As they know jet airways flights are getting cancel still they are showing those flights and no info to passengers about cancellation of flight
They didn't refund me for 3 months. Now they reply me it's in credit shell and with a validity less than a year.
I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way.
We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it?
The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly.
I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Clearly a cleartrip are cheating people and taking their money only.
Cheating people, they give good offers, then I booked the ticket after two days they canceled my ticket without any information,

They will offer you discount through banks, promotion codes, through whatever. But you will pay that money back in a different way, and more than this, waste your time becasue they don't know how to manage their business. Customer service is really incompetent.
I had 4 tickets "round trip" (2 adults, child and infant) and I wanted to reschedule only the outbound trip for my wife/infant ticket to another date)
1. First, they tell me you cannot change the outbound ONLY? I was what? You can't say this to the customer. They claim its the guidlines from the airline / I checked with the airline and they told me its not true. It just their system doesn't allow them to make changes to outbound only. Not sure how is that possible, but anyways we got over it.
2. Second, the change fees is different from the airline / they charge on top other processing fees and convenience fees / per ticket
3. I had the infant ticket on the Father consent, i called the airline and fixed it. But Cleartrips cannot still see the update, even though its already updated on the airline system. Above all, they didn't offer to help or write to the airline / which tells me that their business model is not legit
4.48 hrs to make the required change, in a high season, flight tickets are selling fast, and prices are getting higher, plus I am getting closer to the travel date and still no solid feedback from cleartrip on fixing the issue
5. I am being passed on from one agent to the other and no one is taking ownership and accountability in fixing the problem.
Please avoid, if you really want peace of mind and want to save your money and time. Otherwise, Good Luck.
Payment is deducted from bank but ticket are not booked and when we call costumer service they say our system are failed and money is not refunded
Clear trip is a scam. No support service. Do not use them whatsoever. I lost Rs. 32K. Unable to modify my tickets.
They just dont care about customer service, i spent a lakh on tickets still waiting for an update from them

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
