I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.

I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.

I was so looking forward to receiving my 2 rc helicopters from banggood spending over $400 AU. They arrived the best part of 5 weeks later, when they arrived they were both damaged I sent them an email to tell them this and they said sorry to hear that we will give you 500 points LOL. I said I would not accept this as they were brand new and I would like them replaced. To cut a very long story short today 4/8/15 I got my refund phew. This purchase was started in early May. I would advise anyone buying from this site to pay a bit more and purchase somewhere else.

I received some shoes I had ordered. Within a half an hour 5 bits had fallen off. I contacted Banggood and they asked me to 'glue' them back on myself! Said it was because of the long hot postage! I have had no satisfaction and will recommend all my friends to stay away!

If you know what you're getting into, you can get some great deals for quality products. Please note, never buy anything from here if you are in a hurry. If you plan ahead and make your purchases here, you'll get some great deals. Always give them about 3 weeks for delivery.
Also, customer service will obviously be slower as they Banggood operates in the opposite time zone, but I have always been taken care of by them in the end.

If you are lucky and receive your order you're good!
BUT if not it's very bad news.
The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered in my life.
I've written over 9 emails so far and no refund yet.

Have ordered and received many articles, all cheap. Arrived as stated ( so far). But i ordered a machine, it seems perfect for what i want, but one small part is the wrong size. After many attempts to contact them, i finally received an offer of $10 off, no good as the machine doesn't work. Now they totally ignore me. Bums.

Bought a phone on 26-06, tried to contact the customer service, but their only answer is robotic no proof of delivery or anything else. Just please wait a week and so on until now.
I've opened a dispute on Paypal and will convert it soon. They shield behind an hidden policy that says 60 days, but they advertise their delivery in maximum 15 days.

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!

Just time wasting. Spend 20 buck more and buy on ebay or amazon.

I recently bought what was advertised as a leather men's shoulder bag which turned out to be made of shiny brown plastic. When I emailed to request directions on how to return the item, Dodo at Banggood suggested that I try to sell it to someone else as the return shipping costs to China would be expensive and on me.

So let's review: 1. Cheap merchandise that 2. You can't return. Might as well burn your money.

I bought from them a warm white dimmable led standing lamp in August 2021. I received a cold white non dimmable one that was slightly bent. I reported this immediately to customer service (including pictures and videos) and they have been rejecting to refund me since then. They keep on closing the complaint tickets without resolving the issue, and this has been going on for 6 months. Their last feedback I received was that I have no grounds to complain because the product is usable! The managers of this company are either scammers or have no idea of what consumer rights are. Do not buy from them.

I started to order several items for Banggood. I felt I should check some reviews and research the company first. Besides hundreds of complaints on line, the Better Business Bureau gives the company a grade of F-. That site also stated they had tried to contact Banggood office at its New York address and the letter was returned as an incorrect address. Sounds a little shady so no thanks.

Ordered six tea boxes which came two completely broken the others had cracks and scratches. I took individual pics as requested now after I packaged everything up they want a group shot of all 6. It's not going to show the damages in a shot like that. I feel they are delaying more as it's now been 2 weeks since I first put my request to return and refund.

I bought a small balsam wood Garden trug online in March. It arrived in June packed in a thing plastic shipper bag, with zero protective padding. Of course is was broken and (weirdly) wet. I sent photos, emails, and complained to Pay-Pal. Zero response. Once I finally escalated, Bangood asked me to send the thing back to them in Thailand! Insane. Just don't go there. It's a full scam.

Avoid at all costs.

My sixteen year old son used his lawn mowing money to buy a flight controller for a drone he was building. When he installed the flight controller on his drone, it did not work. When we contacted Banggood, we were told about their 3 Day return policy, and, of course, we were outside of those 3 days. We were offered $5.00 off our next order. The product costs three times that amount. This company does not stand behind its product. BUYER BEWARE!

First, they do not respond to email, don't bother trying, they will NEVER reply. If you use their chat, "the system is slow, or I can't get an update now". The clothing is asian size. If you are a US small, get an extra large. If you order clothing, some of it is real garbage, seconds or other rejects.
Pay a little more elsewhere and get what you want in less than four months.

I see that Banggood respond to bad reviews on this site - often asking for the order number and saying they will help. But does anyone ever get a reply after the send them a private message? I have not - I think they just want to seem to be concerned but then never do anything. Terrible company.

I've ordered 3 things from them about 2/3 weeks ago and still haven't received my items. I've checked multiple times to make sure i filled everything out correct, which i did. It says my package was shipped over a week ago. I'm very upset about this and would not recommend people to order off this website.

I recently purchased a lithium battery charger from Banggood. It would not operate when I received it because the unit was improperly assembled and the programming buttons stuck. I contacted their customer service about the problem and Banggood told me to mail it back to China at my cost which was over half what the charger cost. Additionally the charger was falsely advertised and is only capable of operating at half its quoted capacity. Their prices are good but only purchase from them if you're willing to roll the dice that your item arrives in working order.

We ordered a leather man bag shown in a distressed brown color for $53 but received a small tan cheap-looking "suede" bag... totally unacceptable. When we told them we were unhappy with the bag, they said we could return it to China it at our expense for an exchange (no refund). Since customers cannot see and feel items before they purchase them, their return policy should be better. I do not plan to purchase anything on the internet in the future because of them.

Tip for consumers:
They continue to insist that they sent us what we ordered and we are responsible for the shipping costs both ways (to and from China). The most important thing should be that we don't like the bag and don't want it. Therefore, they should give us a refund . . . and we should be able to return it to somewhere in the U.S.

Ordered an Samsung 8 plus case cost $5.99 waiting for 3 weeks, and got a junk with 2 broken plastic cases. They are like 2 half plastic bags with few holes. Put in my phone they are like a joke. Tried to return it, but they requires picture, video on youtube...
Never buy from them again.

Avoid at all cost, the fulfillment process is just horrible. They will lure you in with fast shipping options but will then take their own sweet time to actually ship out the item. Customer service has also gone down the drain in recent years and is among one of the worst there is right now. Price wise is is usually one of the most expensive as well. Worth keeping only just to compare prices. If you do end up buying something and a problem arises, just go to paypal immediately it is a waste of time talking with their customer service.

I purchased a mig on banggood 8 months ago and have had zero resolution to warranty issues, the first being it arrived damaged bashed around in transport, i contacted them about that and they refused to replace it, and then after 7 months it blew up suspect the damage had effect it or it was just a bad product, so i contact them again, now banggood say my warranty is expired after 6 months use when they advertise it as a 1 year warranty and we have been in lockdown so have not been able to use it anyway. I am fed up with them they don't honour any of the guarantees they state on their site. Piss poor effort from customer support and Zero warranty, $1000 down the drain, I will certainly not recommend dealing with them.

I paid extra for expedited shipping. After 11 days and still being told my order is processing, I did a live chat and discovered 1 item was out of stock, no one notified me, and the other item was just sitting there. I have requested a full refund. Will wait and see if I get it. I should have known better doing business with a company that offers suck low prices. Thank goodness I paid through Paypal. They will get me my money. BEWARE! UPDATE: I did get a refund, but will not buy from them again.

Online shows they process orders 24/48 hrs. When I ordered something it stayed in the processing for close to a month. When you talk to customer service they don't know anything or can't help you. They tell you what you want to hear. Your order will be sent out. Not. Still the same, weeks later. The 24/7 bot customer service is a nightmare. Getting a cancellation or refund is crazy. They can take your money in seconds, but you have to wait cause obviously those morons don't know what they are doing. Good luck on anything with these people. It is like walking on nails. They tell you a few minutes then it turns into hours or days. This company is a big joke. Never order from them. I know I sure won't ever again. A waste of money and valuable time.

I ordered two tee shirts. They came with two vastly different sizes. They offered approx. 2/3 refund and I keep the tees. Fair enough.
I also bought a pair of sandals. They came about 2 sizes too big. They look ridiculous on me. They only refunded a small portion without my consent. When I pursued further, they simply ignored me. They are other retailers much better to deal with than buying overseas. Not happy with quality either. No recourse.

First and foremost I have bought thousands of dollars of merchandise from this company ranging from 1$ to $200 dollars per item and for the most part it has been good. However when I chose a $740 computer from them and they sent me something different that was described they lost me for life. They will not refund or except item back and there is not a dam thing I can do about it. Lesson learned don't spend any more then you can afford to lose with a company overseas.
