Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.

From the beginning I was thinking I had a great deal. When I got my furniture the delivery guys were amazing. Upon inspection I noticed the electronics on the powered sofa were not working properly so it was written on the invoice. I looked for major defects such as tears and scratches during delivery, I didn't go thru with a microscope cause delivery guy told me I had five days to go through furniture and report it. On the third day I noticed some minor imperfections such as a part of the leather couch that looked like it had older leather than the rest of the couch and one crack on chest of bedroom set and a few areas of discoloration and few scratches. So I contacted Customer service to report issue and they said leather looked normal and wanted to
Give me a $100 credit to find my own repair person to fix all these issues. They stated I should have had this written during delivery. Well let's see we are human and when we get something new we get excited and may overlook a few things. So I went to Ashley and showed them the pics and they said the leather wasn't normal and should be replaced or repaired. Thinking that Coleman furniture would stand by their products I guess I was wrong. Most horrible customer service ever. They are leaving me in the dark to fend for myself. I truly believe they sell refurbished or Defective furniture. Cause if it were new like they claim it to be I wouldn't have old looking leather on my couch and the electronics on my power leather sofa would be working properly. Go they would stand by their products and keep the customer happy. Unfortunately Coleman furniture doesn't not. I spent $5000 and I'm being treated like I bought from the 99 cent store. I will never buy at Coleman furniture ever again. I would rather spend a little more to get treated like a human being not like a dog. Funny I just read several reviews that people had the same issues as me. Stand by your product send your own technicians to repair issues just like rooms to go, Ashley and many other REAL FURNITURE stores would. Next I'm rating on BBB. I called several times and no one seems to want to help the right way.

The website was easy enough to navigate but I was a little disappointed that I couldn't choose another fabric color other than the beige fabric.
Coleman Furniture has the best prices for furniture. I saved $469 on the exact furniture I was about to purchase at Ashley Furniture Store.
Love the selection and prices. The website randomly logged me out, I couldn't find a way to save things to my wishlist.
Was between two sectionals for my living room the one from another furniture place stated it would be 2-3 weeks for delivery which we thought was a little longer than we liked and we liked the sectional from Coleman a little bit better. Boy did we make a big mistake after I ordered I received an email saying it will take 6-7 weeks to be delivered. On May 18th we received an email saying it will be delivered in 4-5 weeks another email on May 21 saying there are delays but since we ordered when we did we would not ya e any issues. A final email came on May 29 saying our couch will we delivered to them for inspection by June 15 and delivered to us 4-5 weeks later. Well these where both big lies because one we were not safe because the time we ordered and two our coach was not gonna be at the warehouse on the 15. I contacted them to see what was going on since it is now 4 days passed the date it was supposed to be at the warehouse well they inform me it will be shipped in 2-3 weeks. WHAT. So we went from 6-7 weeks(which is already ridiculous) to 10-11 weeks. Also when I contacted them to let them know this is ridiculous and poor customer service they acted like they don't know what I am talking about.
So please beware if you want your couch at a reasonable date.
6-30-20 And the furniture is set for delivery but the only delivery date is two weeks from today. So when they said it really will be only two more weeks that is a lie. This company is a joke.
7-13-20 - it just gets better I was all prepared to receive my sectional on July 14 I watched the trash people crush my old furniture and was all prepared to get new furniture. Well not even 24 hours notice; Coleman contacts me to let me know my sectional will not be delivered tomorrow because it did not pass inspection WTF! Really so when they say they inspect it before they set up delivery that is a LIE. All LIES! A Joke I can not even believe a company operates like this. So now no furniture and no sign of when we will actually get it. No one is calling us back either. Disgusted
