Coleman Furniture

We love the furniture we purchased from Coleman, however, the delivery service was less than desirable. The two young men who delivered the furniture did not seem to possess any common sense or the ability to determine right from wrong. We ordered a 6-pc. Sectional so there was lots of packing materials to be disposed of, including a lot of foam pieces. Instead of bringing a trash bag into the house to dispose of the packing materials they decided to carry as much as they could through the front door. This decision led to them opening up the front door on our brand new house with their feet, leaving dirt marks on the door and peeling off some of the paint. It also left tiny foam pieces everywhere as they pushed pieces larger than the door frame out the door, so that it broke into more pieces and left bits everywhere.

The delivery was on time and once the delivery team arrived at the house it was a very quick setup. Only thing is I missed that one piece (dresser) was defective. The unit itself was built with a sliding door not level. There is a noticeable gap when the sliding door is closed that can't level with the opening. I sent pictures and a video of the issue but was told I need to fix on my own but will be reimbursed. Unfortunately I haven't found a company able to fix, as the two that saw the issue said I would be better off with a new piece.

The feathers poke through really bad and I consistently feel pokes but the coach is beautiful otherwise. I love the coach and the color but wish the features did poke through. One scratched my son so bad he bled. Wish I would have done more research of this was kid friendly.

Took about 6 weeks to get, no follow-up to advise of delays. Product is about a 8/10 - one top of drawer chip, one veneer piece that surrounds desk edge is loose, had to fix the middle drawer from not being able to push it in, I had to remove it, adjust the rails, grease it and work with it for about 30 minutes to get it to work right.

I finally received my coffee tables.they are beautiful and I'm very happy with them. That being said, getting them not as pleasing. When I ordered them, the deliver date said 2 weeks, to follow, I received delayed delivery date for 1 month after, then another month after, then 3 months after stating the manufacturer wouldn't have to kita to assemble my table.so at that point, I was about to cancel my order I wasn't going to wait 6 months for coffee tables, my rep on the phone was fabulous.and just like that he said he was calling the manufacturer and the next morning I received the email that they were shipped. Needless to say, the tables are beautiful and I'm happy.

The customer service was fabulous, very accommodating.

After starting to pack clothes in my dresser, I realized that one of the drawers is faulty (doesn't open up fully and is touching the drawer on top when closing). Because I signed the delivery was successful, they would not offer any help. I was very disappointed and am just "living with" the annoying problem.

The delivery time frame listed next to our product indicated less than two weeks at time of purchase, when that was not accurate at all. It took six weeks to receive our items.

Basically, there was nothing they really could do after my order was in process to speed up shipping time. It should have been more clear before purchase that the delivery was not going to happen during that time frame.

It didn't say whether my order was placed or not. Nor would it let me push it again. I had to use a different card than I wanted to. Checkout took over 20 minutes.

Overall my experience was ok, except the delivery process. I was given only one day as an option for delivery, I had to have my dad drive an hour to come stay at my house to wait on the couch, because my husband and I both worked the only day they gave me as an option. When I asked for another day, I was told they don't know when they could bring it other than that one day. And if i didn't chose that day I'd have a restocking fee for not receiving my order.

The representative was kind and tried to help, but I think the delivery experience was not so great. I would consider paying more to have more options for delivery with another company

The bedframe was delivered in a timely manner and was nicely packaged. The delivery driver was nice.
My one caveat is that the way the bedframe is built the pieces don't match up properly and you have to force one edge of the frame together. But I don't think Coleman builds this model so that's not an issue on them

At 1st I was nervous,I never order furniture from a web site before. The Company stand by their work, the 3 men who deliver it was above professional. My neighbor saw it, was sick to his stomach. He just bought a bed room set from a poplar Company. He payed more then I did, got less then I got. Even my son-in-law was impress.It was made very very well,I will order again if I need anything for my house.
After 44 years together my husband & I got our 1st completed bedroom set

The 1st set I pick out, I had to change my order. Because I have a California king It need box spring.
So that one didn't work,I need one that has a box spring.So help me pick one that said box spring needed.

Great prices and service. I had to contact Customer Service for a question on delivery. The rep got right back to me and helped me through it. The couch is so so comfortable. Delivery was and set up were great. So happy!

Great products at a great price. They did a great job setting up my table and were very courteous. Took all the empty boxes, etc. Very impressed! I will order again if I ever need to.

Coleman had many different types of reclining sofas to choose from and everything from ordering to delivery was easy and customer-friendly.

Delivery was only 3 weeks from order and delivery was smooth & efficient with experienced guys! We love our new furniture!

The loveseat is larger than I expected. It took some time for the two shipping gentlemen to push it through the doorway but they did it. So glad that the love seat

The couch o ordered is beautiful. It arrived faster than expected. The original receive date provided was 3 weeks later than when received. This was purchased for my husband's loft space. He loves it and it fit into the space well. Very soft and comfortable. So much so he often falls asleep on it for the entire night.

Overall experience was great all around - from order to customer service to delivery… and now to enjoyment. Love this sectional!

Delivery was fast, but there was no one to put the items together like they said there would be, but it was fairly easy to put together.

Built to last furniture and of superior quality. Very heavy which means built of high quality wood and constructed very well.

The couch I ordered was $700 cheaper including the protection plan and is exactly what we wanted. We are so glad we ordered through Coleman. It was a quick and easy process and came in earlier than expected!

I had issues with the local shipping carrier saying they couldn’t deliver for 3 more weeks and I contacted Coleman and they were able to get in touch with the company and get it delivered the following week.

The furniture was great quality and the delivery was good. It took a little bit too long to get the furniture, but everything else was great

I ordered 2 of the Lorraine Dark Gray Drawer Nightstand and 1 Black 36" Console Table. The quality of the nightstands were exceptional, however the color description and photo online were completely wrong. Once I received them, I thought I got the wrong nightstands. They are a literally a dark dusty looking brown color. I was so disappointed. Sadly instead of going through the hassle of trying to return them, I kept them and will put them in the guest bedroom or sell them. The console table, I use an an entryway table. It's nice but honestly something that could have easily came from Walmart for about $200.00. It gets the job done for what I need it for, the price is more than it's worth.
