I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.
I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.
I ordered a mechanical part for a small generator and 15 minutes later I realized t it was not the proper part (the details were really making hard to understand what they were selling). I tried to cancel but I got an automated email telling me that there was a delay in responding because of the new year in China. Then the next day they shipped the part and 3 days later I get an email telling me how sorry they are that they cannot cancel my order because it was shipped. They proposed that I give the parts as a gift to a friend. Are you kidding me? This is the worse customer service I received in 40 years. I will continue to use Ali Express which makes it easy to cancel orders. Banggood is beyond pathetic.
I ordered clothing that is too small and they refuse to exchange it for the right size. Their customer service and after-sales are terrible. They claim to have EU and US warehouses so I don't understand why they can't have a sensible exchange policy. I see form this sight that I am not alone in my experience of this terrible company

Actually after reviewing these posts, I feel pretty lucky I got a refund.
Ordered a backup camera system in Oct. Three of the five components failed in the first week. I had an interesting experience working with a customer service rep who pretended to have technical expertise. It was laughable and I finally convinced him the product was JUNK, a word that seemed to translate sufficiently.
Two stars because I got the refund. I guess if you don't have any problems with the products they sell, then the price is the real value. I did get a nice little 5" LCD monitor out of the deal. My advice it just keep at them until they do what's right. Work with Wing. He's a techno wannabe but has access to the right people.If you haven't ordered anything from bangbad yet, don't.

Fraud on Order! - On a paid and then canceled order with order number ******* (cancellation confirmed by Banggood), the goods were still shipped days later and the payment was simply withhelded, although there was never a legally valid purchase contract. Paypal's buyer protection doesn't feel responsible at first, the support team has only been using delaying tactics for the past 2.5 weeks. Goods sent (dangerous goods because the lithium-ion battery has more than 100 watt hours) came with a normal parcel service without any dangerous goods marking. Human lives are at risk here. Last but not least, the battery is also different from the description...
I ordered twice from this fake-shop: the first and the last time. Scammers I can only warn others about! Don't be fooled by any guarantee promises or that the support will help you if there are problems... It's all a lie!

Average delivery time 6 weeks with some topping 8 weeks. Its dangerous because one runs out of the Paypal refund period without realizing.
The worst is the corrupt "review" system at Bangood. As long as you deliver 4 or 5 stars everything is fine, but if you give 2 star or lower they want additional proof, like pictures and videos. Now I wont make that effort for a $#*!ty product - my word should be enough. And I guess other buyers react similar. So you wont see many low reviews there, not because all is fluffy but because they select them out.

Product was delivered late (but OK for COVID times) and looked OK, however it did not work as advertised at all (a race drone). Contacted customer service and are getting the run around. They refused to answer first, then offered 50% of the price as refund, then suggested to have it repaired in local repair shop (its a specialty item, there is none), then suggested to ship it back, then declined to carry the cost for return shipping to China... its going on since 6 weeks now, its silly. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back and told them so... no response. Stay far away or purchase items with money you don't need to ever see again.

It takes 6 to 8 weeks to ship from overseas. On occasion it takes up to 12 weeks. Shipments are combined and sent over, usually by cargoship, because overseas shipping would otherwise be prohibitive. If you order anything from another country take that into account. Additionally, I have found that sizes in other countries, even though they say they are US sizes are iffy at best. Especially womens clothes. I have ordered large sizes from Asian countries and cant get the tops to go over my breasts. Therefore, I don't order those items any more. Just remember if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Take for instance the "silver" earrings I bought. It even said 925 on the ad and on the package. They were clearly some kind of chrome plating. Buyer beware. BUY AMERICAN!

Bang Good is absolute joke. This website purely operates on preorders, without any control regarding dispatch date. My item (*******) supposed to be in stock (EU warehouse) and should be delivered within 1-2 days. Four weeks passed and I am still waiting... Customer service replied after 4 days that item is not in stock, that`s it. Honestly if I knew I would gladly paid those £15 more and buy it trough Amazon. If you have deal buy it via Gear Best at least they can give you fairly real estimation. All potential buyers! You have been warned.

This was my first shopping experience and Banggood. I stumbled across their website by accident and have since bookmarked it for further purchases. My laser engraver came within the allotted shipping time and was well packed. There was some difficulty tracking (through not fault of Banggoods but rather the DHL who did not update) and Banggood replied to my email inquiry almost immediately reassuring me it would arrive on time. One of the belt tensioners broke during the assembly. After emailing Banggood I learned this was not something that they had in stock. They contacted the manufacturer for a few spare parts and kept in contact with me the entire time, offering to mail me 2 replacements once they arrived. I do a lot of online shopping and this is the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time.
I have followed through with DPD HK they say tracking number is no good. Followed through from an answer given on this website from a Catherine purporting to be a Bangood representative. The email provided was no good, and the email was returned. Further as of today my password no longer works to sign on to the Banggood site. Ha, Don't know much about Interpol but I'm going to find out. So just to recap I sent them the money they posted a bogus tracking number, you will absolutely get nothing from their customer support and they use "track 17" as cover. Again best to look them up as its explained elsewhere better... I have completed many online transactions, from buying boats to electronics and have never had Issues of this type. My advice is to run away!

I see every time genuine complaints about how Banggood really operate, their man puts in a bunch of fictitious good feedback. They are so blatantly written by themselves, they read like adverts for themselves, even pointing you to their website. I've often came across Banggood was going to send a replacement, after a problem was found. Why would anyone give 5 stars before receiving it, apart than clearly written by themselves. If you read the bad feedback, they make claims, but never complete. Then often, there's people apparantly bought over 200 items from just the one seller, who does that, and why did it take him so long to send it. FAKE. Banggood often claim to give a refund, but never do. Until these sites verify these sites by sending a return email, they will keep trying to trick you.

Beware of Banggood! They will never admit that their carrier has lost the package. No matter the PDF document proof the carrier willingly shared. You can have an endless e-mail ping-pong with their robot "customer service", they blame "natural disasters" and "strikes" just not to refund or send replacement. Here are my experiences with about 5 or 6 articles from Banggood: it's all pretty low quality. One was broken, two couldn't be used and were not as described, another never arrived, another one was cheaper at Amazon!
Now they have MONEY-BACK Guarantee! This only is advertised, but they do not take anything back - for sure, returning to China makes problems (for you and them!). They also refuse to refund this all! Want's to give me any points at their store or $5.-! No, really!? The customer service is ridiculous trying to turn your word in your mound! Don't relay at the "reviews" - only reviews approved from them are published!

I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this but this is the way I feel...
If you buy from websites based in China a good rule of thumb is don't buy technology (phones, computers, tablets, laser pointers, cars etc...) and food (baby food, formula etc...).
If you buy anything at all... textiles like underwear and cheap plastic things like cd holders and make sure they aren't priced over $5. This goes for palm reading too. Also it is interesting how the positive reviews on these pages are full of single reviewers with 4-6 helpful each hmmm. You decide for yourself.
PS. Don't order more than one item at a time that way your never out more than $5.
I ordered something for my son. Never recieved it, company will noy give refund even though shipping company has no info. I have contacted them several times with each time them telling me I wil get a reply in 24 hours 10 days nothing. 10 more nothing. Please save yourself the headache and order elsewhere. This company is one big SCAM!

I'm not giving a 5 star review cause my girlfriend had a bad experience with false advertising and applied for a coupon that claimed it had a free gift but there was none issued. She contacted customer support but they only said there was a return process if the customer is not satisfied with the service. My experience with this shop though is flawless. Despite having bought tons of products that given up on me, Banggood customer support always refunded or reshipped the item to me. The difference between me and my girlfriend's account? I have 60+ purchases so far and hers was the first and last. So Banggood customer support might treat you good if you're a big spender at their shop, otherwise I'd play it safe. Hence my 4 star review.
The picture is different from what they send you. I order 2 jackets one L and the other one is an Xl. To my surprise none fit... I have a niece who wear an small both jackets fit her... Customer service is horrible. I received serval email asking to send pictures of the jackets in with I did. Only to have them tell me that it would cause more to ship it back. Spend 36 plus paid 24 for express shipping. I lost 56 dollar for their mistake and nothing is been don't abound... I wrote a review on a different site. Got a message for banggood saying if I chance my review that they are willing to give me 16 something but I would have to chance it first... save you money don't buy this. Excuse any misspelled word or incorrect grammar.
The items arrived, but didn't work. Banggood makes it impossible to return for a refund or exchange. They want videos, shipping labels, and the responses from their "technical" people aren't legible. Purchase only with play money you can afford to loose. Buying from Banggood is a total gamble.

Package left China on Dec 28,16. No other info. Pilot must still be flying around up there or the boat they sent it on sank. Have not rec'vd product and customer service keeps saying wait a little longer. When asked about not wanting product and wanting a refund. Told that when I return the product, then they will start a refund process. How do you return something you havn't received. Stay far away from these people.
