A bit pricier than I imagined unfortunately. I really hoped that I could have paid monthly instead of paying in full.
Hi Neveen, We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

The premium membership is poorly explained. I thought there was a basic membership that I could at least chat with ppl.

I have had to select caregivers 3 times. It does not retain selections when it then tells you to make payment.

Very expensive, and feels scammy as prices are so high, if they had a slick opperation prices would be much lower.
Premium subscription pricing and features has no transparency. Cloak and dagger approach to subscription is unsettling for a family focused company.
