Coleman Furniture

Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.

I didn't hear back.

I've been using Coleman since 2017. Always been easy to order and make payments. Recently they've been delivering and setting up in home for you. I did not have to do a thing besides clear the area. They took care of removing the packaging and making sure the furniture works. This, for me, sets them apart.

Good quality piece of furniture at a good price.
Delivery took longer that expected by a few weeks due to freight routing but the delivery people were very professional and everything arrived in great condition which isn't always the case with furniture deliveries.

The entire process from online ordering, to adding warranty, to customer service answering questions, to having input on delivery date due to a remodel, and the delivery was truly "white glove" they actually wore white gloves! Took off their shoes, put everything together perfectly, even fluffed all the pillows and cushions and took all the packaging back with them. Perfect! From A to Z

I took pictures of my $1600 damaged cabinet. I told the delivery person and he said contact the store. I sent the photos, customer service response was, I was supposed to call while the delivery men were in my house. Basically their answer is "too bad".

The only item they did take care of was the doors were not aligned. When the tech came out he said the hinge was bent and fixed it.

More reason this cabinet was not assembled with care. Expensive lesson learned.

Its a pretty large sofa, its soft i always fell asleep whenever im watching television in living room. The only problem i have which is only minor, is the feathers. It sticks out the to pillow and hurts.

This is my 3rd major purchase from Coleman and there's a reason I keep buying from them! Customer service is outstanding. Everyone I ever spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, and competent in their job. Their products are stylish, carefully manufactured, durable and they look fantastic in my home! And, of course, their prices are very good... I will soon be making another purchase and I will NOT be shopping around... I will head straight back to Coleman!

I had a question about the fabric on the sofa that I wanted to buy. My question was completely answered and I bought the sofa (and I love it!)

Coleman made everything so easy, from answering questions prior to purchase to delivery and set up! The customer service is great and the quality of the couch is incredible. I'm very happy with the service and purchase.

I had high expectations and the hype is all lies
There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them.
But who is being punished me. The customer.
I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers!

I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE!
How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability?
Nope!
I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.

Coleman did a great job of bringing in furniture. The dresser is beautiful and cost less than most of the dressers I priced. The drawers could be stronger but they work.

We have had our couch for a couple weeks now, and we love it so far! It is so comfortable and cozy. It was definitely a lot larger than we were expecting, but I didn't ever look at measurements or anything.

The couch was delivered quicker than they had anticipated, and the guys who delivered and assembled it were extremely professional and did a great job. Overall, it was a great experience.

I ordered my bedroom set easily online. I was a bit skeptical regarding the price but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. I ordered the white glove service so everything was professionally delivered and set up nicely. All the packing material was hauled away and they even helped me get my mattress on! I love the set. It's beautiful!

We're very pleased with the entertainment center. It's a beautiful piece of furniture that looks great in our family room. The delivery crew was wonderful, doing a great job putting the entertainment center together.

The experience was great, the couch is BEAUTIFUL but ever since we got it, we've had feathers just pop out of the couch nearly every day. We feel it poking us constantly and we have to pull them out all the time.
