I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.
I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.
After a month and a half I received 1 item, it's OK, a tunic. But the other 2 items I received credit on my PayPal, which is good, at least I didn't have to contact them. The chat person did let me know what's going on with the order but didn't elaborate and that it was only 1 item. Probably won't depend on ordering with them again.
The solar dog repellent broke in 4th day. They have a 3 day return policy. And they created it hard to return even within this time-you need to make photo or video of not working product, make a picture of shipping label(who is going to keep it) and then send it to their website for approval. Be aware.

I bought a chair from Banggod on May 2021. The chair never gave any problems until it suddenly broke in September 2022.
Since then I have contacted them more than 10 times only to be told they would reach out to me by email. It never happened, I checked everywhere in my email.
I cannot recommend you buy from them since they are deliberately trying to wear me down and make me give up my rights. I will go and press charges against them at an EU and national level for not following the law.
Sent for 5 beautiful bras, followed the size graph they supplied and ordered appropriately, only to receive 5 bras of different sizes...
They were not keen for me to return and said it would cost me more to send back,
They kept saying they didn't receive the emails we were sending (ye whatever),
Eventually I just gave up and excepted a very small discount and to keep the bras, I've given them away... how disappointing they weren't interested in returns and certainly not in their customers, only after our money... will never use this company again
Customer services were totally oblivious to my complaints and how frustrated we were...

Why does Facebook let these Chinese companys sell there junk on there site, it's obvious that by reading reviews that where bing ripped off.
I purchased a pair of shoes that smelt so bad that I left them out side for a week but the chemical smell did not go away so I through them in the garbage.

I purchased a cellphone from Banggood in January this year came out with faulty speaker which I hardly could use it. I opened a ticket requesting return & refund. I paid the postage with the item well packed to Guangzhou China. Few months later I got the item sent back to me. This poor cellphone traveled half of the world then back to me. I did not know what happened. Then I was requested to send back to China again. Same thing is happening. I called the Chinese Custom quoting my tracking number and was told that the receiver filled fraud information in the claiming form which not only the price of the item but also the exactly what is in the parcel. The Banggood will never refund to the client they are playing trick try to push the problem longer and longer. Never choose BANGGOOD.
I bought a smartwatch English version and they send me a Chinese version.
We negotiated for a partial refund (about U$38) and keep the watch.
They say the refund was done in 1st March but it is not in my credit card statement after 40 days.
My credit card operator doesn't recognize the ID transaction informed by Banggood and asked them to check with their bank but the only answer me with a pre-prepared email.
So, if you are lucky and receive your order correctly, that's ok, but if you have any issue, you waist your money, because the maximum customer support you will have is a kindly apologize.

Horrible experience! I have purchased 4 items on Banggood. Com. They were all clothing. Regardless of what their size chart says, DO NOT BUY IT! I ordered M but their size would be best described as XXS. Customer service is horrible. Will NOT give you a refund and will not accept that their chart is off. I bought few items from Banggood, one is screen protector for a Samsung S6 Plus the thing doesn't fit the screen at all. The second are few adult items for the bedroom and none of them fit and poor quality. Also the tracking numbers provided were no good. The delivery came from China not Canada as the website advertises. I haven't contacted customer service because the replacement will be the same. Update. For the people who say the low price matches the low quality that is not the case all the time. I bought from another website I use frequently and the prices are 70% cheaper than retail but the products are excellent and delivery within 2-3 days. It's just Banggood that is not good.

Terrible costumer service, really long delivery to Canada... been waiting 36 days for an expensive order, have no idea if its coming. They lie when they tell you an item has shipped so you cant get your money back. Also be aware of split shipments! I ordered an item with accessories that was split into two different orders, the main item was cancelled due to customs issues and I was forced to keep the useless accessories with no solution from banggood. I buy many things through banggood but every second product does not work and it is a huge problem to get customer service most of the time the parts cost me double the price of having to buy spares and they don't offer repair vthey offer partial refund which is way less than item costs to fix. I made several orders from banggood time ago and payed for a shipping that is promised to arrive in less than 7 days. Its been almost a month and since I needed the parts I had to buy them locally.
Well I asked them for my money back several times and all they keep doing is giving me bot answers like "we just shipped your orders, could you wait 7-10 days for the tracking number to update" So I tell them "no, I want my money back" and they keep giving me the same answer a fake tracking number.
Ive been looking for reviews on banggood and it seems like there is a lot of people who got scammed by banggood and just lost their will to fight for their money or orders after several months. The result they don't get either the money nor the orders.
So, please, for your own mental health just stay away from banggood. Nothing good will come from it, they are a big scam, sadly I realized it to late.

I have ordered a few times in the past with no problems. Some of the items were very cheap, but you have to accept that when ordering from China. When you order items they will split your orders into 2 or more and then you will have to keep up with all of them. My last order was split into 4 orders two of which I received pretty quick, the other two I received almost 2 months later. Ordered a eachine VR 007 Pro and upon receipt charged battery as instructed. Turned of, set up drone and when I restarted 007 Pro only had a white screen with no way to get to the menus. Re-started multiple times with no success. Started a dialogue through emails for Tech assistance and received NO HELP. Decided to return merchandise and through emails have gotten to response on how to return. Am in process of having credit card reject payment and see where that gets me. Will keep you posted.

Was looking for an RC Truck for my grandson,. Went to Banggood, website showed 10-15 days shipping so I ordered it. When I got the email confirming the order it showed it would not arrive for 49 days. Called Banggood to cancel the next day, order has not yet posted to my card and was told I could not cancel. Not a good experience with my first - and what will be my last purchase from them. I ordered a single item from them for $250. About an hour after placing the order I found a coupon code on their product page that I missed. I contacted them to see if I could use the code or get a credit. They said they could not because the order had already been processed. I really doubt it is that difficult to issue a credit after an order has been placed.
The funny part is that while I was chatting with them I was actually shopping on their site and found a drone I was going to order. I had the expectation that they would fix my problem and I would place another order. Not to be. Pretty basic customer service that they are apparently incapable of. Look elsewhere.
