Booked an all inclusive night in Fairmont Ajman. On arrival there was no record of my booking. Tried to call the customer service number on my receipt, the number is not an actual number. Emailed the address on the receipt, email returned as not a correct email. Finally got a number that worked, after numerous calls over a 7hr period, they never called me back after promising they would call back in 20 minutes after each call.
6hrs after arrival I received a call that booking was confirmed and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Only as I tried to check in did I discover they changed my booking from all inclusive to half board (fraud). Then when I contacted them again asking for them to correct or full refund they said if I cancel I have to pay cancellation fee! They haven't even made my booking as I paid for and want a cancellation fee!
Anyway, 8hrs after arriving at the hotel I need to travel home without my booking, an apology, a confirmation off refund or any offer of compensation, not even a phone call. They still offer the same deal on their website as well.

I had my flight ticket ID ************** from Dubai to Brazil and Brazil to Dubai by Ethiopian Airlines due covid 19, since april 2020, that I bought by Cleaptrip.
After inumeras call and email sent, now the Cleartrip didnt refund around 4800 AED and now answer my email and call.
I dont recommend this company, I very dissapoint.
Please take car if decide to buy flight ticket with Cleartrip.

Its fraud company, I wrote more than 50 emails but still waiting for my refund. I will never use cleartrip ever now.

I had booked a flight ticket for Qatar Airways 2 days before from your platform. I had paid extra amount than the indigo flight which were showing in the same platform with same departure and arrival time almost like 7000 rupees less than the flight ticket I booked for Qatar Airways.
But I recieved E ticket by mail and I came to know that I was given indigo flight for travel.
Let me make my stand clear infront of you, I do not wish to take flight in Indigo flight which I could have booked for lesser price.
Dont cheat your customers by showing something and giving another thing. I paid extra money and you guys did cut 5 kg from my baggage and given budget airlines which was much cheaper.
I am very disappointed on cleartrip and I am going to let the public know about it as I have friends who are influencers in Youtube.
Before that I request you to either grant me the Qatar airways ticket or refund my money.

I have booked my ticket from Delhi to Napal from cleartrip website booking failed but my money was deducted from banks account first I messaged cleartrip on Facebook they said wait for 3-4 day then I was waiting for 3-4 days I called them and sent e-mail again they said maybe money was blocking from the bank cleartrip havent received money from me yet after that I contacted bank, the bank checked it and found that cleartrip have received money already I called cleartrip again transfer my money back as soon as possible bcz I dont have money to booked new ticket and the cost of the ticket is increasing day by day they told me to sent bank statement within 3-4days Ill get money I sent them all documents they need by email after 3-4 days working I called them again and they said its under processing until today I havent got money from them yet
I am very disappointed from cleartrip experience. I have contacted many times with their staff for my ticket cancellation and they were very friendly at the beginning. One of your members Raju did the cancellation and reassured me that my tickets were canceled and can be refunded within 5 to 7 days.
I did follow up to check my refund status and they send me a quotation from the airline on September 22, with some charges, but I agreed just to get my money back.
Even today that I'm writing my review I haven't receive anything and now I'm getting some repeated emails direct from the computer.
When I checked with the airline, they told me that the PNR number I have from the agency is fake and doesn't exist with them.
Something suspicious is going on here and don't believe any promirse I hear from them anymore.
I have requested to contact your manager or supervisor and the staff was very rude, she shouted at me 'not allowed to talk to manager' and she hang up the call.
I am repeating this is the worst agency to deal with. Big group of liars.
If they read this review I am repeating again I need a call from their manager to solve this issue as it was promised to me on the email I received on September 22.

Worst experience while booking a trip from Del to Pnq with Cleartrip.
I was booking a trip from Del to Pune for 5 feb.
By mistake I made it for 5 March 2023.
I immediately called customer service for the same.
They said they can't do anything, there will be refund of only 500 Rs out of ******* rs which I booked for 4 of my family members.
I informed there is a month gap for March date, that's means more than a month.
She said she can't do anything about it, I asked for a manager. She replied no manager available at this time.
I was disappointed, however I had no other choice other than amend the same booking for 5 feb from 5 match 2023.
Then I tried to make the payment for 30k more. There was an error at the same night. Attaching the screenshot for the same.
Then again I tried the next morning. It didn't work.
Then I had no choice to book it from other website and wasted my ******* for nothing.
The customer service called and asked me the whole story after me sending the email as well as speaking to two more agents.
Such a bad reputation they have created for themself.
All I asked for refund.
It is a shame.

Answer: I am trying to call help line to talk with the customer care of clear trip since morning... however I'm unable to contact them till now.
Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
