I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.
I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Received a defective 3D Printer. Notified Banggood 3 days after receipt. It has been over 7 weeks since then and I am still getting the run-around. For a "no questions asked", Banggood has asked a lot of question, made a lot demands, and made a lot of offers other than "replace or refund". The only thing they have not done is honor their posted guarantee.
Banggood continues to evade my request to return 4 items that do not meet our needs. I have furnished them with videos (3 weeks ago which you have acknowledged). I am tired of this growing ridiculousness of not providing satisfactory customer service.

I ordered 2 items 2 months ago and still not gotten anything in the mail the tracking number just states what it had stated at the start that it is at the airport. I highly suggest to avoid this company they are a pure rip off they will take your money but not send you the stuff and then make claims as if they did

-Sometimes not the best prices, but for sure it's a good idea to check them as a solid competition.
-The product reviews there are quite helpful, especially with real photos of product.
-In case of issues with orders, products, delivery etc they have solid customer support
-As of shipping I think it more depends of your local service than the sender.
I have ordered several times. Items are top quality and customer service is the best! One time a parcel was lost and they were quick to do a refund, just asking me to give it back to them if somehow sometime later I receive the item.
I'm am a real 16 year old, and I absolutely trust this company because of their fair prices. I ordered a $300 drone and it is fine. People are just over exaggerating because they buy stuff for $20 and expect $80 quality.

Their service is very bad in India, Initially asked me to wait for 90 days and after that they were asking me to follow up with local custom and all.
Finally they failed to deliver and didn't refund my money back even.

First, I had a defective item. They had me post a youtube video of it and then refunded the money. Thumbs up. I think this company really means well but they are hampered by the fact that most of their shipping comes from China. I have had an order take 30 days to get here and one that was ordered 40 days ago that still has not showed up. Also, I'm a registered user but unlike other shopping sites you don't get to have a default ordering profile so you can do things like order upgraded insurance and shipping (which you really need to do). So I made another order inadvertently neglecting to select either item. So now that one is probably in shipping hell and without insurance I might not get my money back. Like I said, they are polite and responsible and they are trying to compete with other sites like Amazon but they just can't get there with their current inventory model... sorry guys, I really like you...

I have been reselling BangGood products from my own online store. This has been working brilliant. Once you have learn the customer service to know, and you make sure your messages to the customer service is typed so that everyone can understand it, you will get a good reply. They are also quick responding (no later than 24 hours). The only thing is sometime they answer a mail without having the history of the mail, and don't say witch order they are talking about, so that I have to ask them what order they are talking about. It's a bit annoying when I got around 20 mails regarding customers a day. The customer service always do a good job, but it can take some reply's before they do what need to be done. Hey, it's one of the cheapest wholesalers I have seen, and trough this - BANG GOOD is about be my #01 Wholesaler!
From reading the other reviews I suspect they don't like the customer having the ability to talk to their credit card company if something goes wrong. They do prefer paypal. They give an array of possible options, one of which is out of stock (website clearly says in stock). The other reasons relate to creditworthiness. My credit is excellent and I very rarely return items. Item was $366 CNC router.

Make sure you are OK with lengthy refunds, even if they immediately cancel your order.

Do not waste your time or money. This website continues to take orders for a product that is not even in stock. So your order just says processing. It never ships. And when you request to cancel order that's when I found out item I ordered is out of stock. Use PayPal for refund. You will need a refund if you order anything.

I ordered a coat in mid-December. The listing stated "Ships in 7-10 business days".
A month later, I still had not coat. I opened a dispute with PayPal and THEN they shipped it. Unfortunately, they shipped one that was 3 sizes too small (at least, they cut out the size tag to try to cover it up). I reported it to them.
Now, because they refused to answer, the dispute got closed by PayPal once it hit 20 days even though it was never resolved and I can't re-dispute it.
This company is a fraud. Avoid them!

Very bad company to do business with. In one order there were 6 items and all arrived separately and weeks apart. It's two months now and I am still waiting for my batteries, which I think will never arrive. Always they tell me to have patience and wait. What crap. One item was valued at £25.00 but they charged me £59.00 for it. I have now put the matter with PayPal to get my money back for missing items. Do not do business with them.

This has been by far the worst experience ever and I will definitely stop using their service.
I purchased a phone via the website, but unfortunately, the phone had software problems and I had to send it back within 2 days.
The customer service you receive from all the staff members of Banggood is horrible, starting with the LIVE chat members to the ones who take care of you via e-mail. It takes them ages to reply and when they do they don't even care about your problem, or they just abandon you. If by any chance you want to call them, don't do it because nobody will ever answer!
I am struggling to get my promised refund for over a month now. My last email stated that they have refunded me and had to wait 2-3 days to see it in my account. After waiting more than 3 days, there has no refund made for the phone and no answer to my e-mails.
Please do not use this company, if you are unlucky and get a bad product nobody will ever help you!

Sure things appear to be cheaper but they advertised an item with larger items in their photo and had photos of just the larger item in their ad, misleading buyers to think they're paying an exorbitant amount for the larger item but sending you a small miniature item instead. Reached out to customer service, said they'd get back to me and no follow up. If you like to throw away your money, shop here.

I ordered a dress that was supposed to be a small. It was labeled L. And was very large on me.
I reached out to them and this was their response: The L size in the Dresses is the Asian Size(Tag Size), which equivalent to US size-S. Could you please read the Details in size of product description for reference. Kindly hope your supporting and understanding.

Do not recommend ordering clothing from this company. It took 6 weeks to receive the items and when they arrived, the workmanship was not worth the low price I paid! 2 items were wearable, just not what I expected. The third was completely disproportionate. The shirt fit but the sleeves were too small for my pre-teen daughter to put her arm into. I guess I should have expected that. Waste of time and money.

I ordered a pair of shoes. When they arrive I was surprised at how thin and cheap the leather was on the top of the shoes. I planned on returning them however a medical emergency last week prevented me from doing so. I went on their website today to get return information and found out you only have THREE DAYS to arrange the return.

I was very pleased with this site. You could find some great bargains and the customer support was ok.
Now every time you receive a faulty product they try to "refund" with points, which are useless. You cant use them all on a single purchase and you have to buy something to use them. I have spent a lot of money on this site and i will change it, cause they dont value them.

The coupon and discount options were confusing. You promised a $20 coupon to first time user. That did not happen.
1st time on this site and more than likely the last one. I sent them pictures multiple times of the garbage they sent me and they always claimed not receiving the pictures. Like I said, the seller must have picked this from a Chinese dumpster near by. Filthy, damages, missing parts, you name it! I purchased a drone from this site and totally did not work as advertised. After waiting's over a month, the drone arrived in a banged up box. The drone was intact, but it did not have the features I payed for. I notified banggood customer service.
