I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.
I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.
Bought a 4 port USB charger and a usb tester their 4 port charger was not giving proper voltages and amps at all contacted Tech support they agreed it was bad and are now sending me a new one to replace the older one. Excellent support. Just wish more people would contact them first to resolve issues like I did..

Nearly one month after they sent me an email saying that 3 items in my order was not in stock offering me to either get a refund or wait (undetemently) for a restock.
This website does NOT comply to its promises. They play with your money for a month and then tell you they do not have the product.
Don't waste your time and money buying from them.

Easy to enter orders, not so easy first time navigate to find items. Godds arrived in time partial shipment, second one a little late and package not well done, only plastic bag arrived broken, but godds where not damaged. Anyway good experience, I'll buy again.

My package took a couple months to come and when it finally did some of them were very defected. Other then that the squishies smelled great and the ones that weren't defected where super squishy and great quality. I still don't think I would recommend.
I bought the item back in September, it came faulty and the company still hasn't resolved the problem, even though we have been in touch from the moment the product arrived but the issue hasn't been solved.
I requested a new product or refund but nothing yet (today 28/01/18!).

I have tried for a month to exchange or get a refund for 3 articles of clothing that were not sized right. They use the threat of expensive return fees to discourage me. That was NOT what their return policy claimed. BEWARE! If you get what you order - lucky you!

Don't be fooled by what looks like a professional run business/Web site!
I ordered an Elephone P8 smartphone on April 19,2014. BIG MISTAKE. 5 weeks latter, I was told by Banggood CS that the item was returned to them without any explanation and that they would refund my money in 4-5 days. Never happened. The tracking site now shows the product is on it's way ('Destination') to Singapore - I don't live in Singapore. I opened a dispute/claim via PayPal and hope they'll follow up.
Had on order for over a month in "processing" got notice would be removed from cart in 7 days looked on site and item in stock so canceled processing item ordered same item and now says shipped will see in few weeks if shows up

I purchased a pair of sandals and it took almost a month for them to arrive and when they did arrive they were the wrong size... when I contacted their CS I was told that they sent the size I ordered which is complete BS... they said I ordered a size 6.5 when I wear an 11... they told me I could return them but I would have to pay for shipping... shipping to China costs more than the sandals did... do not repeat do not do business with these a-holes and be sure to tell tour friends.

I have never liked theri service because of the fact that some of their suppliers are not monitored. I was shocked when I bought one thing thinking it was another thing. Then again the delivery prices are so high that you wonder why we should even buy something.

Bought the V939 UFO received it in good condition, Had a slight problem with it, it did not want to bind with the transmitter.
I emailed customer service with this problem - customer service got back with me within hours.
They were able help me get the problem resolved quickly with just an email.

The camera resembled the authentic but the battery and firmware did not. Shooting a video resulted in stuttering.
Furwther an eu warehouse purchase results in the same return address in china, and paypal in their infinite wisdom require tracking to that address at buyers cost to return the fake item that banggood sells.
Amazing how paypal registered sellers are allowed to get away with a non uk/ eu return address! Even for eu purchases!

I do not recommend buying products guided by the description and customer reviews on this website. This site simply does not publish reviews with ratings of 3 or below. Ordered magnets for $10. Package came damaged and empty. Wrote a complaint to banggood and sent photos of damaged package explaining that it came empty. They said that I need to go to USPS and get an Official letter stating what was the weight of the package and that USPS should certify that the package was empty. I was disappointed that the shirt was unsuitable because of size issues but Cherry did her best to resolve. Cherry was very helpful and is worth more than the 3 stars but would still have liked to have had a shirt that fit however :o(
I won't recommend banggood personally,, Instead you should look for other companies like amazon, rakuten, ali express, geekbuying or gearbest. Banggood is really a big problem while you have to make a refund. For a simple refund they will give u a headache. You have to chat everyday with them and they will say like sure for 24 hrs we are going to refund and then next day it will be the same,, I am still waiting for them to make a refund. I ordered 2 items, both one size larger than I usually wear. I wear XL, ordered 2xl and still too small. Buyer beware, and since it came from overseas, it costs more to send it back than what I paid. Better to try and find something similar on Amazon. At least it's easy to return if it doesn't fit. Lesson learned.

Recently I bought a PIPO S6 tablet. This stopped working after a couple of days. When I contacted them they made all the right noises about replacing the product but I received nothing. They were in good contact initially but then suddenly nothing - they've stopped replying to my emails.
I noticed that they stopped contacting me once I was over the 45 days from the Paypal transaction date. You can only open a dispute up with Paypal if it is less that 45 days so I can't open a Paypal dispute. If you get a defective product make sure you open a dispute up in Paypal before the 45 days have expired.
