I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.

When something goes wrong, like with a DOA, it is when you really need the support and for sure they gave it to me. The delivery was quick, I had 24/7 service and they refunded me when no realistic solution could be reached, as promised in their rules. I am confident to buy from them again and I fully recommend it to you.

I closed an pre order long time before delivery date. So far it worked. They told me they need one business day to refund. After 10 days no refund was made. No they want me to close the PayPal complaint. Otherwise they won't refund me. That's not correct. If I close the complaint I can't reopen it. Stupid company.

I read a lot of reviews, both positive and negative about the website Banggood.com.
Just chatted with friends before you make the first purchase. It was important for me to know how the website is responsible for its obligations to the buyer. Overall I'm pleased.
The guys did not fail even once, perform its obligations to the buyer. There were small flaws
(sent a little wrong item) but this problem was quickly resolved. For a long time of fellowship was formed only a positive attitude to this website. And a vivid example of one of the orders was made on 17 April 2014, he still until I got 21 October 2014. 7 long months :) I was waiting for him, since his times 3 was sent out again, but it was lost along the way. But you can pay tribute to colleagues with support is not thrown during the entire period, a special thank you Yolanda. Repeatedly helped in solving problems.

Eleven months ago I purchased a long range LED torch and a special size rechargeable battery. My need for it ended before I received the goods - not Banggoods fault.
Since then it has been used probably about ten minutes. It has ceased working, the battery has tested good. Banggood are not prepared to replace or refund the torch as too much time has passed which indicates to me that they are prepared to sell rubbish with a very short warranty period.
There is not much I can do about this except relate my experience and never deal with Banggood again.
My advice if you do buy is to do so via PayPal, test the product ruthlessly as quickly as possible to reveal any faults and utilise PayPal's clout if required.

Bought $17 "sport" watch that was supposed to be water resistant to 30 meters. First day after delivery, I wore it in shower and it fogged up and stopped working.
Seems BangGood does not guarantee moisture damage and specifically said not to wear in pool or shower on guarantee.
They were responsive to my claim and communicated well, but would only return 1/2 my cost as compensation. I opened the back of the watch and dried with hair dryer, so I'm not totally hosed.
Watch looks awesome and difficult to see how they make so cheap. I think I'll stick with timex or pulsar next time. My watch was a Weide brand

Banggood has the best prices on drone electronics that I have found to date. Any items received with QC issues, upon contacting support, will provide you with either a refund or they will send you a new item, free of charge. Delivery is reliable (7-days from China to Singapore usually). Orders are quick. However, cancelling of orders has been tricky and still has been. Once I requested for a cancel of order. Contacted staff and they said they had raised a request to cancel order, but later that day, order was sent out anyway so i guess they service is really too quick haha :D but otherwise, its bang for your buck and customer service is really good. Currently a VIP5 on banggood as well

First of all to use this site, you'll need quite a bit of patience. They aren't thieves, but the company can use much improvement in setting priorities and deadlines. While it does seem to be true giving a negative review online here is the best way to get proper customer service from this site, they do try their best to apologize and fix their mistakes after you have done so. Hopefully this will change in the future. I have been asked and have decided to improve my rating due to that persistent yet apologetic attitude. They do also have very good prices and free shipping too.

Ordered a wood kalimba. It came quickly, but there is a huge crack running halfway down the back and up over the top. And, like all wooden instruments, kalimbas can be sensitive to both humidity and temperature. So it's only a matter of time before it breaks completely in half. Unfortunately I do not have the time to send it back. Plus the shipping would cost more than what I paid for the item. I left negative feedback, which they have not posted. And I can not find any item that has a review less than 3 stars. Doesn't sound right huh? Go check for yourself.

I ordered 2 flashlights in Dec that arrived defective. I have went back and forth with their support for over a month. They will not replace the lights or issue a refund. They just keep telling me to tighten, clean, and resolder.

No option to give Banggood 0 Star. This is scam company. My order number *******. Don't buy anything. I was ordered mobile phone 6 june2020. Still I haven't received my mobile. Tracking code is fake, it's showing mobile is stuck Belgium GLS center from 4 July 2020.

I'm trying for refund, they are not contacting with me.

100% scam. Don't buy from any chinese online store.

Just received portable bloetooth printer, which is not working at all, no any sign that is charged, nothing. This devise is one big joke, which cost me #3. Of course have no information how to use the guarantee. People running this business should be chased by police.

Banggood tried the same thing with me, but I refused, and let Paypal handle the matter, resulting on a full refund for me, Banggood was unhappy about that. I bought expensive dog clippers, which didn't have the variable speed dial, like in their ad, were dangerous with the wide blade jaws which can easily harm your pet, was so noisy, it scared my dog, and was not dog clippers, but bonifidy, sheep shearers. But now I know I did the right thing in ignoring them. Moral is, see your resolution through, and don't believe in any of Banggood's lies. Their attitude is to tip you off

I ordered Gillette shaving blades as advertised on their website and they sent me fakes. They have now changed the description from Gillette to "fits Gillette" or something like that. What good is a fake if it doesn't perform like the original? I also ordered LED light bulbs and luckily I only asked for a small quantity. The bulbs emit a weird yellow light and one of the bulbs stopped working after a few hours of use. Aren't these bulbs supposed to last 10 years or more? And Banggood is not interested in hearing about complaints. I have sent them several emails and not received a single response from them. Moral of this story: Banggood sells cheap goods in every sense of the word. You get what you pay for. Don't waste your money. Buy the genuine stuff from reputable dealers.

Tip for consumers:
Just look somewhere else. There are plenty of other websites that will sell you the genuine article for a reasonable price.

If someone, somehow come across to the page of banggood.com, just pass by.
I ordered an electric scooter (environment friendly) to drive to work and back, because of the small distance I have. All was fine, but only for 4 days. Then it won't start anymore. I write with customer support for about 2 months and there is no solution already.
They are even stupid, or really don't want to solve the problem. The think is, that $#*!ty product cost me about 600€.
The webpage is 1:1 like AliExpress.com, but who didn't ordered at least once from aliexpress? Even if you have some issues, there is certainly someone who is able and willing to help you. Well, not the same case with banggood.
Of course my 1 star review was not uploaded on the product page. So all the people know everything is fine. I know: my webpage, my rules. But in that world are we living?

Tip for consumers:
they have only defective chinese products. Not recomment.
They don't refund anything and you they can barely understand what your problem is

Horrible company and customer service. I purchased a camera on there, it shows up with no protection and thus, the screen on the camera is shattered. I also found out the battery will not hold a charge. After contacting Bang good for a week, providing pictures, the shipping label and SKU # as they require, they finally emailed me back saying that I now needed to send them video of the item. Instead of providing a refund for a product that they shipped with no protection, they keep giving the runaround in hopes I will cut my loses. 9 days later, I'm still waiting on a response that doesn't involve asking for more pictures, video or whatever else they "need".

Since the 2nd World War, made in Hong Kong (China) meant cheap, and nasty rubbish, and today, it still does. The Chinese care more about quantity, not quality. They can have a long manufacturing run, and at the end, they find they're all defective. No problem, they still sell them, knowing full well, they won't honour any warranty. All Chinese sellers are bad, with Banggood, probably as bad as you'll find anywhere. If you buy clothes from them, remember, if they're of a poor quality, wrong size, or completely different, you have to pay expensive postage to return it to them, and they still won't refund you. All of their products are of a very low quality, and if you're lucky that it works, it won't do for long. Best thing to do is stay away from them, don't get tempted. It amazes me how anyone can give 5 stars without actually getting anything. This has happened many times, and the thing they have in common is they're all fake.

Banggood became a good scam site. Their "In stock" is not real. I place a 300EUR order that was in stock and now after 2 weeks the order is not shipped yet because of "Back order". Just beware its not the good old-time Banggood anymore.

UPDATE: They told me that this product due to high demand is out of stock. But imagine thousand of people paying thousand of euros to banggood without sending products, all those million of euros will bring Banggood interest from their bank. And when you complain about details they just return your money and they say a big thanks for depositing your money to their bank account for 2-3-X weeks and for your contribution on the bank interests. Well done Banggood. A great way to make more money out of nothing.

I ordered a Smart Fan from Xiaomi on banggood for 160. The parcel arrived two months later with multiple proprietary screws missing as well as the charging cable. Not a big deal - I thought I'd just text them to let them know and they could send over a replacement or even just the missing parts.

Initially they offered me "1000 banggood points", after explaining that 1000 bangpoints won't make my summer any fresher, they offered a 30 voucher (voucher! Not even refund!) and recommended I go to a local specialist screw shop in Portugal to buy proprietary Xiaomi screws.

All I want is the fan to work or my money back. Their customer service has stopped answering.

Ordered marine grade cabinet latches to match Southco M1-63 for 1/2 inch doors. Product did not match, and they kept asking for additional verifying dimensions and photos for 4 emails, until it became obvious that they were just stringing me along and had no intention of crediting me back. $100 gone. There is almost no provision for reviews on their website. I think they do fake positive reviews.

Would give it less than 1 if i could. Bunch of robbers. I purchased an item for £43.50. Arrived worked ok for 2 weeks then intermittant problems started. Contacted them they said try and that so did. Then same problem again, now a month had gone by and they offered a 40% refund or pay £20 more for a new item. I had to goto paypal for my money. Stay away.

Ive ordered an Item that was described to be in Stock and shipped within 24 hours.
After one week nothing happened, no item was shipped.
I then complained to their customer support, which promised to escalate the case and help me within max 2 days. Now im getting email every two days to wait for another 48 hours. The customer support is ridiculously incompetent, but thats nothing new of a chinese webshop.
So now after two weeks still no item shipped. They have absolutely no plan what to do and they refuse to cancel my order or refund me.
So i had to open a paypal case.
This is scam and I recommend everyone not to order here.

Ordered, Received broken item, contacted them with no reply, complained to paypal then banggood replied and said they wouldn't send me a $1.00 switch (for me to fix) unless I dropped my complaint with paypal. Still waiting, (it's been two months)!

Bangood has taken advantage of consumers during the Covid-19 global pandemic using quarantine as a way to avoid warranties on substandard products and claiming there "sorry but it's out side there warranty" even if you have been on mediatory isolation protecting your community and avoiding the spread of the virus
