I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.
I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.
After ordering a laptop during the 11.11 sale of 2018 it was dispatched using European direct mail. After not getting a tracking update for 1 month i contacted customer service. After a long procedure of standard emails, they claimed the item was send back to them due to shipping label defects. They re-shipped the item, with European Direct Mail, after i explictly asked them to use EU priority direct.
To this date the package has not arrived, it has been 5 months, I have had to start a claim on paypal, but i am left with no laptop, money tied up for 5 months and little to no customer service.
All other orders i have placed with BG went fine, so I am really puzzled why this high value item was never delivered. Now the item price has gone up significantly since the 11.11 deal and i am left with nothing but a whole lot of wasted time.
Never ship with European direct mail! You will not receive anything.
I always check Banggood first for all my shopping needs, including gifts for my wife. The selection is excellent and prices unbeatable. And if you need customer service, they are very responsive, polite, and helpful.
I have ordered a number of items from Banggood and overall I'm very satisfies with the product and quality. Although I have encountered a few issues, they have been responsive, most times in correcting the issue.

They send me the damaged projector that become faulty within a week. I have contacted their support team and they keep telling me to fix it locally then they will cover the cost. I do not have any place locally to fix the product and I told them that, but they keep asking me to "search online and try harder". I have asked for the replacement using the Banggood warranty but they just ignore and keep telling me to search online. They have no interest in solving the issue, just keep dodging the questions. In fact, they have no clear method of paying me for the repair fee so asking me to fix it from my end is unbelievable! If you have any issue with Banggood product do not spend time with their support team. Instead, go straight through the PayPal to get refund. That is only way!

Bought a replacement battery for ar drone. No way of charging it, they advertise it like its a direct replacement. Took forever to get here also. Not even gonna bother with trying to resolve issue, just a learning experience.

I bought and paid for four solar security lights. They sent me the wrong ones and one didn't work. They replaced the one that didn't work, but would not replace the other three that were wrong. Customer service just kept asking for a video of a light fitting not working. If you think about it, you cannot take a video of a light not working properly. Banggood have closed off the case as resolved. I strongly suggest you don't buy anything from Banggood as they are a very dishonest company to do business with.

I ordered shoes on 4/6/18 and received on 4/20/18, a bit longer than it could be done in the 21st century. I opened it right away and found that one of the shoes was defective: the seam was loose. I contacted them, and requested return/replace. They offered me their solution: as "I was wearing shoes for a long time" they offered me $2.00 toward my next purchase. I ordered a fleece jacket and a pants. It took about two month to arrive, and the sizing was wrong on the jacket, and it turned into a back and forth argument. Then a few month later the stitching on the pants started to come loose, the fabric also disintegrated in one spot, the zipper gets stuck easily. Basically the clothes seemed like a bargain at the time, and it turned out to be of cheap quality. Live and learn. Order things locally, and double triple check refund policy, and maybe even take a screen shot so they don't make things up later.

They say. You get what you pay. Well. This site is run by Chinese people and you know they can be cheap. That's exactly what this site is. They may have some cheap items but forget about customer service or on time delivery. Ordered items couple of times and both times it took more then a month. Only problems with this store - I have place 6 orders or 7 orders with them - things missing from the order but they still charge shipping, not working items - they asked for a picture, after that a video!) not possible to return items that came with over a month delay - they insist you pay for shipping back to chine when I don see how is my fault the item is not here on time and I don't need it anymore - stay away! I am disputing trough my credit card and paypal some of the ridiculous shipping charges they impose, see how that goes...
Update: Finally Banggood agreed to pay for the shipping back and when I went to the post office to inquire about the shipping cost they just marked the parcel as refused and now is on its way back... Who knew the Canada Posts will save the day.

Banggood have the best price online, and also the best Customer service. They are very fast to answer and help on case of product problem or parcel who get lost (happen one time for me, they refund without problem). Feel good with this store, close to have them in front of me!
Bought a drone, received in 6+(!) weeks and it was broken. Never received refund. BangGood employees lied to me regarding shipping status and did everything they could to linger refund process. And still no refund, no prepaid return label. They asked to send photo and video and I did. Then they asked again. They only accept Paypal and their proprietary payment system. If you want to risk your money only use Paypal with credit card. This way you have some protection. Otherwise kiss goodbye your money.

Bought item from them and never reach me, contact their customer service and they claimed that it had already delivered via local courier. Check with courier with the tracking number they provided, no such parcel. They can keep my money, no more buying from them and apps un-installed. Not recommended for anyone.

Ordered on 11/16 for Christmas! Item supposedly shipped on 11/16…. Within an hour. Oh no… that is just the first ploy. Maybe it shipped on 11/26. Maybe. Reached USA and was supposedly in transit to me on 12/9. Still haven't received…. Contacted customer service twice. Their response… nothing that they can do. Maybe I could sell it on the second market after I get it. No where on their site did it say that it was going to take 40 to 55 BUSINESS days until after I paid and it said it was shipped. As a big internet shopper I have never experienced such bad service and quality. I received an item that broke within days, I asked for a full refund or new item to be sent out. They refused. After many many emails & having to do a disput with PayPal, I think putting this complaint on SiteJabber made the difference in getting this settled. I have been paid in full, I still have the product & willing to return it if they pay the shipping. Have not received a reply about this. Many thanks on how this turn out. Banggood reply to my previous rating was only artificial, they did not do anything to help and solve the issue. On the contrary they kept sending a track number to confuse, without stating that the item was never delivered since they did not pay the custom fees. Besides being weeks delayed Banggood were expecting the client to pay for the custom fees which they failed to pay. To get my money back I had to ask Pay Pal intervention who recognised Banggood at fault and I got full refund.
Do not use them, terrible service with terrible /no customer assistance.

Wish I could use less stars, because Banggood is useless. Placed an order very early Friday morning with express ($35) 2-3 business day delivery. Their own website said the package shipped Friday afternoon, which would place delivery at the latest the following Wednesday. It is now Saturday, and tracking just changed from "End Of Day" today, to "No expected delivery date". Asked Banggood for a refund of the shipping charges, and they offered a measly $2 in "BG Points". As if I would ever order another thing through them.
