I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.
I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.
I purchased four clothing items from Banggood last year. It took over 3 months for the items to arrive and none of the items fit. The garments looked NOTHING like what I selected. Very poor quality. I'm extremely disappointed that Facebook would continue to advertise for a website with such horrible reviews.
Their phones are not compatible with US systems and they don't tell you that. Their phones work only on Chinese networks. With some configuring it worked for one day then dead. Returned item and they refused to pay return postage. Item was sent back and lost in the mail, out $500 USD.

Banggood is the worst eCommerce store i have ever done business with, and what is even worse is the customer experience.
I have ordered an electric scooter in May and 2.5 months later my scooter was still marked as shipped but not actually shipped, UPS verified this. Banggood told me to wait another 1 month instead of refunding me as they claim they do!

I purchased a rc plane kit and it arrived severely damaged. I've sent several e-mails to banggood and it's been more than a week since I sent the first e-mail but they never responded. My item is completely unusable and I can't even contact them. I've heard very good things about their customer service but it turned out to be nonexistent in my case.

Ordered from BG several times with no issues, then received a flashlight that didn't work. BG refused to honor their '3 day DOA warranty'. They kept demanding "evidence" after I had sent them the information listed in the warranty 3 times. I'll shop elsewhere.

I made the mistake to purchase several security cameras on their website to save $$ vs amazon, I only wish I had spent the money for amazon. The cameras had various issues - including one just not connecting. After a week of working the manufacturer, nothing, so I emailed them explaining everything thinking they would just initiate the return and refund. Two weeks later, after several rounds of explanation, they still somehow wanting proof that the cameras have a problem.
Avoid. I gave up trying to work with them and have filed a complaint with paypal. Spend a little money and buy from US website like amazon. You will be thankful if you ever run into a problem.

I think I placed a total of 5 or 6 orders. 4 came very quickly with no problems.On one the quality was not great the others were as advertised. 2 additional orders seemed to have got lost but showed up a week later. Were as advertised. I had contacted customer service and they seemed very open minded. Every thing worked out fine.

The store is OK, but I have chosen never too use it again for 1 reason, if your complaint is not black and white, the level of stupidity from customer service is beyond me.
Very poorly trained staff.
Also after spending few thousand Euros I get shipping coupons which they fail to honor, and it vanishes.
Then they fail to honor the shipping method they sell and after product is paid they require more money or cancel order.
It's one thing to get your money back in a few weeks time, but nothing curses the disappointment that follows. They have your money and your product, and it's theirs for a week or 2.
I just had it to my head.
They used to provide quality services and sell mediocre products at low prices but all these quality are no longer exist. If you buy things from them and run into issues, you are on your own in recovering your money even if you use PayPal to pay for it. Also their prices are not the lowest anymore. It seems the company had a new owner now and they are ruining it. I had stopped doing business with them after so many good years.

Banggood is not trustworthy.
My order did not arrive for over 3 months. After contacting customer service they confirmed that order was returned long time ago. And they did nothing about it, did not even inform me. Probably just tried keeping money. After some email they refunded into my paypal account but left paypal fees on me. So even there was no mistake from me, it cost me money. Will never use their services again, there are plenty of cheap websites to choose.

This was my first and last time ordering anything online outside of Amazon (who will refund unsatisfied customers without any scrutiny or difficulty). My product arrived and I was very disappointed in the quality of the material (Cheap fabric that smelled of chemicals). When I contacted customer service to find out the return process I was highly discouraged and told that I would be responsible for the shipping costs. Much to my dismay, the postage cost of returning an item to China costs almost as much as the dress... so now I am stuck with a dress that I will never wear. Banggood offered me to keep the dress and they will give me points... but who wants to buy anything more after seeing the crappy quality of the items! I got banged pretty good... will never, ever make this mistake again!

I've purchased 3 items from them. First was an electric drill that I've been happy with. Second was a wrist watch that ran for about 6 weeks. Warranty is 30 days! Most recent was an 8" chain saw that came without a battery... sure enough although the ad states it has a battery if I had looked closely at fine print it say without battery. They will let me return it but has to be shipped to China at a cost greater than the saw!

Banggood claims they use "priority airmail" for delivery. Twenty five days after they claimed my products were shipped, I had not received them. It was extremely difficult to use their help site because you can't just describe your problem, you have to go through a maze of qualifying question categories to get your concern addressed. Not receiving my products was not one of "the categories." I finally learned my products were "returning" to the factory, with no explanation of why they had not been delivered, and no notice there were problems with the delivery. I had ordered pet beds for my cats and dogs, which were very appealing in the pictures, but they never arrived, so I have no clue as to their quality.
I will likely have another prolonged wait for my refund with poor or lacking communication.
Why put up with this poor service when there are so many other companies who can actually deliver and communicate more effectively. I just wanted to do something nice for my pets, but now I will have to wait to see if I even get a refund at all. I should have read the reviews before using my credit card. It was an impulse to do something nice for my pets but it was not wise. I regret attempting to do business with this Chinese company.
I had a recent order from Banggood which was missing one item. I contacted them and was pleasantly surprised when they not only sent the replacement almost immediately, but sent it via expedited shipping. Great service at great prices
I warned you that it was going to cost you more than simply refunding me for the defective item. There is no excusing your continued delay and divert tactics. It is clearly a dishonest ploy to avoid standing behind the products you sell, and demonstrates a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
There is nothing you need to say here about promises and sorry, inconvenience, and other lofty ideals.

Of 4 items ordered, 2 cloth bags were just OK, as expected. Glass prism arrived broken (garbage now). Smartwatch clone is defective. Sent pictures as required (had to find a way to edit to reduce pixels to comply), not good enough, need VIDEO!? Emails back and forth numerous times. Seems they don't read mine thoroughly, and intentionally make it so difficult to pursue refund that customer will give up. I will never order from them again, and suggest others STAY AWAY.
It is now March 6 I have followed up with Australia Post and they have no record of the number quoted by Banggood. The second order I have been asked to be patient for also has not arrived 3 months after the order was placed and paid for. How much longer will this process take?

I tried to rate the product. They do not accept lower ratings on product. Also the user comments seems to be moderated as per their own rules. They attract people to rate by giving points. So obviously product rates are not genuine rates.
Secondly refund process is very bad. I requested refund for bad quality product, but even after 10 days, no status change.
Finally, their delivery team is bad. They have tie-up with some courier companies in India and they cannot locate address properly. They do not call us back if they are unable to deliver and return the product.

I've purchased items from Banggood in the past, and although cheap, of a very poor quality. They make it extremely difficult, bordering on impossible, to claim under warranty, or getting a refund. I see their employee has just written a load of fake feedback, making out they sort problems out, quickly. This is to counter the real feedback, that says the opposite. Faulty product, asked me for proof and didn't even review proof before suggesting I just take care of it myself. Customer service incredibly lacking and it's obvious they only care for their own profit as opposed to customer satisfaction. Also, the customer service is lacking in English grammar and business politeness. If you're going to sell to different countries of different languages, you should really try harder to hire customer reps that can communicate in those languages. Such a shame.

Bought a quad and it arrived defective. I understand stuff happens, but now the problems start. The quad has a number of issues that make it unsafe to fly (ie it will randomly take off at high speed until it hits something, in one case, my throat). For electronics, they offer a '3 day guarantee'. The catch is I need to send a pic or video to document the issue. I suppose I am suppose to tape a camera to my forehead and record both the quad and my hands so they can see what it does and that I'm not doing it. Did manage to send a 3 sec video that showed one (1) of the six things I reported as wrong. Not good enough. They'll replace it, only if I pay more. In the end I suppose I will need to get both PayPal and my credit card company involved to get my money back.
Bottom line, if it arrives and works, great. If it doesn't arrive or is defective, that's when your problems start. IMO, spend a few extra bucks and buy from a company not in China.

I ordered 3 fake security cameras. When I received them I installed new batteries in them and they would even turn on. These were nothing but a pile of junk.
This is the last time that I would order from this site. Lucky I am only out $45.00.
