I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.

I recieved 2 packages that were incorrect from Banggood. I am currently trying to see if they can help me with this situation and i keep getting a runaround. They keep emailing me about the wrong order and i keep sending pictures and describing what has happened. Its simple, they sent me the wrong items. I dont understand how a big company could have such bad customer service.

I ordered 2 items on May, 10,2016. I didn't receive them until July, 27,2016. I have already disputed the charges with my credit card company and had the amounts to returned to my account. Now that I have the items I'm trying to get the charges straightened out with MasterCard. What a pain. Had I known it would have taken so long I'd never have ordered from them.

My experience with Banggood is very satisfactory, I found exact what I was looking for at a fraction of the price anywhere else. When I did finally get the product it was exactly as I hoped, can't ask for more than that.

Reason I chose this business:

In looking for the specific cell phone I wanted an Outikel WP6, it was one of few sites I could find to actually purchase the phone and after comparing sites, even though I was hesitant as I had never heard of this site, after reading reviews, I decided to try it and I am not disappointed at all with the decision.

I ordered a pair of boots from these people. Ordered a US9. After finally receiving them I instantly knew they were not the correct size. They were at least 2 sizes too small and very narrow and they have a horrible smell its just gagging the package had no information and was in Chinese? I took pictures of the boots up next too my shoes emailed the pictures too prove that they are not the correct size. Received a email back in English but clearly made no sense except sure go ahead and return them you have to pay to send them back but the still have not given any return address. I will never buy from these so called business people. You ripped me off and it won't happen ever again.

First time I have ever used them and never ever again!
I bought some items in November 2016 and after 8 days it still had not been shipped. When I chased it up they said that the item was not in stock and I will have to wait, even though when I purchased the items they were in stock. I eventually cancelled the order and requested a refund and they did, however the refund still has not come to my bank account and it is now 16 Dec 2016. Not sure if I will ever receive the money.
Stay away, I will never be using them again.

My phone stopped working, specifically the touch screen stopped responding on some portions. Even this is a digitizer problem, they said I have to pay for a new screen, also I paid to send the phone for being repaired. Who does that under warranty?!

This site is pathetic. The customer service is rotten. I would recommend saving your money. I ordered ONE item. They then charged me twice. When I contacted Customer Service they continued to respond with jibberish. Then I received TWO of the same order and no way to return and no option for getting a refund. I would sue but don't want to deal with such idiots. I've learned my lesson!

Order two items received one. Endless email trail with the worst Customer Service ever. Asking for shipping labels of the item I did receive months ago (who keeps this stuff). Asking for photos of the item I have received, while it is clear on their site what I did receive. The Customer service is bangbad. A true disgrace and below any standard compared to other Chinese retailers. Shame on you!

Be very careful what u buy from BANGGOOD - I bought a heap of stuff & it's very poor quality & nothing like the pics. The stick on mirrors look huge hung behind the couch - but they are tiny. Also orders come in very badly damaged boxes.

I order a gift for my housband birthday with the fast delivery option (5 to 8 days) just to be sure it arrived on time.
After 9 days they send me a email stating that my order had been mistakenly deleted and if I wanted I could reorder it...
Now I still have to receive a refund and moreover I have to find another gift within the week.

I bought the tiny nose air purifier and it fell apart as soon as I got it. I received no paperwork and they can't find my order number. It is a piece of junk. I am not ordering or buying anything from China again. The Chinese have a dog festival every June where they torture dogs and then cook them and eat them. PETA is trying to stop this but it doesn't look good for the dogs. Please don't shop on websites that are from China or buy things from China. The things you buy are not good like Made in America. And maybe if we quit buying things from them they will quit torturing dogs and eating them. It's just terrible. It's the Yulin Dog Festival and 10,000 dogs are to be tortured and eaten. You can google this. It's true. Please help to spread this info.

I purchased two blouses from this company totalling $60.00. The blouses came and were the wrong size. They were supossed to be made out of a mixture of polyester and cotton. The fabric was not cotton but some weird plastic-like material that felt horrible and looked even worse. The company wont pay the return shipping and they expect me to pay $25.00 to return the blouses which would make me lose half my return. This is a horrible company with no customer service skills at all. DO NO BUY FROM THEM!

I bought an android box which stopped working 3 months after I received it. They said they had a 6 month warranty but only if it stopped working in the first month do they refund money. What does that mean? They offered me a 25% refund. Joke. Stay away

Never had any issues with any of my orders so far. One time one of my packages got lost and they offered me a full refund. Next time had an quality issue with a product. But after showing the proof, they sent me a replacement one.
So I highly advise anyone to contact them first and sort out any issues before pre-judging.

I would never recommend this company if there was a rating lower than -0 it will be Banggood their customer service is OK but they follow through I rather give my money to homeless people and help them at least I know they would be appreciate it they had no problem taking my money but they could not deliver my product almost 2 months later what a let down this company should be shut down and investigate and sued I advise everyone to stay away and run like Godzilla was after you. I will write a review every day until this place is shut down join with me. I ordered $570 worth of RC cars and never received them and keep getting the runaround about where they are and about a refund horrible company to do business with.
