I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.

I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.

I recently purchased a phone with international shipping and paid Extra for Tariff Insurance (for the case that I will pay import tax)

As it happens i did pay the tax and subsequently issued a Refund from BangGood.

It took a whole 7 days just to get a formal response. Later only after 15 emails (!) they agreed to reimburse me.

Three weeks later after many frustrating contacts they let me know it was delayed etc.

Only now got the reimbursement that I paid for. (~120$)

Don't ever use this scam shopping app I bought a very poor quality cardigan gauze like and different colour from that was posted in the seller's pictures. Moreover, they posted a fake return policy where they mentioned that you can return any item in 30 days for no reason and you will pay for the return charges. In reality I've wasted almost 30 days in sending useless emails to their so called customer care and even vip one they said they I'll have to pay customs and other not mentioned before charges that will exceed the item's cost. Forgot to mention that they refused to send their courier representative to collect the item and requested that i send it on my own which will cost me 4 times the item cost. More importantly I used to be a regular important customer this is their way of dealing with me.
Scam scam scam save your money and use reputable other shopping apps like Amazon and Shein whom refunded my money on at once on the same day and even kept the returned item.

I bought an electrical bike. Delivery took almost two months. The bike came with two problems: (i) electrical discharges are occurring next to the rear wheel brake area and causing electrical shocks (ii) the rear tire valve is defective and is allowing all air to escape. Banggood after-sales is inexistent. I filled a form inside the order area, no answer. After that, I sent an email, also no answer. One month has passed since I received the defective bike. Be aware, you will have no warranty and no after-sale support when buying in banggood. Terrible service.

Don't ever buy anything from this Company or Website. You buy a specific item/product but they send you a different item/product.
Untrusted sure.
I ordered a clipper machine and the sent me blades... Their customer service team are giving us a hard time and they keep sending false information. Not willing to send the right product.

Would give them a ZERO if this site allowed it. They refused to allow the return and refund of a dangerously defective (overheating) and badly damaged 3D printer, even though I reported the problems within 24 hrs and provided photo/video evidence. If you want to deal with a nightmare company with terrible business practices, Banggood is your place!

Advertised price can change when you add items in your shopping cart. When you bring it to their attention, customer support just tell whatever they can to get you to give up. If you write anything negative in their forms they delete it and ban you. Every review is five starts because they screen all ratings for products, and only post the ones that are favourable. This business is based in china, DO NOT expect any protection, or any basic business rules that apply to any other web based companies, for example honouring advertised prices, having legitimate reviews for products, allowing feedback even if it is not favourable. Customer service does not exist.

Compare it to Amazon, EBay, you have recourse and consumer protection, customer service, real product reviews, negative or positive reviews allowed!

I ordered something, paid extra for expedited shipping, and it never arrived. I received an e-mail with a "tracking number" but that number is no good on every shipping site I have tried. I cannot log into their website under my account, and the password reset e-mail never arrived :o/

Tip for consumers:
Most radio control items are made in China, so if you're looking for a brilliant rc car, cut out the middle person & buy directly from a Chinese website. The items are usually in your hands within a few weeks maximum, both items I ordered arrived in 10 days & 15 days respectively. Both are brilliant, I'm privileged, lucky & very very grateful to have what I wanted. Will buy again.

Just ordered a couple of items from the site in September and when arrived I received 2 identical shipments. Needless to say I ordered only one set. When checked I noticed there was another order 2 minutes after the one I placed my order. Contacted CS, got an email back from Sabrina where she was asking me to keep the parts and sell them if I don't need them. I said no. The next she offered that I ship the stuff back, but have to pay shipping. I said no. The last e-mail from Sabrina says that I ordered it twice so it is my fault. Why would I order it twice?! 2 minutes apart?! Have nothing better to do with my time? They have no idea how this works in US. Stay away for your own "Good"

After using their footwear sizing chart, I ordered a pair of boots one size larger. Even after talking with someone on live chat and asking what size I should order and then ordering one size larger, the boots are too small. Customer service suggested I give them away and they would send me a new pair at my cost. If I were to ship the boots back for a refund, shipping costs would be more than I paid for the boots.

I ordered several items between 3-29-2020 and 4-3-2020. It is 5-30-2020 and after submitting emails their response is, items shipped. Already over 2 months without items I paid for. I ordered items from China through another company in late April and already received them. I do not recomend still don't know if I will ever get items. I requested a refund or cancellation and they totally ignored me. I will never buy from them again. Don't loose your funds.

It is one thing to sell "fancy" looking items that may not be available on Amazon but then it is another to be able to provide the same level of customer service. For that this website needs the backing of the biggest capitalists and with sharks like Amazon around, unfortunately they never will... so buying for these websites is a waste of time and money! PERIOD!

Do not order fancy looking stuff. Order regular stuff where the chances of going wrong is slimmer

I ordered two pieces of apparel and when they arrive neither one fit. One was huge and one was tiny both in the same size. I could not get a straight answer on their refund policy. They offered me $. 10 on the dollar for a refund or points. Im still waiting on requesting a full refund. Beware. Its so disappointing because a close look cute.

Banggood is good place for small DIY, gadgets and Toys. Worldwide free shipping is very tempting for all buyer. Products are relatively cheap. Shipping take long sometime. Packaging is consistently bad. If you are buying as a gift, you better buy somewhere else.
Customer service is considered good as they respond fast and used to resolve issues.

I ordered a t. V mount Dec 26,2015 on Jan. 11 i messaged customer service who replies that it was shipped dec 27 and takes up to 20 days and gives me a link to check the tracking location which is bulls**** and incorrect. So here it is Feb. 5 and still Nothing. This Place is a rip off and FRAUD!

I have used Banggood for at least 6 years and they have consistently provided good service, high quality goods and have always responded to queries/questions/complaints. More recently (last 2-3 years) I have found their prices a little higher than other Chinese sellers e.g. AliExpress. But unlike AliExpress vendors - who generally have terrible customer service - Banggood has maintained very good customer relations.

I ordered a handbag from this company for a friend who loves cats. They sent what they had in stock (one with rabbits) not the one I ordered. It took five weeks to get here when it was promised in three weeks. When notified, they said they would refund if I paid shipping even though it was their error! The shipping cost to return to China was $23.80 plus the mailer. The purse was $26.00! When I researched comments on their site, this had happened multiple times with people that ordered the cat purse and received one with rabbits and they were all told the same thing. Return the item and we will credit it. This is a scam! This company is so unethical. Obviously it makes no sense to ship! Do not ever deal with them!

Banggood only helps when giving money. They sent me a burst open plastic bag and its been two months asking customer service to help. They promise to help when we talk but do nothing to follow up. Also handed over a thousand dollars on an order. Supposed to be in stock next day then changed it to `7 days later, then they changed it again to another 45 days later. They lie saying we will ave it to you but ignore my large order and ship single order to other customers I know who tell me, even though they order after me.

I bought from the site 4 times the packages arrived quickly in 3 of the cases, one more difficult but probably the carriers have their fault, a package was damaged but I was quickly compensated without too many negotiations. I think the packaging is weak in some cases and the carriers do not take care not to damage the packages, I recommend assuring, for Europe, the shipping method EU priority arrives home free of charge

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with, I purchased this notebook used it twice before going on holiday, when I returned and tried to switch it on I got nothing, it's still in guarantee, however I simply can't get in touch with them, email after email simply doesn't work, so I'm £244.78 out of pocket.
How can companies be allowed to do this.

Do not buy, It is only one way, if you the product is right it's good otherwise they won't return or replace it. This was my second purchase from Banggood. The first time experience was good. But this time they sent me a product with missing parts. It did not match with the website description. I created a ticket to return it but they kept on asking for irrelevant information and after a week ultimately agreed and asked me to ship it to China, and deduct all freight charges + taxes + import duty etc. The item was delivered to me from Delhi but they wanted me to return it to China. This is all bogus. Cheat customer, not trust worthy

Recently I bought an item from BG. Unfortunately I paid for brand new product and they sent an already opened package (used item). Did complaint and they ask photo to proved it.( only few dollars would you spent your time to do it?)ridiculous.

I have purchased several items from them (all less than $30). I had an inquiry about an order and clicked the Contact Us button. Took me to facebook messenger. It instantly loaded an ad. I closed the chat window without saying anything. But having had my messenger, they started spamming me on it. Would not remove my facebook details when asked; i know, because i'm still receiving ads on messenger - in addition to the countless ads i'm already getting in the email. They told me to block the messages at my end instead of deleting me at their end. So they just collect whatever data they can, anyway they can, and hold on to it; disregarding your privacy. This time i asked them to delete my account altogether, which they'd probably just disable it instead of deleting it. I'm sure i will still get ads in the email. So untrustworthy.

I ordered a rear view camera for my car, it took almost a month before I received it. The package did not come with proper wiring instruction. I contacted customer service and was told that the spec sheet that came with the camera is all they have. You can; t even google it on the web. Never again I will order from this website. They have very bad customer service.
