I purchased two of Monaco Pearl White Leather Arm chairs. These chairs are classy and comfortable. My husband made a joke saying " I have to change my pants to sit down here" and said "pricey but worthy enough to call His and Hers chairs". The height of arm rest and back are the same and I did not know that this design added more comfort to the function (sitting). Service was great also.

We bought 2 sets (4) counter stools from Coleman Furniture. They're beautiful and match the description as stated on the website. The shipping was done in time. Got lots of compliment for the stools. Order ID: *******

I ordered a couch from Coleman's. I found the one that I really like so i called the provided number. Spoke with a very helpful service agent and she answered all my questions and was extremely nice. I placed the order and a couple days later received a call from the delivery company asking what day would be best to drop it off.
We selected a day and sure enough, they showed up on time. Unwrapped the couch and brought it in. They even set it up for me. I would definitely recommended Coleman's to anyone!

We went to a lot of different sites to find the perfect bedroom set for my 8 y/o daughter. We were looking for something in between ages, not for little ones but what she could also used until she became a teenager. This white bed set came in great quality for the price. The details were very nice although the bed was a tad longer than what we anticipated even after getting the measurement. In our opinion, it just fit perfectly in her room. It was free shipping and assembly included. Although the delivery guys assembled the bed wrong (they installed the wood brackets on the lower part of the bed instead of the first top part making it look like it needs a box spring), it was not a big deal and my husband and I just fixed it ourselves. Don't get me wrong, very nice guys, I guess they just overlooked at the manual or something. Anyways, main point is very nice quality for the price we paid.

I ordered my sofa and was thinking it was going to take a while but no delivered in 3 weeks! The material is amazing and delivery was spot on too with the white glove delivery, definitely will buy more furniture from this place, & yes it's legit, I was wondering the same thing. Hope this helps someone with making the decision.

I had two sofa tables shipped to me Both came damaged Coleman offered me $50 to just keep them. I paid over $500 for each table You don't spend that kind of money and get $25 off each to have a damaged product.
So I had to spend the time packing them up and waiting for the FedEx guy to come. The good news is Coleman did do a good job getting new tables out to me quickly.

However now both of these tables have came damaged... I'm not sure you can trust ordering furniture online. It is a complete pain to have to pack these back up and take a day off of work to be there when the Fed ex guy comes. I would expect a lot more after paying this much!

I am actually flabbergasted. In a world where it feels like nothing is done properly the first time… I've been blown away by Coleman Furniture! I was searching for a luxurious and affordable sectional sofa online and just happened upon them. I'm sure you're like me and expect to be disappointed when dealing with a new-to-you merchant via the Internet. That was the ANTITHESIS of my experience with CF! These folks are just spectacular. Their communication and detailed updates were beautifully done, diligently timed and very much appreciated. In fact, CF was careful to "under promise" and my sofa arrived weeks early and in absolutely perfect condition. The fact that they included white glove service with the delivery really separates them from the pack - talk about VALUE! This is by far the best deal for good quality furniture! It's exactly the same furniture in the store but at a cheaper price! Typical go online make the purchase of the exact item you want! They keep you up to date as to when the arrival will be. Once delivered it's carried in a an put together! Even better than what i saw in the store! It's comfortable and looks amazing in the house!

Just what I wanted! This is a nice-sized center; not bulky and overbearing as some are, and we have 10-ft ceilings. Color is a nice, cool, medium gray. It shipped very quickly and was installed between 2-3 weeks as promised. Price was $400 less than on another website I shopped. Coleman updated me and explained what to expect. This was a good experience.

I ordered my couches in early January and now it is the middle of December. The latest update is that they will ship next June. I am not holding my breath. They also informed me the five year warranty I purchased started 5 months ago... what a joke.

I ordered a recliner for my nursery and received it on the expected delivery date. I didn't actually open the box until weeks later when were ready to set up our nursery.
Upon opening and putting together the recliner we noticed the underside of the recliner has broken off pieces of wood and looks like the fabric was stapled back to the wood unevenly. As much as I paid for this recliner, it's truly unfortunate to see this is how it was delivered.

The price I found at Coleman was several hundred dollars less than what I would have paid at the local military exchange for the EXACT same furniture. The white glove delivery (included in the purchase price) was seamless and the appointment setup was simple. I was even given an additional $100 off my purchase at checkout. Coleman is now my go-to for any future furniture purchases.

We absolutely love our new sectional and ottoman. They look great and are good quality. The order process was extremely easy and smooth. I got emails all along the way letting me know what to expect. Delivery was great too.

The shopping experience overall was excellent from ordering to delivery. The price was very competitive and included white glove service and warranty which meant a lot to me. I'm always nervous about ordering furniture online, but this cherry blossom chest is a very fine piece. The front is really lovely and the wood on both sides has a very nice grain. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase!

I have never ordered from this company before, but was pleasantly surprised. I was looking for storage furniture for my new office and found this unique bureau. I wondered how the delivery process would work with such a large piece of furniture, but it all went really well. The was also impressed with how the furniture was packed and wrapped. I don't think there was any way that this bureau could have become damaged in transport, unless it fell off a truck on the highway. It was very impressive and took a lot of time to undo. The bureau looks great and the process was pretty easy. Would definitely buy from Coleman Furniture again!

We purchased two bedroom sets from Coleman Furniture. One of the headboards had the finish flaked off on one side when it was delivered. We submitted all the information requested by Coleman's and the manufacturer agreed to replace the headboard as defective. The only problem is that Coleman's wants to charge us $215 to deliver the replacement headboard. I have been trying for weeks to get this resolved to no avail. It seems absolutely ridiculous to pay an additional $215 on top of the purchase price to get what we paid for when the manufacturer has acknowledged that the item is defective and agreed to replace it. Very dissatisfied and will not order from Coleman's again.

I purchased my first couch from Coleman in 2017 and it was a steal of a deal. Not only that, but the delivery company they used was awesome. The guys went out of their way to squeeze it through a tight spot with no damage. I ordered another couch from them this month, and it was delivered well before estimated, and by the same delivery company (Renegade) who once again had great guys. I will continue to recommend Coleman to friends and use them myself!

I purchased four whiskey barrel bar stools for my basement bar remodel. The pieces were delivered promptly within five days of order and arrived in excellent condition. I was thrilled with the speed of delivery and absolutely love my stools. They look beautiful and seem to be extremely well made.

I am extremely pleased with my Coleman furniture purchase. I was nervous at first about ordering such a large item online without actually sitting on it first. But I took a chance, and I am glad I did. The sectional is beautiful, and we saved almost a $1,000 compared to the same product on other sites. The communication from the delivery company was fantastic also - just all around a great experience and a great purchase - thank you!

My experience with the company was amazing, the table is absolutely beautiful the only issue I have is that crumbs get stuck in the very small cracks and with 4 little little ones at home that happens often.

Amazing variety of entertainment center wall units. Found a very classy one. Website easy to navigate. Lots to see...Fantastic that they not only deliver but assemble and install. It takes some time to get but it's more than worth it. Quality is over the top... Bought a beautiful white entertainment center for about half the price of Wayfair. And a lot less than the other furniture websites. So pleased. Shopping for more pieces to add to my new livingroom.

Beautiful and comfortable patio furniture. Received email next day with information on my order. Delivery team called with delivery times, and one damaged item that would not be delivered and replacement on its way. All went smoothly, as I was nervous about online buying and unseen items, but was a pleasant experience. I did make a call to Coleman's to check on the re-ordered chair situation.
