I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.
I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.
I placed November 9 2016 and have yet to receive my item. The order number is *******. I have sent emails without any resolution. I requested a refund and was told that since I requested to have the item resent it was shipped on January 9 2017. The item number listed in the email was not my number but *******. I have been getting the run around from your company. Upon further research of your reviews I have found that a lot of consumers have placed orders and never received their items.
Be careful when dealing with Banggood as they are quiet happy to supply you with there goods. The trouble is if you want to return your goods for any reason they find every way to avoid a refund. Trying to email gets you a smoke screen and they ask stupid questions, in the end you give up. Be wary

I ordered clothes pouches and was so disappointed with what I have received. The pouches are poorly made and the sizes are very small. In the photos hey show the pouches big enough to fill a large suitcase when in fact it would fit a carry on. They don't give any info as to the size of the pouches so I really didn't know what to expect other than what the photo showed. Very disappointed!

I received my product sooner than expected, so service was good, product was a bit damaged when received, I just wish there was accessories available for the product so that I can carry on enjoying it. Overall experience is not bad, product arrived earlier than expected, and price was a little higher than expected, product also not capable of all that was shown in the catalogue... it doesn't have dual cameras... so a bit disappointed.

Yesterday I ordered a bike seat post. I immediately emailed that I bought the wrong size after I couldn't be connected to the online customer support requesting an item change or cancellation. Of course I got an email back that it was already shipped. I guess they are just super fast? When I asked about shipping they couldn't provide tracking information so I certainly can't prove but question if it was actually shipped.

I had made 6 purchases from them. Every single order was a nightmare. They made mistakes every time. Not sending the right items, sending broken or inferior products and three of the times, missing items that I never got even after sending a dozen emails. Not to be trusted!

Horrible service. Always a problem with shipping. Return policy horrible. Even worse communication. I will never buy from them again. You would be better off spending a little bit more to work with a better company.

The blouse I ordered looked fine in the photo but was not at all what the photo showed when it arrived. The material is so cheap and so thin you can see through it quite clearly. Don't waste your money.

Ordered a $300 smart phone from Banggood. They got my order wrong and I received a much cheaper phone. They are ignoring all my emails for assistance. I do not recommend. Try one of the other online retailers. Banggood sucks.

Contacted customer service and chat multiple times. Told they needed photos of packaging and shipping label (thrown out long ago) and items to prove that I received the shipment. Refused to understand that I couldn't send any pics except of the item I did receive. So they have my item and my money. By the way, their reps refuse to do anything but send email to send pictures and call you a 'Dear Friend'. With 'friends' like that, who needs enemies?

They do not complain to the shipping company but merely claim that the goods are delivered.
Is up to me to complain about a shipping in another country.

Banggood have sent me a simlar product, i. E WRONG product. Because it doesn't have some of the features described on their site. So far they are refusing to replace it findng silly excuses. If they don't replace it or give me my money back by next Friday 01/28, I will sue them for fraud and give them the worst publicity ever.

I purchased a drone and some batteries from banggood almost 3 months ago and still have yet to fly it. One of the 4 batteries was faulty and the drone has a bad flight controller. When I contacted them, they offered to replace the flight controller which would have been the end of my troubles if it actually arrived. They are relatively quick to respond to emails and are fairly respectful, but this much "customer service" wouldn't be necessary if they sent you products that actually worked in the first place. Spend the extra $5 and buy things from a reliable source.

I ordered a couple of items and they arrived in a reasonable time. I ordered 4 30A ESC on June 20,2018. Sixty days later I still have not received the order and three emails have not been answered. They won't mail your products for which you have paid for until and unless you are forced to make a complaint with Paypal. Then they send it via the most slowest way which takes months from China for the product to get to the US. Meanwhile, they get the money right away when you purchase. It's a scam--they should pay interest on the money the use without sending the product. Avoid!

Poor Customer Service. 2 of 3 orders missing parts. Contacted customer service and they initially responded quickly wanting photo's of the item. Sent photo's and nothing since then. Submitted dispute with PayPal and they said send the item back. Not worth the postage to do that for the refund. Never buy from them again

Read through the lines. "Yes, we give lip service that we provide great service, but we don't really." This is the site I have tried. Unless you provide the photos, utube video, number etc. your form will not go through. Emails are fixed so you can't respond. This doesn't sound like good customer support to me.

Banggoods policy to return anything, is to get you to take a picture of the tags, and the problem. You also have to fill out a form with the order number (only provided in email). Then you have to upload a video of the problem to utube, then maybe you can submit your claim! There is no phone support, no live chat for returns, although all these thing are available for sales! Their product is cheap, just don't think you can return it when it doesn't fit.
This site had been great when I have had a problem with an item. I purchased a watch that was not working correctly. After complaining about it, I was asked to send a picture of it to them. I did this and they immediately returned my purchase price. No arguing, no hassle. Thanks, John
