I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.

I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.

I ordered 3 items, a smart watch, never came, dog clippers, which are actually sheep shearers, and a carbon fibre vernier, which was cheap plastic, like a toy. They had me waiting 2 months for the watch, after that, they wanted me to go to all the local post offices, and get a certificate to say they hadn't posted it, which they rejected, and then they just gave me the run around. The clippers, I mean shearers were too dangerous to use on my dog, had parts missing, and nothing like the photo. They wanted a video of me trying to clip my dog, and of the vernier. The staff are complete morons. In the end, since no refunds were coming, I got all my money back through Paypal, who sided with me. Don't buy from them, and don't believe the good feedback, they write it themselves.

I had ordered a keyboard from Bang good, however it was the wrong model/color. I contacted customer service via email and was emailed a pre-paid shipping label to send my keyboard back. I am located in the USA and I believe the customer service rep may have been located overseas because the email response times were about 12-24 hours (which was okay, because it was still very prompt).

After sending my product for return, I followed up with bang good through my email chain and I was refunded promptly. Overall my customer service experience was very good and I will definitely be purchasing from bang good again!

I have been waiting 17 days for an order that (according to their tracking on the website) was shipped on Jan 24... today is Feb 10th... I've tried to contact customer service twice via e-mail and have not received a response... I tried contacting them via their "chat" mechanism but that doesn't work either... all I want is a simple answer to the simple question "where is my item?"

Well the title sums it up and I wouldn't even give them one star bought a coat $84 too small wanted to return it and get right size and did return it (cost $62)and its been in customs?
For 6 weeks and no refund and wont even talk to me
You decide! But business with them will screw you

I would rate this company 0 if I could please don't touch this company it's an absolute scam. I paid for an item on the 16th of November and I still haven't received it. They said I can track it ect but according to the tracking it's been sat in the uk since the 20 of November.! So where is it I asked it's coming it's coming that's all I got for a while allow 25 days. Then that past then it was allow 25 working days! According to the tracker there's been no movement! Then it was just sending me an email saying is this your address and this is your order number! After every question I asked I'm now being pretty much ignored its the worst company I've come across and with I had read a review like the one I'm leaving because I never would have purchase anything from this scam company in a millions years! Please purchase else where!

I've now made few orders at Banggood.com... shipping and delivery are very fast and in case of troubles Banggood Team is always here to ease customers' life. Very very professional. If you add to this a HUUUUGGGE catalog of products, It's simply impossible to not use Banggood.com!

Sorry that I can't choose less than one star.
Banggood (no good) sent something other than ordered, and then claimed it was what I ordered. Difficult to contact and very unhelpful. Stay away from Banggood(bangbad), as their offers seem too good to be true and they are!

Avoid Bangbad!!

I purchased a rodeo 150 drone from bang good it took several weeks to get my drone and when I received it the transmitter was not included. When I placed the order I asked if there was anything else I needed to fly the drone they told me no, was that a lie. I ended up spending another 75.00 for a transmitter and several more weeks for delivery and I still have not received my product.

Important is to read the pdf manual from Atomstack website. The installation of the USB driver is inside the free software, so a normal plug and play like plugging an USB stick does not auto install the device. However my first tries on wood were an success, so I am very satisfied. Anyhow, I will try also some other laser heads on the setup, which seems to be easy to be modified, so great buy.

I purchased 2 pairs of boots. Their ad didn't say they ran one size too small so I returned them and asked for a refund. They then said they were in Hong Kong and that it would cost me more to send back then I paid for them. They said to measure my foot and don't return. I said I have already sent them back. They asked me where did I send them I said to the address on the shipping label in City of Industry. The boots are now lost in limbo and I am out all this money.

Do not buy from this site, sizes despite a size chart bear no relationship to the garment supplied. The product is bad but the service and after sales is even worse. What ever the answer they give to this comment, like for Will S, do not believe it. They will not even supply a return address, they make derisory partial refund offers of less than 50% of the purchase price. I can guarantee what ever is written after this post by Bangood is a lie unless they admit the whole debacle - they won't. I am not sure that I have ever seen reviews this bad.

So far a really good experience, ordered three times and all arrived within three weeks.
Aftersales very good, one flashlight worked for only 20 minutes, had to send them a short movie with the problem and they have send a new item for free! Will order again.

Order arrived damaged. Wrote them a note, per their policy. They took 4 days to respond, rather than promised 24 hours. In their response they offered parts for me to fix the item myself. Sent them another note asking to replace the item rather than ask me to fix it. Another 3 days, no response. Online chat support told me to wait and that I'll get a response in 24 hours. It's been 48 since then and nothing.

Orderered three times. Two out of three was with problems. First time my order was delayed by two month due I ordered item which out of stock. Okay, but why I can order item which out of stock?

First time I requested exchange and it was applied pretty fast. Unfortunately there is no option to cancel order and receive refund.

Second time was same problem. "exchange" process was extremely long. A half of hour or one hour. At the end exchange was not applied.

Hopefully it is not a big order, so no problems. But personally I think I cannot trust this store.

I ordered 5 items and only received 2. I contacted them by email and I received no reply. So now I tried live chat and they told me "so sorry". I have never dealt with such a poor customer service. I'm out $102 with no recourse. A bunch of crooks. Watch out.

You will regret ordering from this Chinese company! I ordered and cancelled my order within 5 min. The order disappered from my history so i thought i was good O NO they ship it and will see how long it takes to get it. From the other reviews ive read im not holding my breath. I love all the review responses from Banggood also. They all pretty much say the same thing well if you have your order number and email we can see what happened and how we messed up your order over and over again. Do your self a favor don"t order from these people. That pretty much goes without even reading any of these reviews because they are all pretty bad.

I purchased a V913 RC Helicopter from banggood. Come on 11-13-17. I never received an email confirmation or tracking number from them. When the helicopter arrived three weeks later there was no on/off switch on it nor was there a transmitter, additionally the battery charger was a European charger which did me absolutely no good here in the USA. I'll let the facts speak for themselves.

This is my first order with Banggood and It will be my last. I placed my order on Dec 4,2014. As of today, Dec 30,2014 my package shows it is still sitting in China. When I placed the order it showed delivery time to the USA of 7-15 days. I have contacted Banggood several times and the only response I get is "please be patient, and wait a little while longer". I have opened a claim with Paypal for Banggood's failure to deliver goods.

I tried few products and specifically purchased woodworking rulers, these products must be accurate and I had high expectations, however the products arrived damaged - bent - with a package that should be more fitted to the products, the packaging should be more robust and tight. There should be ability to select a better delivery, like ups or dhl at least the same level of service.

I don't mind paying more for good product and service, unfortunately fromm experience it does not worth the trouble of getting it from banggood, at least not products that should be shipped with attention and carefulness.

I purchased an outdoor light that didn't work when I received it. The customer service department asked that I take pictures of every side of the shipping box along with video of the light not working. After sending all of that, they told me the would give me $40 so I could get it repaired. I was unable to find a Chinese light repair shop near me for some reason. They would not give me a refund even after I offered to send the light back at their expense. Stay away from this company at all costs. They will not help you if your merchandises is defective.

Ordered a Large size coat. I am 5'10", 185 #- Large is my size for my other coats.
Received a coat, labeled large, but is way too small- a medium at best. Must be a Large for Chinese men!?!

After emailing Banggood, they asked for a photo of the Tag, and then said tough luck!
Never, never again- Stick with Amazon or other American sites!
