I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.
I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. I recieved 2 packages that were incorrect from Banggood. I am currently trying to see if they can help me with this situation and i keep getting a runaround. They keep emailing me about the wrong order and i keep sending pictures and describing what has happened. Its simple, they sent me the wrong items. I dont understand how a big company could have such bad customer service.

My experience with Banggood is very satisfactory, I found exact what I was looking for at a fraction of the price anywhere else. When I did finally get the product it was exactly as I hoped, can't ask for more than that.
In looking for the specific cell phone I wanted an Outikel WP6, it was one of few sites I could find to actually purchase the phone and after comparing sites, even though I was hesitant as I had never heard of this site, after reading reviews, I decided to try it and I am not disappointed at all with the decision.
I chose the product because it was an unbelievable price, almost $150 cheaper than I would ever find in the U.S.

I ordered a pair of boots from these people. Ordered a US9. After finally receiving them I instantly knew they were not the correct size. They were at least 2 sizes too small and very narrow and they have a horrible smell its just gagging the package had no information and was in Chinese? I took pictures of the boots up next too my shoes emailed the pictures too prove that they are not the correct size. I bought some items in November 2016 and after 8 days it still had not been shipped. When I chased it up they said that the item was not in stock and I will have to wait, even though when I purchased the items they were in stock. I eventually cancelled the order and requested a refund and they did, however the refund still has not come to my bank account and it is now 16 Dec 2016. Not sure if I will ever receive the money.

My phone stopped working, specifically the touch screen stopped responding on some portions. Even this is a digitizer problem, they said I have to pay for a new screen, also I paid to send the phone for being repaired. Who does that under warranty?!

This site is pathetic. The customer service is rotten. I would recommend saving your money. I ordered ONE item. They then charged me twice. When I contacted Customer Service they continued to respond with jibberish. Then I received TWO of the same order and no way to return and no option for getting a refund. Order two items received one. Endless email trail with the worst Customer Service ever. Asking for shipping labels of the item I did receive months ago (who keeps this stuff). Asking for photos of the item I have received, while it is clear on their site what I did receive. The Customer service is bangbad. Be very careful what u buy from BANGGOOD - I bought a heap of stuff & it's very poor quality & nothing like the pics. The stick on mirrors look huge hung behind the couch - but they are tiny. Also orders come in very badly damaged boxes.

Ok, good packaging, I've not tested the boards now but the quality is there, pins're ok and the cables're there too even if you use them with a desktop computer they're maybe a little bit short. A good product for the value and you can buy it without problems.

I bought the tiny nose air purifier and it fell apart as soon as I got it. I received no paperwork and they can't find my order number. It is a piece of junk. I am not ordering or buying anything from China again. The Chinese have a dog festival every June where they torture dogs and then cook them and eat them. I purchased two blouses from this company totalling $60.00. The blouses came and were the wrong size. They were supossed to be made out of a mixture of polyester and cotton. The fabric was not cotton but some weird plastic-like material that felt horrible and looked even worse. Never had any issues with any of my orders so far. One time one of my packages got lost and they offered me a full refund. Next time had an quality issue with a product. But after showing the proof, they sent me a replacement one.
So I highly advise anyone to contact them first and sort out any issues before pre-judging.
