We love this sectional! We found it at a home store but didn't feel comfortable with the price. After a simple Google search, we stumbled upon Coleman Furniture and found the exact sectional for a lot lower price! Plus shipping was included! The delivery was so smooth and the delivery guys put the item together in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and helpful. We will definitely purchase large furniture items from Coleman again

This is the second time I have ordered from Coleman furniture, the first being several years ago. Both experiences were excellent, the orders were delivered on time and packaged very well. With this most recent order, I thought I had ordered the incorrect pieces for the dining set and customer service was most helpful. Turned out I had ordered correctly after all!:-) Would definitely purchase from Coleman Furniture again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience and great furniture.

I am very upset; I spent 1500 on two new beds for my daughters. Both broke within 3 months. The first one, the foot of the bed cracked; when i called coleman, they had to go back to the manufacturer; after weeks of back and forth they finally sent me a new footboard, but made me pay $50 for shipping!

A few weeks later, the second bed broke- the bottom just collapsed while my daughter was sitting on it. It separated from the side, all of the screws came out. She could've gotten hurt. I made another warranty claim, saying i wanted a refund; they said they can't give me a refund, and i should wait 4-5 days to wait to hear from the manufacturer. Worst Furniture company in the world. Do not stand behind their product, and my daughter is now sleeping on a mattress on the floor after i spent 1500 on beds. VERY ANGRY! WORST COMPANY EVER!

Been waiting over 6 months every month the delivery date changes additionally for 5 months the payments for affirm said processing now im being billed made 2 payments and NO furniture. Sent 2 emails with no response. I will update review after I have some clarification.

Coleman furniture is a scam! Be careful with any purchase you make on their website. I ordered a set of two chairs in cherry finish and what I received was yellowish color with black edges and black spots from improper staining. The quality of items and services are poor and is a hazard to return the items. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

They sent me a broken bed. Refused to replace the part for months. Now refuse to take the bed back. Read their T&C. They say you can only return if the box is unopened AND you have to pay to ship it back which would cost more than the purchase price. AVOID at all costs!

I purchased a chair from a local store. I wanted a second chair but they told me they couldn't get it for me. So I came home and searched the chair. I found Coleman Furniture and the chair. Ordered it and now i have the set. When I had questions they were answered in a timely manner.

I am so upset with this company as I have purchased a $2,400 outside furniture set and there was a missing back cushion on delivery. I reached out to the delivery service and Coleman Furniture and they did not do anything about it. I would not recommend them at all if you are looking at buying furniture. If something is missing in your order, they will not replace it!

We received it on time, delivery was careful and efficient, however I wouldn't recommend the desk. The top isn't finished well. There are gaps and bowing between the leather inlay and wood. I'm embarrassed I bought it for my husband for Christmas.

I love my new entertainment center. It looks fantastic and the order process and delivery were just as great. I ordered online and it was being shipped from many states away, so I was a little nervous if the cabinet would be as nice as I was hoping. I had no need to worry. It is beautiful, great quality and fits my wall perfectly. The delivery guys were friendly and respectful. They were very good about being careful and tidy. One of the cabinets door magnets doesn't work as well, but I haven't reached out to the company about that yet. I would totally order from this company again.

I was very impressed with the fast shipping and service provided by Coleman Furniture. I purchased four counter stools and immediately received a shipping notification within the same day. I was also reached out by customer support to see if I wanted to purchase a warranty which I thought was nice (although I did not purchase). The product arrived unscathed and I was very happy with how the stools look assembled. Would definitely consider purchasing another product from Coleman Furniture!

Very pleased with this purchase! The entertainment center is beautiful, exactly as pictured on the site. I was looking for something wide enough to fit our new 70" tv. TV fits perfectly lengthwise, the only small issue ended up being with the height. Had to leave the feet off the center stand in order for it to fit, but worked out perfectly.

Prices were great, services better than in-store for the same pieces. Delivery was quick and easy. I feel well taken care of.

Love this sectional sofa! Large and super comfortable. I was nervous to buy a sofa without being able to sit on it first but I am so happy with the final result. The color and fabric are true to the pictures on the website. Was initially a little worried as they said it may take up to 6 weeks to receive the order but from the time I clicked buy, to the time it was in my house only took 3 weeks! The white glove delivery service was amazing also as they were professional and fast. I will definitely be purchasing from Coleman Furniture again for future furniture needs.

My order was exactly as described, was 50% less expensive than competitors and arrived 3 weeks earlier than expected! A great experience from start to finish. I would recommend Coleman to anyone looking to purchase new furniture.

I like that I was alerted well ahead of delivery and the truck arrived when they said. They were professional and caring about the setup and I now feel like I'm living in a new house. There would be no question of me doing business with Coleman again as I am extremely happy with my new furniture.

Have been waiting on my entertainment center for over a month. I finally got a delivery date - 10/19 - only to get a call the day before saying the delivery was canceled because they spotted "minor issues" with it during inspection. They didn't tell me what the issues are, nor did they give me a new delivery date. I have never in my life waited this long for a piece of furniture. Do NOT order from here.

This thing is gorgeous and also huge! It's perfect for our basement and is also really comfortable. I may kick myself for getting a white couch but it looks like the pillow covers all come off and it should be pretty easy to wash. Super happy with our purchase.

Lovely couch. I have been looking for an affordable bench cushion sofa for a while now. It is simple and clean looking, fabric is really nice, not scratchy at all. Very comfortable. Not a huge sofa, but can fit three people easily.

Yes love my furniture. Took quite awhile to get it,but worth it. To me every step of the way means going to let you know every step. I had to ask several times status. Pretty much only complaint. Delivery and set up good.

I ordered a kitchen island and two stools. It took a few weeks for the order to arrive. I received a text to contact the delivery service and schedule a delivery date and time, which I did. Delivery was prompt, efficient, and I am very happy with my purchase.

It does not fit correctly together. The delivery team put shims under it and told me it is due to my floor being unlevel. I was left to try and fit it together by myself and still waiting until I get assistance to complete the job.

I found 7 pieces dining room set and buffet on another site and fell in live with it. Accidentally found the same set on Coleman and... was absolutely astonished with the price! Immediately bought and very happy that I had done it with Coleman. Furniture was delivered within 2 hours window as promised. It was assembled very quick and accurate.
I am very impressed with the whole experience dealing with customer service and service in general. Thanks a lot Coleman for great furniture and awesome service.
My apartment is still under construction so we just wrapped up our furniture. Therefore I cannot attach pictures, but will do soon.
