The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. Bought a mens dress shirt of very, very poor quality. Material so thin you can see thru it. Buttons all loose and sewn on with thick white thread on a dark colored shirt. Makes no sense... xxxl size was so small it was more like a boys medium. No joking!... horrible third world quality junk.

I ordered a smart watch in blue, when I corrected an entry on the order, it went to the default color of white, and thats what I got. They would not exchange it! I now tried downloading a QR program for some of the functions and I get websites that have nothing to do with the smart watch, and if they do, they are in Chinese! Useless...

I ordered a bag off Groupon. Little did I know that it was a private seller. I received the very poor quality bag which looked nothing like the picture and was nothing like the description. When I contacted Groupon, they advised to contact Banggood directly. I contacted them and several weeks later I finally got a response back that they do not allow returns. All sales final. The bag was supposed to be regularly priced over $100 and was on sale for $29.99 plus shipping. It wasn't worth $2. Beware of this company! I wish I had known.

I placed an order on August 30,2016 and got an email saying it has been shipped. There is no way of tracking the order and I want to know how long it takes for an order to be shipped and received. When you go onto the website it only states that the item has been shipped. Nothing more to check on. This is no acceptable. I ordered an item gave my address, even paid extra for the shipping. Item was shipped to a pickup point in a different city. Noone helped to resolve, i was supposed to contact everyone and ask the pickup point to send it to me... or to visit a different city to get and order I paid extra money to receive on time... then i had to also pay extra, so i get to the city my item was delivered to...

I would rate this company as a zero. Weeks have passed since they were notified of a damaged product being sent to me, their solution was to send me $15 and I keep the useless product which I refused. Since then they have stopped responding to emails and have done nothing to remedy the issue.

I ordered a flashlight from these folks. The delivery was quick but it didn't work. They shamed me into making a video showing it didn't work. Once the video was submitted they sent me another one. It didn't work either. Shamed again into another video only to learn they will only give me 50% of my money back. What a joke. Better hope your product works or you will pay the price.

I ordered a brand named drill/driver($130) from this firm and a couple things, in my opinion, came to light. The package arrived in good condition. Since the description of the item on their site was vague. I relied on the the brand name a bit. They acknowledged the order, but trying to follow up was not a good experience. The site is not friendly and couldn't contact customer service. Delivery about 20 days for this item. I contemplate calling my card company as was thinking scam. Everyone is looking for a bargain and this firm offers great prices but my experience,, their customer service doesn't compare to some other online businesses. Final note product initially is working great, but manual in Chinese only. Again can't reach customer service.

Believing in the honesty and integrity of everyone, I ordered 9 items from the company! 6 items arrived after more than a month but NON were like the picture on the web. The remaining three: One never arrived and two arrived with missing parts and wrong item! A total of $28.18 plus shipping was wasted out of $62.31 purchase. Communication was another problem. I send an email with pictures but they answered only one part of the email with one line and twice claimed they did not see the pictures! Not worth the hustle and time plus waste of money. Avoid!

This company is a fraud. They sell at a cheap price so lots of people order from them but they don't ship anything. They are just expecting you to let it go because it's not a lot of money. I fought a lot to get my money back and it's only after telling them that I filled a complaint for fraud that they finally agreed to refund me. Don't buy anything from them!

Disappointed. I ordered a QuadCopter - it took over a month to arrive and it was dead-on-arrival. I've reached out to customer services and I've heard nothing back. I do not recommend Banggood - steer clear! I will not be using them again.
Update: They re-sent out a new Quadcopter. Emails back from their customer service team are definitely slow off the mark though.

Do not give this company your money. You will not receive the goods and they will give you the run around for days on end before telling you that your payment wasn't received. No matter that you have a receipt from the bank showing payment was made. Buy from these scammers at your own risk.

I have ordered from Banggood a couple of time and both time ordered multiple items. On both orders a mini keyboard never arrived. They did refund me on my first order which was great but on my second order even after two months+ still no keyboard. Banggood claims it was shipped. In fact they show it shipped shortly after I ordered it along with the rest of my order yet somehow my order arrives over a period of many weeks.
I am reluctant to order from Banggood again as they have not offered a refund this time.

I bought 3 items from banggood but unfortunately one of the item (wireless car vacuum cleaner) is come with defect condition, i report it to banggood and send them a video about the condition and few explanation then banggood send me the new one.
Many years buy from banggood and until now the service is never let me down.

I bought shoes and a dress and needed to return for bigger size. The problem is... there is no way to return them. There is no packing slip, their site says you have 3 days to get them in the mail to be able to exchange and their site says if you fill out a form a return label will be emailed to you. I did and it never happened. I tried live chat and the person obviously didn't understand English and they just stopped chatting and got off line when I said I needed a return label. All of their clothes and shoes run small and you have NO recourse if your stuff does not fit.
