I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.

I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.

Placed the order on 17 of March 2020.!
Paid $6.36 US for 6-8 days shipping time.! My order arrived in Austria on 22 of March. I'm in Greece. Today 10 of April my order is still in Austria! 20 days sitting in Austria.!
And 26 days from the day I placed the order!
After so many emails and complaints no one does absolutely nothing!
All they offer me is Banggood points!
I don't want points. I want my order!
Worst company on shipping! Keep away.!

Ps. By the way. They call this... Priority shipping.
WOW.! Lucky I got priority shipping.
Imagine if i didn't have priority shipping.!

I ordered a Malachite V-4 SDR radio…
I ordered a Malachite V-4 SDR radio receiver and it would not receive the standard AM broadcast band. I I warn all not to by active electronics from banggood.com. If it works your fine but if you have a problem your on your own for refunds. As a broadcast engineer this unit was clearly defective. Upon notifying Banggood.com they responded saying they have to have a video first which I supplied. Then they said they would get back with me after 24 hours. Heard nothing within 24hrs. After 70 hours I replied asking for a return and credit. They responded back in closing the ticket. This is poor customer service. If you are ordering connectors or parts your probably ok but acting electronic products be warned.

I ordered an item which was priced at $250. I waited three weeks, all the time watching its progress through their system. Finally, after waiting for it to be "processed" before shipment, I call to find out what was going on. The item was "back ordered." They didn't know when another shipment would come in. Looking at their catalog, I found the exact same item for almost $100 more than I paid. It dawned on me that I was not going to get the item I ordered. I could, however, order the more expensive item and receive it promptly. I had no recourse except to cancel the order. I had paid through PayPal and I notified them. I'm waiting on a refund now. Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware.

This company screwed up my address on two orders I ordered at the same time, and then refused to track or find or refund. The result? I am out monies I spent. I wouldn't recommend this group of incompetent scammers for anything. Save your money. Buy elsewhere.

25 days ago I purchased a Mobile Phone from Banggood. 20 days ago I wrote to them telling them I was concerned the tracking information hadn't changes since Feb 21 when it 'Left transit country'. Was I eligible for a refund? They never replied.

Today is day 25 since the purchase and no mobile phone! I put in a complaint with PayPal for a refund under their customer protection service. I've bought 3 items from Banggood in the past year. Not one of them arrived before their quoted delivery time even though with one I paid extra for 5 day delivery... It arrived in 21 days. This company is giving Chinese on-line sellers a bad name.

Tip for consumers:
You have more chance with an on-line gambling site than ever seeing your goods or money again. Good thing I paid using PayPal. At least they provide refunds.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband back before Christmas (12/11/2021). Their website says the shoes shipped on 1/11/2022. However, they never shipped. Today is 1/25/2022 and I still do not have the shoes. There is no one to call and speak with and they will not give me my money back. The system has now been updated and says, I will not receive the shoes until 03/12/22 - 03/22/2022. This company is a scam!

They make it nearly impossible to return things. You have to send them pictures of your complaint. There is almost daily emails back and forth. I think they're trying to use up all of the 30 day return policy time with correspondence. When they do finally agree to let you return the item, you have to pay international shipping and customs fees which can cost as much as the item. My advice is find the item you want on Amazon. They have a no questions asked return policy and they pay the return shipping.

I ordered masks and deep cleaning blackhead from long time ago but until now I didn't get any email from them that they will send or not. I sent more than 10 email to asked them and now no one answer me. Also they already took my $84.00 money. I don't know how much they will take again. Their customer service is a joke if you don't speak Chinese. They will simply copy paste the same kind of messages. Even after paying for the premium shipping my order (*******) is stuck and they don't provide any help. They will want you to check the post office and the customs. Even if you request a cancellation they will ask you to first send the item back and produce proof that you have contacted the local post office and custom and have rejected the item with them.

Doesn't it look fishy? All the other reviews are total 5 star? International shipping which involves a lot of factors and everyone is 5 star happy? Not even Amazon can score all 5 star these days. Think about it!

I have been a Banggood customer for over 2 years.
At first everything was fine and the more it goes and the less banggood ensures his orders.
This past week, two of my orders returned to them for no reason. One of them on which I spent my Discount Points was disastrous.
Detail of the invoice:
Shoes 50.10
Bgpoints -9.02
Shipping costs 1.77
Total paid: 42.85
After a after sale procedure they refunded me 39.31 via Paypal. They did not refund the Bgpoints (the site Discount Points worth 9.02 euros) and retained 3.54 on the Paypal refund. I have not received anything and in the end their mistake cost me: 9.02 + 1.77 + 3.54 = 14.33
If it is a certain Chloe who answers your after sales service, you know that it will end badly (3 problems with this person).

Unfortunately the last item I purchased arrived broken and then I contacted the customer service department, which answered all my questions and agreed to make the refund of the amount paid without any problem, showing respect to their customers.

Item took more than 9 weeks to arrive, then turned out to be not the item I ordered. Have tried 4 times over the last 4 weeks to get a response to my complaint and have still heard nothing. The company seems okay if nothing goes wrong, but is horrible at customer service if there is problem.

Bought a RC airplane (order number *******) but transmitter was not working out of the box. Emailed and sent a video (as requested) to highlight problem. Was told that the standard, off-the-shelf 1.5V AA batteries I used burnt the transmitter. This is an unacceptable excuse for a defective product. Have tried to email back but my emails are being ignored.

01/01/2016 UPDATE: Following this review I was contacted by customer care and was promised a new transmitter. Now waiting for its delivery. I am aware that this will take some time.

FINAL UPDATE: Just to let you know that I received a new transmitter as banggood.com promised which is working perfectly.

I have bought a number of items from Banggood, all have been excellent but not this one.
Moments after lighting this at a children's birthday party burning wax set fire to the plasic petals and the burning remnants dropped onto the table. Fortunately, having looked carefully at the device I was suspicious of it and had placed it on a hard surface. If it had been on a tablecloth or left unattended the results could have been horrendous. It even defied being blown out. Part of the problem was that the petals failed to extend fully but even had they done so the fire risk remained.
It should be withdrawn from sale immediately.
I have contacted Banggood and my local Trading Standards Dept.

I have been buying from Banggood for several years now.
What I like the most is that Banggood is one reliable seller that is selling selected goods that are chosen and preselected.
Some other selling sites, maybe it would not be fair to mention names, are just selling platforms and you really do not know who are you buying from and what will you get at the end.
Banggod prices are a little bit higher than on other platforms, but in long terms, when you calculate risk and lost time, price difference is negligible.
Customer support is excellent.
For example, I have recently received some electronic parts that shown to were faulty. In less than a day after I sent them short video showing that some parts are not behaving as expected I was asked if I would accept to receive new goods sent to me with no charge! Bear in mind that you have to react in the first 15 days after you receive goods, but anyway, it excellent.
Banggood will continue to be my preferred online seller.

Tip for consumers:
Shipping fee is calculated at purchase time, not added as sum of all items fee. You can, rarely, have large shipping fee for some items, depending on the weight of the item, and also from warehouse location, so, if you see large shipping fee take a look in the chart what item is pulling such fee, and replace that item with another similar item.

One tablet failed in a month. Contacted banggood they said to take in for repairs. I asked where, they then informed me they would replace it. Agreed, they never replaced it nor did they fix original. Wouldnt respond to further inquiries. Purchased second tablet. It stopped recognizing sd cards. No fix as many others have same problem. Bad company to do business with.

"The two great andvantages of Banggood are that all the goods are represented within one seller (unlike Aliexpress or ebay) and also their service and support. It was a bit scary in the beginning to claim a missing article or damaged goods (things happen) but now I am quite sure it is much like your local shop where quite certainly your case will be solved smoothly.

As a bonus if you live in EU you can avoid customs clearance costs of the goods happen to be sent from EU. It doesn't happen all the time but sometimes it comes in quite nice. There is also tariff insurance for the cases when you need to pay for custom clearance. I used it many times and it always works.

I had a problem with DVR which I bought at Banggood. Asked Support for help and they arranged a replacement for me! Today I received the new DVR and it's OK. I'm very happy with this shop and Support.

I rate my shopping history on Banggood at 3 stars. The first purchase was very successful, in the second I received a damaged device - after long negotiations I got a refund of part of the payment (at the cost of the spare part). The third purchase is this spare part - not very well fitted - the device needs modification to work well. The fourth purchase is a low-quality device for which (after negotiations) I received a cash refund.
To sum up - after 4 purchases I have 1 functional device, 2 useless ones and a loss of several dollars.

The order took long to get processed by the seller that's why I didn't give 5 stars for customer service, but once order was processed, the shipping to South Africa was reasonably quick and the tracking updates were accurate. Item arrived as is and in good condition. Hopefully this gimbal will last longer than the previous one.

Thee company advertises items which aren't in stock, then accept your payment for the order, then 3-5 days later say the item is unavailable. Getting them to refund your purchase price is almost impossible. A lot of hoops to go through to get a justifiable and reasonable refund. I'd never do business with them again. Ken T.

Bought something on sale but got charged full price... After a very rude live chat with candice couldn't get anyone to answer my emails until I sent a stinking review and got a profuse apology. After several emails back and forth I STILL didn't get the discount they advertised but was told I could have a credit to what equated to one dollar! I've now sent several emails asking how to close my account but no one responds - don't buy anything or you will have to open an account and get bombarded with their emails... Worst ever place I've bought from.

I bought a lamp from them and they sent me a different lamp. I answered all their questions, sent them photos and videos of what they sent compared to what they advertised, and after stonewalling for ages, they just lied and said the lamps were the same. They ignored my proof but provided none of their own. Banggood provide you lots of ways to contact their after sales service but they string you along without trying to help. In the face of hard proof, they will just lie. You may be lucky and receive what you ordered, but if you don't, be aware that their return and refund policies are empty promises. You will be stuck with whatever they decide to send you rather than whatever you ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
