I ordered two remote control trucks for my kids. Both work quite well. Unfortunately one stopped working after only one day. I contacted banggood and they sent out a new one to replace it - so they are really backing their products.
I paid for the product and all associated costs (including shipping, insurance, and any other fees) according to your terms. The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology. My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs. The worst store in China. They do not deliver the products and still make the repayment process difficult. There is an attendant named Metal who jokes and flirts with the user's face by giving response patterns in the email. I do not recommend!

They will not refund for faulty products.
Customer service will take weeks of one line response and Im still waiting on a solution.
I bought a phone from banggood.com, I contacted them the moment I received it because it will not charge.
Their first solution was they would refund me 14 to get in fixed in a local repair shop.
I refused and now they will not give me a answer in over two weeks now.
They will try and wait you out so you will give up and leave them your money.

Website says prices Inc GST but then GST is applied again on checkout.
Otherwise shipping had accurate tracking and was accurate to the estimate provided for the shipping time.
Product received matched photos and description and works well. Satisfied purchase bar how the Banggood app displays GST application as above.
Amazon, Aliexpress, Taobao were slightly more expensive. Shipping timeframes were good if accurately displayed.
Good reviews from a few sites and youtube reviews.

Returned a faulty rc car in early March and to date 5/14/22 nothing. They promised to reimburse me for return shipping, nothing. Returned item with in warrantee period, nothing. So far I'm out almost 300 dollars. And they have the item. I supplied videos, tracking #'s and all paperwork, nothing. They keep closing the ticket as they always have to have the last word, and the you are on the hook to reply with -in 7 days or they close it. Mind you I've been doing this since the beginning of MARCH.

Bought 10 led lights (order *******). Bulbs lasted 3 months. Less than 200 hours of usage. No warranty! Same style LED bulbs (Lights of America) same fixtures still going strong after 3+ years. Waste of money. Banggood (Lean) said there is no warranty.

Banggood was the best website for me, I work with them as drop shipper, but they increase shipping fee from free and 1.7$ for shipping with tracking number to 9$ without any reason, and they have to send Email for all of drop shippers to tell them that there is new cost for shipping.
But they didn't, it's the wost thing i see in business world. Now i will work with everybuying, there shipping cost not to change

The quality of item is normal, shipping time is great, communication is operative. I have not any problem with this site, and hope will get next my items soonly. I order 3 items, first received after 2 weeks- that is good, second one was out of stock and during 3 days problem was solve and money refunded, about 3 my offer i am waiting.

Ordered two Eachine H8 drones for my friend's birthday, order process went smoothly. Then the wait happens. Ordered the item on September 9, get an email on September 20 letting me know that the item is out of stock in the US warehouse and the best they can do is cancel the order and make me buy the item on the China warehouse for the non sale price. I bought an LED light. They sent me a water pump. A WATER PUMP! Now they want to refund me only the cost of the LED light and not the shipping that I paid. They are also giving trouble for me to return it to recover other costs I incurred using my courier. Terrible! I am not buying here again, sorry! It's not worth the hassle. I have ordered a lot of items from Banggood and generally I receive the items without any issue but the last order I made didn't turn out this way. I ordered a TC-R220 mini quad and when the item arrived it did not have any arms, just the body/frame.
I completed the form and forwarded photos of the contents of the shipment as I was directed but that was 3 days ago. I have not had any response to my email's and it appears that they have no intention of addressing my concerns.
At this time I have made my last purchase from Banggood and guess you can say I've learned my lesson. You get what you pay for.
Sad when you spend hard earned money and the service you expect is just not there.
Hopefully no one else experiences the same disappointment as I did.

Simply the best after sales I've had experience in the past few years. The company refunded my product that I had purchased in February without any problems and being very fast and efficient.

The shipments from china has become very expensive, so I bought from U.S. storage. There was not carrier from U.S. to my country, but Banggood, send it from china, with no extra cost and half the time!

I ordered 4 shirts on 1 May and relieved my order on 13 June! The entire order that was wrong. I received 2 items in the wrong size and 2 items I didn't order! The company wanted me to keep the items and take a discount for my future order since it cost so much to ship back to China! Ridiculous. Bought two drones from Banggood, both's transmitter were defective.
BG refused any warranty claim, no refund, no replacement, no repair.
Email conversation was rude from their side, they said there is no warranty under their policy!

I am really disappointed. I have ordered a product from them. It said that I will receive it in 10-20 days, I have paid priority mail as well and I received it after 1 month, not working. I can't use the product and I have e-mailed them. They replied however they are offering a refund of $40 for a product that costs around $250-270. I have told them I would like a new product or something similar but not less than I have paid for. They replied back asking me to find a shop that might fix it and they will refund the costs. If you buy something from them just keep this in mind, if you receive a product that is not working they will not help you. They will help you by telling you to fix it or maybe you'll accept 10-20% refund. This is the first and last time I'll buy something from them.
