Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
I rarely buy furniture on line, but I did and was happy with the all around experience. Found exactly what I wanted, I didn't have to leave the house and was shipped right to me. No driving no lifting.
I struggled finding free shipping, even with stores close by. They also offered coverage for the furniture at a reasonable cost.
If you have ANY issues they will do EVERYTHING in their power to not replace a piece of your $4,500 sectional. That's right they flat out refused. They told me I sat on it to hard after owning it for 3 months! I'd understand if I weighed over 300 lbs. but I don't!

I ordered my entertainment center and from there things went smoothly. It came in approximately 4 weeks. The delivery was the same. The crew put it together in no time and were very courteous.
By on line pictures an in and that Coleman has been doing this since 1999.
I custom ordered my couch from this website because I wanted the couch of my dreams for me new small home. The couch was around $1700 for an all reclining 3- seater (one being a chase lounge) with console and upon the delivery I loved it. After about a week I noticed it was kind of thrown together, a couple tacks poking out that are supposed to be holding the fabric to the frame. I leaned on the console and something under the fabric popped sounding like something may have broke. Definitely not worth the money that I paid for a custom build.

Left behind a little scuffing on my wall but other than that, great set up and ordering process. I am IN LOVEEEE WITH MY COUCH! Some couches come with free set up. Great service. Took about a month to get to me which was annoying but not that annoying lol!
Placed my order November 11 and was delivered December 18. I was notified every step of the way where my order was. Delivery people were great! As for the couch, it fits perfectly in my weird-shaped living room. The fabric is soft with the cushions still being a bit firm (I've only had it 2 weeks now). Overall my experience has been great!
I wanted this specific couch (due to its measurements) and this was the cheapest site it was available on.
Very good prices and easy to deal with so far. I called customer service and they were nice and answered all my questions. Only thing that us a bummer is the delivery is like 7 weeks out. The stayed in communication with me during the whole process and executed very well.

Our bedroom set was ordered in December and took about 4 weeks to receive. Coleman Furniture was very helpful in tracking the order and keeping us updated. The delivery drivers were excellent and did a great job assembling the furniture when it arrived. It was a great experience and would highly recommend Coleman Furniture.

The original order was delayed since one component arrived broken. Had to reschedule delivery. Once the item was finally delivered and assembled, we discovered it was missing an entire package of parts. Still waiting on those to be delivered so we can finish assembly. Would not recommend.
I was expecting it to come around 2 months after I ordered it but it came in like 3 weeks! So happy I love it

I really like this couch nice been looking for a sectional for a long time and was considering lots of way more expensive couches. I ended up choosing this couch because it was so much more affordable and looks great in my living room. I've only had it a month so I can't say anything about its durability or having to do anything with the warranty, but so far we love it! It's huge and we can all cuddle up and be very comfortable for a movie night. I hope this couch lasts a very long time, but if it doesn't, it was so affordable that I don't think I would mind buying another couch in five years.

So the couch is amazing and fits perfectly in my space. However, the people who dropped off and set up my couch were kind of rude. Also, the representative and person who dropped it off were not on the same page when it came time to drop my stuff off at a certain time.

Ordered my couch online which was easy and convenient. It arrived just a few weeks later. The delivery guys were great! Set up my couch perfectly. I liked that Coleman offered a protection plan too for my couch. And I couldn't be happier with my couch! It's amazing high quality with great pricing!

I'm happy with my furniture purchase and the items are all as described. However, the actual delivery was 3-4 weeks later than the estimated delivery time when I made the purchase which I feel is far beyond the general timeframe for error in the original "guesstimate"
