It's a bit confusing. It would be better to just say up front sign in to premium to schedule care and here is how it works: Pay us, pay them.

Hi Eileen, We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

Care.com is a self-serve platform that allows families to post jobs and caregivers to apply. Because Care.com does not employ the caregivers who use our platform.
