I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.
I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.
I waited 5 weeks for my items that were sent standard airmail. After numerous email responses asking me to continue waiting patiently, I feel it is necessary to place a negative review. Other items that were order after this item was received weeks ago, I wont order from bangood again in the future.
Update 2/02/2015: I asked everyday for a week for a refund. They kept telling me to wait two more weeks. Finally, the agreed to refund my money. Yea, I was told to wait one to three weeks for the refund. I also order the same parts from another company in Hong Kong. That purchase was made on 1/27 and received today 2/2/2015.

I made the order number ******* and after payment the order changed for "product was sold out". But today the same product is in offer again for only +5 USD in price increase. I trully cannot understand...
In support pages they say refund for paypal takes 1 business day, but I didn't receive the refund yet.
This was my first try and I didn't like their customer service.

Banggood responded with information about returning items which I never mentioned nor intended to do. They have to be sent back to China and every review I read about that did not turn out well for the buyer--either too expensive to return or returned and never got a refund. I told Banggood to cancel my order; an order which had not been sent; I still have not received a refund.

After being recommended by my sister, I ordered three items. The prices for these were about what I would expect from any online retailer. After the order was paid for, I received an email offering me specials on other items. I ordered 4 more pieces. These pieces arrived first and were of extremely poor quality; had no style or fit and were completely unwearable. Then I received an email saying my initial order was being back ordered and did I want to wait or cancel the order. I said I wanted to cancel but at this time I have not received confirmation of the cancellation nor an email regarding my refund. At this point, I believe that the items in my first order were just bait and were never intended to be shipped although they quickly got money from paypal. My next step is to contact paypal to see what can be done.
This is a ridiculous situation with this company. I ordered a newsie cap from them. A simple order. The last tracking information still show it is in China after well over 3 weeks. If not received in 30 days, I will have Paypal open a fraud investigation against this company. This order was also protect by Google and I will also have them open an investigation as well. I will refer them to the 14 pages here of complaints. Don't bother responding to this in a pathetic attempt to act as if you actually care or will do anything. Your customer service has refused to fix this situation 3 times already. Your company is criminally negligent at best. Just the type of company that international law enforcement agencies are chomping at the bit to find and shut down. Good look. You are going to need it.

Ordered a drone plus spare parts on Banggood, delivery time 4 weeks. Some spare parts delivered after 3 weeks. Called after 8 weeks, drone unfortunately could not be delivered, would get a refund for the drone. As the spare parts are useless without the drone, I requested an address to return the spare parts to. In the meantime I have called, web-chatted and send multiple emails but always get the same answer that I should reconsider and keep the items, irrespective what I write back.

I bought a rear view camera mirror for my car and the battery did not work, so the clock would reset when power was turn off and the filenames of the video was incorrect. The return address was somewhere in China, and it was shipped from Germany. I was never buy anything from this company, and buyer beware of them.
Received a drone which was damaged during shipping - was asked to send photos, send video of item not working and after a few rounds of back and forth was offered 50% refund. To get a replacement I have to send the item back to Hong Kong at my own cost, even though I have purchased shipping insurance. Customer service was not the most responsive - sometimes taking 2-3 days to reply. Unpleasant experience

Ordered a shirt. Received the shirt in the wrong color and size. Want to return it, but have to jump through too many hoops to do that. On what site do you ever have to take a picture or a video of the product to return it? There was no return label in the package. The tracking is useless. Over 5 weeks and no package received. The tracking program says it has been with Canada Post for 2 weeks. Stuff in Canada doesn't take 2 weeks to be delivered. The only conclusion seems to be the item was never shipped.
They should put tariffs back on imports and force the shareholders to manufacture back in North America.

I buy a lot of really cheap merchandise direct from China. Lately I have been using Banggood.com In the past month I received a quad copter with a non functioning camera, a watch that doesn't keep time and a bunch of OBD2 car diagnostic plugins that don't work. I ordered a drone on December 1,2016 and it has yet to arrive. The tracking info still says it is at the airport somewhere in another country. When I complained about the order I was told to keep checking with the post office and then go to the local customs office to see if it was there. I am not running all over town or to customs offices to track down where the package is when the address is clearly stated on the order. I demanded my money back but only get back the same email to wait for another 7 days. I am done, I will have to go through my credit card company to cancel charges and if possible file a fraud report. DO NOT EVER ORDER from this company.

"Once i ordered watches and it came and took another chance to place an on order for a high end phone. Placed the order on the 20th June and got a dispatch notification email with tracking number the next day. The shipping method i chose was not applied. Was sent via Swiss post which has to be transported to Switzerland before to me. And Swiss Post claims it is not on their system. Till now I have not received my item which is even transit.
