My bedside table was well packed and shipped quickly. A good piece of furniture that is not cheaply made. My order number was *******. I did the whole transaction online and there were no glitches. I'm not computer savvy so I was surprised how easy it was. I'll buy from them again.

I'm thinking about buying the matching high boy chest.

I am so pleased with the purchase from start to finish. This was the first time I had bought furniture online sight unseen other than pictures. I love the wall unit. It just transformed by living room. Quality is exceptional. I can't emphasize enough how efficient the delivery service was. They contacted me by phone, email and text message on multiple occasions to keep me updated. It truly was white glove assembly, and they took great care during assembly.

I will never order from this furniture store again!
Add weight almost 4 weeks to get my dresser after they said there was a Defect in it then I got it and it was cracked and they refused to take It back they want to give me $75 you get a fixed. But they claim on their website that they want their klupssel customers to be 100% satisfied! Worst place I've ever had to deal with when they drop off your furniture their employees don't even put anything over their shoes and track mud all over your carpeting they slam the furniture down and don't care if they break it! I would never order from this company!

I ordered dining chairs. Prices seemed good and the chairs look nice but disappointed in the quality of furniture. Basically you get what you pay for. Also when ordering a set of chairs I initially entered 3 because it came in sets of two but somehow the quantity changed to 6 at checkout and I thought they were counting individual chairs so I went ahead with purchase. I should have been more careful with the amount I was being charged because I ended up receiving double the number of chairs that I wanted and they refused a refund. So buyer beware of exactly what you're ordering because if something goes wrong you'll never get your money back!

I almost dropped to four stars, because it kept rejecting the phone number field until I removed the dashes. Your site should tell what format you want or accept all phone formats. Just a suggestion.

Customer service was helpful and kept us informed. The piece was damaged in shipping and instead of shipping it to us they replaced it as fast as they could - always keeping us up to date. Delivery team was professional and friendly.

I ordered the bedroom set and 10 days later still no idea on when and if it will be made. Waited numerous times on the phone for 45 plus minutes and could never get a response. Be very wary of buying anything from Coleman Furniture.

They offer a great variety of product, at much better prices than other companies. Shopping online was very easy and customer service was more than willing to help with any questions. We even changed up some items in our order after we initially placed it and they made those accommodations without any problems. Prices were much more of a bargain than I could find the same furniture anywhere else. I will use them for future furniture purchases and have recommended them to others.

Customer service representative asked for lots of information on sectional item numbers but asked me to do all of the leg work with no work on customer service end.

I called and called for a week everyday trying to get some info on a few pieces of furniture.staying on hold for 30 min or more each time and finally got someone 2 times but she was no help really just rushing me off the phone and then hung up before I could even ask questions I had . I did purchase online and hope I made the right choice since your customer service was no help at all.

I was skeptical about buying a couch online never having seen or testing it out first but this sectional is awesome! The gray color will go with just about any decor, and it's super comfy, a good size, and looks more expensive than it was. The texture of the fabric is really nice, not gaudy at all like the fabric couches that I grew up with. I love the pillows it comes with, too. We have had it for over a month now and its held up so far. Would highly recommend!

Lovely series overall. I kid you not we own the entertainment wall, coffee table, dining room set and bedroom set. I know it's a bit over the top that all our pieces match perfectly but it gives our home such a nice university matching look.

Table and chairs came. We opted for a wood back chair as it seems like it will be easier to clean than those upholstered models. It also was slightly cheaper. Our experience with the delivery service was a positive one.

Shipped fast! Coleman Furniture had the best price I could find for the very same item from many other websites! The tables were a little darker in color than they appeared in the photos, but we are keeping them anyway.

Great timing for the office set to show up prior to our final quarter. It gave a fresh start to hopefully close out 2015 on a positive side. It's in these few months that we usually move into the green and I am happy o do it in style.

Easy to navigate, available resources (Affirm) easily accessible, the overall process was intuitive.

At this point in my customer journey there has been very little communication regarding shipping date and how the process works. If I were to critique the experience this would be a something I want to be certain of before purchasing a product of this kind (size, price, etc).

I absolutely love my tv console- it's exactly what I was looking for! This is my first purchase from Coleman, and I was very impressed with their service from start to finish. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and delivery was easy and on time. Highly recommend them.

Like other reviewers here, I am totally disappointed with Coleman Furniture. Expect extreme long delays in delivery and ridiculous customer service experience. This was my first order (and still trying to clean up the mess) and will be the last. Just wanted to warn others. Do NOT bother doing business with this company.

The reason I ordered from Coleman (my first order from the company) is somewhat lower price and the promise of reasonably fast ( 2 to 4 weeks) white glove delivery. In practice, things are very different. This is week 11, and I am still waiting. Customer service can't provide a delivery ETA and won't cancel the order and provide refund (unless you pay 15% restocking fee). I ended up disputing the transaction with my credit card.

I ordered dining room chairs in white to match a new table. The website offered free assembly upon delivery, that's why I thought I paid premium price. The chairs arrived in 2 big boxes, no assembly. We took hours out of our weekend to assemble all the chairs. Further, they were creme, not white. The return policy said what you see on the website is not necessarily what you get. Further, the chairs are wobbly/one leg on each seems to be a bit longer, but seem to be otherwise nice and well built. I like the furniture but their customer service needs help.

The rep helped me understand the practical difference in which sectional I should pick. The difference is pretty insignificant in our case unless you are adding an armless chair unit. We didn't so went with the one that was not on back order. The order came a little under 3 weeks from the date of purchase.
