My flight was cancelled and they said i would get a refund but that was 5 months ago! They have now stopped replying to me.
I booked a flight for 3 April and cancelled it through GoAir with PNR XRALHM. They sent my refunded amount to cleartrip as I booked flight using cleartrip platform. More than one month gone and still no refund is initiated. When I contacted to their customer care they said first we have to cancel a cancelled flight grin emoticon and then we will initiate the refund process. If I'm not to cancel they will not initiate refund process. If they will cancel a cancelled flight they will charge 500 and if you are cancelling from web will be charged 250. So I tried to cancel using web I got a error message. So the conclusion is you have to cancel a cancelled flight through call center and they will charge 500.
They have mentioned in their T&C for hassle free please cancel flights using Cleartrip. You can not make fool like this. You can make only once. You have to mention in case of cancellation you will be charged 250/500 and your are free to cancel from anywhere. How worst the revenue model is?. Its not a right way to making people fool. If wish to charge some convenience you have to charge while transacting.
I will not advise to any one for using such a worst platform.

I ll never book any flight from here. I have been calling them for 1hr, still they are not responding of my call. I already lost 50 AED(Rs. 1000)
According to my experience today i feel Cleartrip shouldnt be considered for any bookings. IF we book some service though this thirdparty we expect some gurantee for our booking and if something goes wrong there is a team to help. But both are not there with cleartrip.
I booked snowcity ticket through cleartrip and when i visit the snowcity they told Cleartrip already redeemed by ticket. I had to argue with Snowcity property manager and he gently explained the procedure and mentioned they cant help as this is purely cleartrip issue. When i called cleartrip they simply put me on hold for 15-20 mins and every time when i attempt to reach them the same repeated and i lost around 1 hr. Finally one customer person told me in different tone that cleartrip cant do anything and i need to talk to property manager and i realized i choose wrong provider to book my ticket, I paid ticket amount again to enter the park and lost the amount i spent through cleartrip.
This is just near by destination and imagine some long trip with timebounded checkins what will happen. Please stay away from this stupid service providers.

Clear trip seems like they are least bothered about customers money! It has been more than a week that i have waited for my refund status and they magically send me the same email every two days! This is the biggest lesson of my life to never book ticket through them as they are really least bothered on how many lakhs we spent on this ticket!
I could not board my flight as i tested covid positive, first they asked me to call emirates and emirates asked me to call clear trip and i felt so stuck between calling each other to get my flight rescheduled. I somehow contacted emirates made by ticket status open but i could not reschedule it as there were no seats available for entire feb and my college is starting on feb 7. I spent 1 lakh 40k for this ticket, i requested them to cancel and share the refund but all they reply is the same mail once in two days is that they are waiting for a revert from the airline and that i should wait for next 48 hours. Its been the same for a week. I have contacted the emirates team again requesting for this but they said they have no responsibility in dealing with this as its between the consultant and the emirates sales representatives.
We believe in such consultant websites and they just make money from us and when they want to refund they act like they are the least responsible. I HOPE they understand how hard my family had worked to earn that money. NEVER EVER BOOK A FLIGHT THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.

Cleartrip made many promises to refund the cancelled trips cost however it is over 70 days from the cancellation and the money is not received yet.
I never have a worse experience, this people are liars, they will defiantly steal your money, you won't be refunded, I will go on Monday with Dubai police to their office, the customer service are very bad, I called 4-5 times every day for 10 days, my flight was 1st of feb and I just asked them to reschedule, I missed my flight because they didn't reschedule, they sent me fake flight ticket, and today I lost my patience after 10 days I'm trying with them, they charged me yesterday more money then today they again asking to take more money, one customer service says no need for more money another one says I must pay, they ask you for money then hang up the phone, I've all screen shots and I recorded the last few calls and I will defiantly take my right back through Dubai police, this people must be panned in Dubai, I wonder how people are not opening cases against them, enough to see all this google reviews, in my last call the customer service asked me for more money I told him I will make YOU PAY FOR ME MORE MONEY AND BOOK MY FLIGHT! Take care guys! It's a SPAMMMM! And I will share here after I get them the police and I will invite everyone from the people wrote reviews here to open case and we must get our money back and this company must be panned

Answer: I am trying to call help line to talk with the customer care of clear trip since morning... however I'm unable to contact them till now.
Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
