I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.
I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.
Banggood is ok. Nearly always the product arrives. If not, you will usually get help. Shipping is very slow, sometimes just like 3 weeks to Europe, sometimes like 3 months. If the product comes from a European warehouse, then within Europe the shipping is usually less than 1 month. Shipping prices has gone up radically during this last year 2020.
Sometimes electronics are cheaper from Banggood than other Chinese web shops.
A friend has one, I wanted one myself.

Based on this experience, I proved myself right, & shame on me for being sucked in by cheap prices.

EDIT: I waited well over 30 days for a bag that never arrived.

The item I received was exactly as described, and was received faster than expected and undamaged. I gave Banggood another chance after several items I received previously were damaged in shipping. Boxes should be used sometimes instead of bags due to items getting crushed.
I chose Banggood because they carry a wide variety of items, sometimes not available anywhere else.
I chose this rc airplane fuel tank because it was exactly what I needed for the kit I was building and is a very good quality product.
I ordered a ring from them and it came quickly and was downright very good quality for the 2$ and free shipping I paid. However. Be warned ladies... the sizes for clothes are VERY inaccurate... they are made to fit very TINY bodies... no matter what the size says. I ordered an XL shirt for myself ( I wear a size 10) and my 12 yr old skinny grand daughter couldn't even wear it ( she wears a size 1). So I will NOT order clothes from this site again however the jewelry seems ok.
I would suggest: if you really want clothing from them order something very inexpensive so you can gauge the size differences. Buy something you don't plan to return.

Took me a long time to save the money to buy the product I ordered from Amazon. They sent me to banggood.com It's been exactly 2 months and 2 days since I placed my order. The product was sent back to them the first month. The only way they or I knew is when I asked where it was. I tried to cancel the order then but they ensured me it would be delivered in 10 to 15 days. 1 month later the package is still in China... Have contacted Paypal for help. They said to work with them some more. Iam waiting one more week. And then demanding my money back. All their chat lines and e-mail say "You No worries" while having a picture of what looks like a american guy named Mike. I saw the exact same complaint on this website. Will never again purchase from them "No worries".

Don't answer email when an item is missing. They also send incomplete order and substitute product with a cheaper one. They don't publish your review even the positive ones. IT is a waste of time to write products review. Don't buy anything expensive.
I only buy items between 1 and 10$ because I have no trust in their customer service. Banggod aliexpress are the same the no customer support. I will go back to aliexpress their price are cheaper.

Do not buy from this seller. Purchased an LED light strip with remote control and remote receiver. Received the light only. Complaint to paypal, returned the parcel in my cost but no refund was issued. Very poor communication, they do not respond to the emails. I lost the item price and the shipping back cost.

Prices are great but the products are kinda hit and miss. You can tack on several days to whatever they say the shipping is (processing time?) but that is not a big deal. Where they lose me is customer service.
I have made several orders and in the last one I received 2 broken items (one of my previous orders had an item damaged but useable). I emailed them (the live chat NEVER works, go try it now and see!) and after several rounds of emails and a video they requested they apparently forwarded the correspondence to some french company that is their supplier. The french company of course said contact whomever I bought it from.
Right now I am on my second round trying to get my broken items replaced. So far they asked for a video of the item (again) and then closed my ticket. Sooo yeah, if you see something neat and are willing to never see some money again maybe give them a try, otherwise I would pass.

I have ordered quite a bit from them, and I find that, especially with electronic items, most of the products may work fine for a while, but most fail within a few weeks. Some products, such as a digital wrist watch have quirky defects that make me think they were factory rejects that were meant to be discarded. Other electronic items I have gotten burn out quickly, or fail to work at all. It could be just a lack of proper testing and quality control, but I wouldn't expect to get so many lemons just by chance.

I ordered 2 dresses per their size chart, size XL. I received dresses that were way too small. I would say they were S or XS. Customer service then began to play games with me re my complaint of wrong sizing. I sent one picture of the item as they instructed re bust size. They they wanted another picture of another portion of the dress. This went on and on until I contacted my credit card asking them to take this charge off my card. They did. This is a dishonest company.

I got another e-mail from a representative of this company suggesting they need more pictures to verify that the buyer ( me in this case) was being honest re incorrect sizing. I already sent 4 pictures.
Now they are asking for the order number?

Never ever buy shoes at Banggood: if they fit, wonderful. If they don't, be prepared to answer 8 mails from "customer service" that asks you to measure each and every toe, the distance between toes, to send pictures of your feet, and many other surprising inquiries. After the 8th mail, I understood nothing would convince them to accept the fact that although I chose my shoe size correctly, the shoes didn't fit. The worst customer experience I have ever had. I placed an order that was never delivered but DHL claims they delivered it, but no one came to my house that day. I paid for the insurance and the expedited shipping but none of that seems to matter to banggood. Very unhappy with this company, bought an item from its associated ebay seller (yoopar) only to realise instantly that i bought the wrong item, sent yoopar a message immediately asking for cancellation and a refund, no reply, but within minutes the item was marked dispatched, then hours later i received a message basically saying "tough luck we already sent it" so the seller had no intention of giving me a refund, he took my money then laughed at me, very annoyed! I cancelled an order right after shopping. Customer Service told me via life chat, I would get my refund within a few days. 4 days later I got info, that the order was shipped.
Endless conversation via e-mail. They keep telling me, because the order has been shipped, they can only refund me, when they have got the parcel back from me.
Until now nothing arrived and no refund got.

I bought pants from Banggood. The pants are made of very cheap material, they're huge even though I got medium (I've always been medium), and they look absolutely nothing like what is advertised. I wouldn't even pay $1 for these pants, and if I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been back and forth with this company to return the pants and that is not an option (they keep emailing back asking me to do the same things as before--take pictures, send the codes, etc.)! It doesn't sound like they're a legit company.

Sent back an item in September. Said they'd give a refund when it arrived, but kept saying they hadn't received it, even after allowing for the lengthy shipping times it should have.
