I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.

At first told me I would just have to wait, or buy something else, when I told them it did not work that way, you don't sell something you don't have they agreed to refund. However they failed to send confirmation of refund as promised. Disputing charge with PayPal. Don't waste your time.

Never again! They do not respect the warranty periods indicated on their site. Never buy anything on Banggood because at the first issue during the warranty period the device will not get repaired or refunded. 4 months later, they proudly told me that they couldn't repair my phone, (paid 400) and finally, they offered me a 160 refund to compensate for the loss. To flee!

Placed several orders about a month ago. All items showed "ships in 24 hours". 2 out of 3 I cancelled because it did not ship in more than a week. The last eventually changed to "shipped" but it did not really ship. I even phoned DHL to find out what is going on and the told me they are waiting on banggood. Its been a month and the order has not shipped. I even paid extra for express shipping. Support does not want to cancel it because of the false "shipped" status. Even the supervisor lied to me saying the item shipped when it clearly did not. Disapointed in banggood. I now have an order worth about 400 USD and no idea if\when I will get it. Will stick to amazon and gearbest from now on. I think even AliExpress is better

I purchased a pair of sandals for over $20. The material used to manufacture the inside of the sole makes them impossible to wear. They are offering me a paltry $7.09 refund. Think twice before ordering anything from them

When i complained they did not answer for more than a month. They wanted me to complain to post office, but it has been too long for them to trace it.

The coupons I applied made my items more expensive, which is a bit sketchy. The $3 off coupon made my 2 items go from $25.63 to $28.97! Shipping took a long time too, I waited for I think a month?. However, the cases I received for my phone are really good! I somehow got an extra case in my order, I don't remember adding it to my cart but I do remember looking over my cart to remove an item so I'm not sure how I could've missed it. Something feels off about the website, but I think I would risk it again because the phone cases are good, I just would pay super extra careful attention next time.

I order a bluetooth earphone from application. I placed order on 9 September 2017 and today is 10 october. Still not delivered and when i mail to customer service they replied to wait patiently. It took a month to deliver. Very slow.

This place seems to be a scam. I ordered from here months ago, never got my order and was denied a request to just cancel the order and get a refund. Very rude customer service and the lack of communication seems to point toward the whole thing being a scam as suggested by other reviews.

Never buy from Banggood. They don't have even 10% of the items showing online as IN STOCK. I have ordered item on November 2020 and follow up on item for 2 months. During this time the replies from customer service were so rude as they do not have such item which is shown on site as IN STOCK. Today January 2021, and they said your money refunded, after wasting 2 months by paying our money. These people are just collecting money from people all over world to use in their business and refund after 2 months if you chase behind your order.

I ordered 4 finger oxygen/pulse testers@ 16 bucks a piece they said were in stock that never were they are a scam company they take your money and run their mouth with excuses will rip everyone off and file bankruptcy run with the money don't waste your money! The positive reviews are fake! They never have the part. Its a scam! They wont refund me for 17 days said it was my bank! No its a scam!

Buyer beware, do not buy from Banggood, they're cheap for a reason! I bought a mobile phone and I didn't receive it until almost 6 weeks after. It was shipped from China and went around the world to Switzerland and eventually landed in Australia. The phone arrived faulty. I contacted Banggood and was promised a full refund + return shipping cost after I return the item to them. The returned item was received by them in 4 days (I have the package tracking) but they didn't acknowledge the receipt until after 2 weeks. In the end, I got short changed and only received a refund of $139.99 instead of the $156.62 I paid for the goods originally and I only received $43 instead of $47 for the return shipping cost. No explanation was given for both amounts even though I contacted their Chief Wu directly. I'm now filing a complaint with PayPal and hopefully they'll do the right thing in the end.

Recently I order Men Casual Breathable sandals from them and received the order approximately one month after the perches. I paid $70 for it because it was good looking product on the picture. But, when I received that it was a huge disappointment. It was a cheap, smelly product which you can buy for a few bucks in dollar stores. It has so bad odor that I had to store it on the balcony. Once I tried to wear it but just after a few minutes of walking I got blisters on my feet because of rough workmanship. Avoid, I would rate it as a scam!

They took my money in October and here we are in December, they have been unable to tell me where my order is. Customer service said wait a couple weeks and we should know more. Tricked by a good price and I learned my lesson. Too good to be true.

One of the worst websites stay away.

I have placed my order and i requested to cancel it on the same day its been more than 8 days and i still haven't received my refund.

They even had the nerve to threaten me that if i want a refund i would have to close the paypal dispute that i had initiated.

I understand that they do have attractive prices and offers but given this experience i just had i would advise you to simply stay away.
