I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.
I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Ordered items that are marked on special and a week later they email to say the items are out of stock and will be two weeks until back in stock. I said yep ok but pls upgrade the shipping as it is their fault there is a delay. They advised I can if I pay the extra $2. Well I then cancelled with them and will never shop again.
I have purchased a few products and although the delivery is slow, it's ok.
I just bought a "vehicle tracking device" which when tested before installing showed it faulty. The gps function did not work. I asked for assistance / advice as the product was not working. They offered me a "points credit" of a quarter of the purchase price. I asked for a replacement in my strong response. Have not heard back. Be careful, very careful.

Don't order from these people. I paid for expedited shipping which was supposed to come in 3-5 working days and it took 2 weeks and then the order was missing an item. I asked them to refund my shipping cost and they want to keep negotiating with me giving me points or a partial refund. It's ridiculous and still not resolved.
Tracking information "not available" 7 days after order and Banggood email sending me a tracking (useless) number. I was also advised today that my credit card had been hacked and used in 3 places. Fraud reported and list of places I used the card were given to the card provider for prosecution. Wanna be it was in Honk Kong? Never again.

Ordered a racing drone and spare parts first they tell me expedited shipping can't ship to a po box so I have them remove it and come directly to my house they say it being processed then send me another email saying they can't send anything with batteries to Canada and will have to give me a full refund but won't refund the spare parts order that already shipped out. The matter is solved after few parties involvement. It was long process, but glad it is over. The advantage of this company not just competitive prices, also the fast delivery (three days only), since it has own warehouse in Australia. Two cameras do not have colour night vision as it stated, and one of them does not work. Sent photos and videos as requested for evidence, was ignored.
Found out quite few same cases related to this security camera under review. They also delete d my review, what a dishonest business.
I ordered a Mini PC from banggood. It product arrived damaged and would not function as promised. Following contact with banggood I was promised a full refund plus reimbursement of shipping cost. To date the company has stalled and used avoidance tactics to avoid allowing me to return the product for a full refund. Others have mentioned this and to me it seems like a corrupt practice. Do yourself a favour and stay away from these people they are bad news have no integrity and likely not good business people.

They sent the wrong order and spent a month jerking me around having me take pictures of the order to prove it was incorrect. Basically ran out the clock for PayPal buy protection. Cheap, crappy stuff but not worth it when they can't fulfill orders.

On the page of the item and at checkout the site specified around 10-15 days for shipping the item. Once shipped, we were emailed the ACTUAL estimated delivery time, which turns out to be around December 6th, 1 1/2 months longer than advertised. I will not recommend this for anyone who needs an item soon or in general, Also once shipped and you are told the real estimated delivery time, and by then you cannot cancel or refund it. I will not be using this website for any other orders.

These people advertise things that are not in stock and therefore obtain money by deception. Their live chat is just a message service and their customer support is non existent. They cannot think outside the box so that if one item is held up then you cannot change the order because chances are that is out of stock too. Just do not believe anything they promise because it is a lie. Ordering from them is a lottery and you could get lucky but next time you won't - you are warned

I'm a long time customer and it doesn't make any difference. I ordered an fpv killer whale RC airplane. Over $300 and I get a box of foam no motors nothing installed horrible horrible transaction. Contacted them for immediate ship back and their response to me was you have to ship it all the way back to China at your expense. We both know there's no tracking overseas so I said I ordered it from the USA Warehouse so I will send it to the return address on the box in California and they said absolutely not you have to ship it to California and wait for your money to come back. I never got past their customer service department or their lack of customer service. I would avoid this company with all of your will and might. I purchased 3 items from this company. 2 pr of shoes and a purse. The shoes arrived and are at least 2 sizes too small. Had they been the correct size I would have worn them with a smile although one pair had a permeating chemical smell that was prevalent in my house to the point of having to bag them up in a plastic bag. The other pair was OK if only I could have worn them. The purse is nice and for the price I paid, acceptable. Why not return the shoes you ask... well... I think it would cost me more to return them than to just find someone I can give them to. PLUS... neither of the mailers (they were shipped in 2 separate envelopes) came with an invoice or return instructions and the label on the envelopes was in Chinese. Would not order anything from the company again, especially something size related.

Ordered a 3d printer, got it after a few weeks and assembled, nozzle just crashes into print bed. Maybe this is my error, but it seems more like a defective printer, probably a firmware issue. I ordered a roll out pianos. I was so excited to get it. It arrived Damaged and doesn't work. I tried to contact the company, and there isn't a phone number that works. I bought two solar panels from the website. One packet was damaged and a part was missing/broken.
I opened a ticket with the support, I supplied them with photos as well as with videos showing exactly the issue and the damaged item as they requested, now they want me to leave the solar panel for couple of hours and test again if it works.
FOR All you guys who have little knowledge with solar and energy in general, what sense does it make to leave the panels outside and wait that after a couple of hours they will start working!?

I opened a case with PayPal. Let's see the outcome. If nothing happens, I will inform the lawyer and ask him to get this done via the law as this item was shipped from Spain
Beware, if you write a review of the item and it happens to be negative, they don't approve it so you never know the negative comments that the item receives.

Sony be fooled and buy goods from Chinese companies. They don't have proper audit so nobody knows how they do business.

Totally scam, customer service is horrible, stay away at all costs. Bought an e-scooter from this website, broke in less than 2 months. Emailed them about the issue and sent them video proof. They responded they will investigate and would respond within 72 hours. Okay 72 hours later no response received, email them again, they would pretend they didn't know about the case and asking me to further explain the issue. Okay I replied to that email, then received same response stating they will investigate and would respond within 72 hours. And forever like this over and over again. I first contacted them on March 2020, it's now July 2020, no progress made at all.

I ordered a handbag on 20 July 2015, it is now 24 Aug 2015. I was informed item was out of stock and given three options, one of which was a partial refund! Why only partial refund? I raised this with Paypal and will be taking the matter further with them if item not received by 26 Aug. I thought I found a nice product with a very low cost. The added shipping cost didn't make it unappealing. I purchased the item. After a week I decided to see if I could track the item. Found out that it was never shipped. Tried to contact them by phone - ************** - is not in service. So I started a chat. Rep told me that if I don't pay an additional $32, then the order will be cancelled. So I requested a refund.

Be very wary of this retailer. I made 5 orders with them, the first order went very well and was delivered quickly.
After this I made 4 more orders, 2 yet to receive and 2 others they didn't fulfil indicating a detected security risk!
However, the worrying part is the transactions made to my credit card account. Duplicate amounts for the same order, another amount which bears no resemblance to any of my orders and another, money taken for one of the orders which they indicated a security risk and cancelled/didn't fulfil!
Needless to say, it is in the hands of my credit card provider.
