I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.
I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. Cannot trust reviews of the items they sell because they delete any review that does not have 5 stars if you look you will see.
I purchased an item that did not work and after reading more about it I learned that it was a cheap item with many problems so I left a negative review, the next day it was gone, then I started looking at other items and realized that none of their items had less than 5 stars.
I guess I will have to read reviews from somewhere else before thinking about purchasing anything from banggood.

Fault developed after two weeks. Customer service was tricky, but returned the phone to China. They would only refund a third of the price despite the fault being with them.
Would be very wary to trust them again. Check their policies - probably not legal.

I ordered a digital watch that came defective with no instructions, blue tooth ear phones that either do not work or have a buzzing sound and a hip pack that will not fit anyone with a waste 38" or over. I ordered a 4000mAh Solar LED Portable Dual USB Power Bank External Battery Charger Box Case. That is the original tag line for the merchandise, and it shows a fully put together power bank. What came in the mail was a pile of pieces and parts jumbled together. I contacted the company for my money back which they refused, and they said it was a DIY project for me to put together. I just want my money back for this piece of crap because I have no idea how to deal with electronics.
I recently made the grave error of ordering goods from Bang Good The goods I received were seriously substandard and not worth the envelope they were sent to me in. They do not enclose return instructions so I contacted them on their chatline and by email. They have been nothing but obstructive and rude and have, at no time offered me a way to return the goods. The world needs to know what this organisation is like so that other don't suffer at the hands of their operatives. They are truly appalling, don't buy from them!

They offer points for different things you do on the site but when you try to use them you are very limited to how many points you can use. Also the customer service is terrible when something goes wrong or product needs warranty forget it.One month 4 emails and 3 chad sessions and no reply from them. Beware from Banggood I am sharing my experience with you as follows.
I ordered many items ant the same day. But!
1st order I ordered an item and pay for it but it reached me wrong item and I lost more than 50$.
2nd order I ordered many items and I received 5 off them defected (broken, missing parts) that cost me more than 66$.
I contact BangGood regarding the items with pictures proves all my issues. The reply was 10$ refund! While I spend more than 120$+shipping.
Asked for returning the items and fully refund no answer back shame on you BangGood.
Be careful all from this cheap company and no quality management.

I've ordered from Banggood about 7 times now and am pretty happy, once I got calibrated to their delivery times. The first couple times I ordered I got really anxious and frustrated that some items came quickly and others took weeks longer than expected. However, eventually everything I ordered did arrive, and I must say that every product I have received has been decent. Average quality for Chinese manufactured goods. I will still order from them when I see something that looks interesting, but only for items that I don't mind waiting for. Ordering from them in November and expecting items by Christmas is a joke. Order your Christmas gifts in Sept and you will have a decent chance of Dec delivery.

Beware, I've ordered many times from banggood and got what I ordered, you can get some good deals. They take a long time to receive but it has always come. But my last order I received the wrong stuff. I've sent many emails but they accept no responsibility for there mistakes. If they miss ship, you take the loss.
I have ordered a thing for more than 100$, but they have send me completely different thing which is totally useless and has no value for me. When I complained and asked for refund (I have send photos of the product showing what is wrong), they have rejected that refund without even writing the reason. They basically steal from people. Their customer support does not communicate with you. When you post a negative goods review, they do not publish it, so that they can steal from even more people! If you try buying something for 3$, OK, but anything more expensive is like flushing the money into the toilette.

Customer service is a joke.
Put the correct shipping address in, got an order confirmation stating that the address and what was ordered. Checked it and it was all correct.
A day later, I got the shipping confirmation and the address is wrong. I contacted customer service and it takes them several hours between emails, up to 20 hours, in response. The person manning the email doesn't read the entire email and repeats things when they have been spelled out in previous emails which makes the entire process tedious. Explanation of what happened above was described multiple times and they insist on checking and asking me for screenshots, which I also sent them multiple times.
I haven't even received the items yet and not sure about the quality but so far the experience has not been good.

Beware! Don't buy from here. I purchased a phone but never received it because when it reached my country it was shipped back by the local courier because the package had an incomplete address. Banggood refuses to refund me even though tracking info shows this and i sent info form my local courier. I am totally disgusted by this seller. I now no phone a US$170 charge on my credit card.

Don't ever use this scam shopping app I bought a very poor quality cardigan gauze like and different colour from that was posted in the seller's pictures. Moreover, they posted a fake return policy where they mentioned that you can return any item in 30 days for no reason and you will pay for the return charges. In reality I've wasted almost 30 days in sending useless emails to their so called customer care and even vip one they said they I'll have to pay customs and other not mentioned before charges that will exceed the item's cost. Forgot to mention that they refused to send their courier representative to collect the item and requested that i send it on my own which will cost me 4 times the item cost. More importantly I used to be a regular important customer this is their way of dealing with me.
Scam scam scam save your money and use reputable other shopping apps like Amazon and Shein whom refunded my money on at once on the same day and even kept the returned item.

Advertised as a Winter Coat turned out to be a Corduroy shirt. Returned at own cost, they wanted a tracker ID, postage would have cost almost as much as item. Lesson learnt, you get what you pay for and returns not economically viable. If you want to give your money away send it to a charity.
