Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
Took a bit of time to get but so worth it! I love these tables and the price was very reasonable. Would shop at Coleman again! Thank you!

I talked to a service rep on Wednesday Jan. 24th about a furniture set - Davos. I was told by the rep that she would get back with me on Friday about the availability of the set. She did get back with me as promised. She said I could now order the set however, it would not be available until May10th. I was very happy with that response. I then ordered the Davos set on Wed Jan 31st and received an email today stating the set was discontinued. I called in and the new rep stated that they just received information 22 hours ago that the set was discontinued. How convenient. Note: This was my second time ordering this set, the first time said it was discontinued. So why did this rep provide me with all of the incorrect information last Friday? So guess what I will never order from Coleman Furniture again. I had called last week about ordering two chairs and that is when I ask the rep about the Davos set, since it was still appearing on your website. I had spent several months researching this furniture and to finally get another rejection that is not available right after the rep told me it was available. Why is the website does not disclose all pertinent information. Aso, why is it you on't offer something comparable for discontinued sets. I want to know why the set is still advertised on your website when you only have the sofa available? You need to REMOVE it! I will not order anything else from Coleman Furniture. I am glad I waited before I ordered the two chairs or I would have called you after receiving the emails that my furniture order was cancel and cancelled the two chairs. I now will order the exact same two chairs from Amazon. Any other furniture I need to order will be ordered elsewhere. AN EXTREMELY DISSATIFIED CUSTOMER.

We waited patiently ( over 9m) for our furniture. Then the delivery co. Failed to deliver on date and we had to wait over a month (sleeping in living room chair with newborn because we'd broken down and removed old bed) for new date. Coleman was no help.Furniture arrived damaged - almost every piece and some poor craftsmanship on painting details ( gold paint in many places it shouldn't be). Their delivery co. Said they'd report and asked husband who'd just walked in to sign delivery while i was inspecting, photographing and tending to baby. I reported incident to Coleman myself within hours of delivery. Well delivery co. Lied and denied knowing of damages. Yet admitted taIking to me during delivery(about what one wonders if not about damage!) I had timed photos that after much back and forth Coleman finally compensated for damages not as much as it should have been but i was an exhausted mom with newborn and the added stress was unhealthy Flash forward- we add pillow wedge to end of bed and a guard rail as baby has grown and moves when sleeping with us. The bed footboard separates from the side rails! Even the bolts came through the wood! Contacted Coleman for replacement. Manufacturer Warranty was only 90 days ( i figured it would not be covered) but thought Coleman's would help obtain suitable replacement pieces. Coleman's help: find a local furniture doctor. So they think repairing a clearly weak piece of wood will be satisfactory? So much for helpful customer service. My advice- stay local and stay away from this company at all costs! Their customer service was abysmal, and the quality of furniture we received was mediocre and dangerous!
