute... stupid people can't even get this right.
Terrible Chinese site that profits from crime. Many of my t shirt designs have been stolen by sellers from China on Ali Express. There is no easy way to have the designs removed unless you want to submit passport scan ID, or divers license ID and other sensitive data to the CCP owned site. They make it easy for criminals to flourish while laughing at the victims in the west who have had IP stolen. I actually hate them for this. Its like they want to hurt the victim - and they do 100%. Never buy from AliExpress - in fact - just avoid anything CCP owned. Support companies with no ties to China.

Answer: In my opinion. NO. I had to jump through hoops and make reports and threaten to make reports, it didn't help. I got my order, but couldve gotten the same thing from ebay faster and easier.
Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
