I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.
I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.
Order an item from them and it was sent with a cable missing, something that is unique to the product making it useless.
Rather than send me the missing cable which is worth about 20 they send email after email demanding pictures or videos of the item.
I'm not the only person to suffer at the hands of the (non existent) customer services complaints all over similar forums which I wish I had read before ordering.

Wish I could give them no star! The customer service seems to be helpful but all they do is copy and past pre-written transcripts. I purchased my items 3 months ago and I still don't have any shipping information available. Every time I contact their customer service they promise that my problem will be solved within 8 hours but it never happened. This website is a huge scam!

Not one of my last few orders arrived within the estimated time because they will lie about shipping the item when in actual fact only the shipping label have been printed. It is a waste of time talking to the customer service as well. Honestly if you have a issue just bring it up with paypal, or better yet just avoid this lying company altogether

Ordered a prop and the wrong was sent, right order description but wrong item. The only way to contact anyone is with email. I sent two emails and still haven't heard back. Wished I had never seen this site, stay away if you want customer service.

For my Order Number: ******* (Android Box) on www.banggood.in, the Beijing Exchange Station has returned the parcel multiple times after been delivered to air transport.
Now since 12-Oct-2019, the package is untraceable and when contacted the live chat customer care they promised to revert via email in 24-48 hrs. With investigations.
With several security returns at the air transport and item been bagged multiple times, I have the apprehensions now that it is broken and/or lost, and therefore is untraceable.

I've made two orders with few products and both orders came damaged and lowest quality on earth. They do false advertisements. A pair of "leather" shoes that were advertised with a discount from $400 to $40. This was a total scam. They were not even real leather, some soft plastic. I've thrown them in the bin. Totally RUBBISH!

The reason I am giving this 2 stars is because they misplaced 1 item from my order and my attempts to contact them for a resolution went to no avail. Other than that, I appreciate the fast delivery but did not follow through for customer satisfaction.

Camera shows not installed, no connection, when watching videos. Program stopped comes up frequently and I have to restart tablet.
There is a canned message to please email customer service. 6 days ago I did twice re a problem with my tablet not functioning. Still no reply. Horrible customer service so far. FOLLOWUP: They gave me instruction to download firmware from a download site. In CHINESE! Even with translator and passwords I could not download firmware. The service has been good all the way and not nechaev i regret for having ordered something from them. They link us with so many sellers and choosing the perfect thing that you want is actually very easy if you know what you are looking for. If you are far then it will take some time to get your items delivered.
Spend a few bucks more and get something that actually works. The only thing worse than a Chinese product is Chinese service. The readers digest version of my (only) perches was... product not as advertised, didn't work and took two months to receive. Just remember that you credit card company will fight them for you. Banggood needs to be shut down!

I submitted a negative review about defective product and it never showed up on Banggood site so Banggood's product rankings are inflated. If you buy simple items and do not mind to wait for 20+ day for delivery then it is okay site. If there is a big chance your product might have issues (electronics,...) then I would go with another vendor with stronger customer support. In my case, for example, I was advised by customer support representative to "find someone who can test your item". It has been almost two weeks and this case has not been resolved yet.

I had multiple windows open watching the countdown timer for the anniversary $9.9 sale.
All high items said sold out over 20 minutes before timer was set to expire. Nice scam to get you onto the site. I have ordered quite a few items form this site. First few arrived in decent time. I ordered a gift for my daughter, a DIY doll house last december, until now we haven't received the package. I sent a query to the service and they promptly replied that I might need to check the local postal office if the package was dropped there for whatever reason. We checked even though if you receive anything thru postal, they will send a notice which we didn't receive. I communicated this to Banggood, twice, i have yet to receive any replies from them. I don't want to think they're trying to ignore me, so please reply to my emails, or give me a refund. At least I can get something different for my daughter.

Excellent help, have made several orders from this company without any problem. Replaced an order without problem because it didn't work as it should. Shipping takes a while but not their fault, just be patient.
Excellent customer service. I had an issue with the right channel of a bluetooth speaker making a large whining sound and that channel never playing music. I wrote in and submitted a short video showing the sound problem and they responded within 24 hours offering to ship me another. Very quick and polite email. I am thrilled at how quickly they resolved my issue. Does make me want to test a product quickly before leaving it wrapped as a gift for an extra week. Superb Banggood.
I've made multiple purchases with Banggood, most of the 'hard to mess up' variety. All was well until my first electronic device. I ordered an SDR receiver, and as noted by other purchasers of the same product, it was missing a critical area of functionality. I pointed this out to Banggood, and they refused to refund or replace the item unless I provided video evidence of the problem. This evidence would consist of the device sitting there not working. It's unnecessary, and meant to discourage warranty claims. I will update if there is a change in status.

After waiting two weeks longer than they said it would take for shipping; the laser engraver I ordered arrived damaged. Dozens of emails and pictures later (and more than a month), they finally say the part will arrive in 15 days. It'd been 2 months and still no part; and repeated attempts for a refund are unanswered.

I have ordered from them in the past and had no problem (other than long waits) but this time is different.
I ordered from them in January with estimated delivery before Valentine's day. Near the end of February and they haven't delivered. Efforts to get any information at all are always met with the reply "wait".
The customer service cannot provide any delivery information, tracking information, or customer services.
Refund requests are met with polite requests to wait longer. I think they hope customers will give up on them. It looks like Banggood is a scam company.
No one at Banggood is able to resolve problems.
Don't waste your money or time with this retailer.

Received a defective drone that was also missing the 2 extra batteries I paid for. Tried to get a refund in first 2 days. Sent pictures as asked and then Was told to ship to China instead of US warehouse it came from. Not worth the effort to pay for shipping to China and then wait at least 6 weeks for a refund " maybe". Found out later Amazon has dealers that sells the same drone with the famous no Hassle Amazon return and refund process. Scam company in their customer service. Never buy directly from Chinese vendor again. Not reputable

Bought 2 pairs of shorts. Both pair were WAY too small. I sent pictures as requested showing they were the wrong size (tape measure@ waist). They still wanted more proof.
