Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
We have been looking to buy this entertainment system for a why'll and this is a great deal.

I wouldn't even give this company one star if I didn't have to. I ordered a bedroom set from them. I was told it would take about 3-4 weeks to arrive. After waiting over 2 months for it to come in, the headboard was broken. They ended up still sending me the broken headboard as my temporary headboard until my new one would come in. The furniture was not as described or pictured like on the website. It was very cheap looking. It looked like someone hand painted the wood very messy. It was very small like child size, and had a bunch of knicks and dents in it, along with the shattered mirrored headboard. It wasn't even remotely close to what was described or pictured on the website. My mistake for ordering offline without seeing it I guess. I immediately sent it back with the delivery company upon delivery because I was so upset at what I received, especially after waiting so long and spending over $1000 on it. It was a hassle trying to get a refund from them. You would think they would have waived either the return or shipping fee after the 2 months or so that I waited for this to come in and for all the inconvienence they put me through. Instead, they took out $300 from my return for "return and shipping fees." The customer service was always extremely rude and the lady Lori who was assigned to my order never would return my calls or emails. She was of no help. I dont know how she even keeps her job because she didnt do anything for me as an account specialist. When I spoke to Ciara and Sheri to complain about my order and get a refund they were both also very rude and hung up on me. Very unprofessional all around. I will make sure that it is known and so that someone else does not go through the nightmare that I had to go through. Dont waste your time or money here! You will be very disappointed!

Coleman furniture has been the worst buying experience of my life and that is saying a lot after Art Van ripped us off for $1000 worth of product never received due to their abrupt closure. I purchased an entire bedroom set in July 2020. This is now 7 months later with no bedroom set. I have continually received "updates" that my furniture is delayed and will be an additional 2-6 weekend depending on the email. I was never informed that my order was back ordered, just that there were manufacturer delays. I assumed these were mild delays at first due to covid, which is understandable. I have contacted Coleman furniture many times and all they can say is that it's the manufacturer delay and they have no control over this, yet they refuse to give me any contact information for the manufacturer. After months of these delays, our card was officially charged in January, which I confirmed with a Coleman employee meant that our product was ready for shipment (this information is also on their FAQ page). I was assured by this employee that our furniture was scheduled to ship 2/2/21. When I did not get a shipping notification, I then contacted the company again on 2/3/21 and was told they had reached out to the manufacturer and our order was "ready and currently loading for shipment and was expected to ship out early the next week". I then contacted the company 2/9/21 (early the next week) to get a specific date that our order would be shipping and was told that they had reached out to the manufacturer again and "per them, the bed, nightstand and chest will be available 2/11, while the dresser would be available 2/14 and that all items would be shipped together on 2/14". I was then updated on 2/12/21 that "We have reached out to the manufacturer and as per the latest update your order is expected to ship early March. Unfortunately, as of the moment the manufacturer is unable to ship due to parts unavailability." Which is infuriating because I had already been told that my order was ready and being loaded for shipment so that was a flat out lie because now they are saying that they are still waiting on parts. Which they should not be at all since they already charged me card, which is only supposed to happen when the order is ready for shipment! This is per their own website information! So I'm left with continuing misinformation and no accountability, just hoping that I can finally get my order that I have paid for.
