I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.
I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.
I bought a mobile phone earlier in year, the site says universal however when it arrived it was set to mandarin and couldnt be changed to english. I sent it back, paying myself in February! When I email the company I get the excuse that chinese customs have it. I ask for an update and I get more excuses. Very very unhappy. I've ordered other stuff from the site, and while it takes awhile its been fine!

I ordered 2 cellphone's and paid for them. They sent 1 phone and refuse to send the other phone. They asked me for a document from the post office and I provided that. Then they said it needed to be stamped. I did that they said sorry not our problem.
They are in my opinion not a company that is worth you losing $ to them. There are so many other companies you can deal with. I recommend one of them

I ordered 3 DJ lights. I received them about a week later, which was fine... I open the package to try the lights out... & realize that one of the lights were not working. I've contacted banggood the same day through live chat. They gave me a few steps to do then email it to the service dept., which I done the next day. It's now been over a week & no reply.

Euro warehouse: has been great but unfortunately seems to be the size of a small garden shed, 2 day delivery. 1 item was faulty. It was replaced but resent from china. The replacement took a couple of weeks to arrive but worked fine.
China warehouse: China Post: about 2 weeks, 1 item was incorrect, partial refund given,
Malaysia Post: 3+ weeks, I had a order that got lost, I eventually got a refund,
I still use them but would advise you only use the local warehouse (if you have one and they have stock) for orders that are in any way time critical.
Tip for consumers:
Buy from the EU warehouse (and probably US). No problems.
Unfortunately you can't choose between the Chinese shipping and stuff sent through Malaysia, and it seems you find out from the last two letters of the Tracking number, you'll get the CN stuff pretty quick, but stuff via MY might be a while.,

It usually takes about 7-25 business days(about 30 days) to be delivered from China warehouse via free standard shipping after shipment. Sometimes, it will be delayed by customs, logistic and your local post office.
We only have China, USA and UK warehouse. We do not have Malaysia Warehouse. Malaysia Post just means that the parcel sent from China warehouse will go to Malaysia to have a transist first and then it will be sent to destination.
For the parcel sent from China warehouse, we use China, Singapore, Netherlands, Malaysia and Sweden Post etc. The shipping postal depends on many things like the product property and shipping address. We can not use the shipping postal just as customer like. We can only choose the suitable shipping postal for each parcel.

I ordered a coil module and received wrong one.The package had correct item number but wrong coil inside. I jumped thru hoops like they asked including sending pictures of correct part and their part. I have sent 7 e-mails and explained problem each time. I keep getting same response. I ordered two items from Banggood. When my shipment arrived, I had the wrong order. When I informed them and did what they asked, they refused to answer. I had to open up a claim with Paypal to get their attention. Then, I was receiving emails from customer service telling me I could not get my order shipped to me until I removed the claim. Yet, another party was telling me the item was on it's way. It took them 7 weeks to get the order right and by that time Paypal found them at fault. Then, after the item arrived, it stopped working within 2 weeks. All the while I was still getting hassled via email about the claim I had already shut down.
Low quality junk that I actually found cheaper elsewhere and crappy customer service forces me to give this place the lowest rating.
It took over one year to receive a refund for a defective product and I had to hire a lawyer in order to get the company to issue the refund. Their customer service policy states they will reply within 48 hours to customer questions/comments but they typically took a week to respond each time I tried to contact them.
Tip for consumers:
Customer service is terrible and they do not comply with their own return policy which is illegal.

I had a bittersweet experience. The shipment was fast and the condition of the package was very good, but I had the problem with the product. I purchased two handbags from Banggood. Shortly after I started carrying the first one the handle buckles started coming apart frequently. I have tried to explain this to them. At first they act like they don't understand, but the final resolve was "carry it with both handles". If you have a problem with your product you will not get help. Don't buy from them.

If you go for the low quality tune that is what you will get. ALl the things I have bought firm it so far have been of good quality and have not disappointed me even once. They are all working fine and the delivery time was just right even though it may seem long to others. It all depends on where you are located.

I own and run four companies in Australia, three of them is sales of products that mostly come from Chinese companies. Im continually dealing with imported goods from China. I ordered an item for my personal use, being a hardware product. When it arrived i found it was not the correct size that they advertised and i ordered. When i asked for them to address the issue that was their mistake and supply me the correct item they kept asking for pictures. Which i had sent 3 times, and three times offered me a bribe to settle my request.The bribe amount was at first 20% of purchase price and then 50%, how immature is that. All i want is the item they advertised and i ordered. But i is obvious to me they wont supply me the correct item because it will cost them more. This is a company that will not admit to their mistakes, that tells me they don t care about their customers. Its 19/6 20 I m still fighting this company. My advise Steer Clear.

I made a purchase from them and 2 months later, I still did not receive my order. Trying to communicate with them is like trying to communicate with a 2-year-old who does not speak your language. I bought a $10.99 camera. It does not work. I tried contacting them many times. No answer to emails. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the hassle. It is likely that you will receive something that does not work or will go wrong shortly afterwards. They are terrible.

I ordered a mechanical part for a small generator and 15 minutes later I realized t it was not the proper part (the details were really making hard to understand what they were selling). I tried to cancel but I got an automated email telling me that there was a delay in responding because of the new year in China. Then the next day they shipped the part and 3 days later I get an email telling me how sorry they are that they cannot cancel my order because it was shipped. They proposed that I give the parts as a gift to a friend. Are you kidding me? This is the worse customer service I received in 40 years. I will continue to use Ali Express which makes it easy to cancel orders. Banggood is beyond pathetic.
