I recently purchased the Chelsea couch and loveseat and absolutely love the way these complete our living room. We recently redecorated and I wanted a more modern/ bohemian look and these couches are just perfect. I wanted leather but didn't want to spend a fortune. These are definitely high quality for a price that fit my budget. Coleman furniture was great to work with and had great customer service. Would highly recommend!

I placed an order online, received e-mail updates, a phone call verification for delivery, and the delivery team that brought my piece of furniture was exceptional. My 5 star rating is well deserved. This furniture company was excellent to work with, and I highly recommend them!

Great experience! High quality furniture, low prices, and fast, free shipping! I did end up with a small scuff on the corner of my sectional from the moving company, but it was overall a great experience.

I upgraded my current desk with he hutch and the matching file cabinet as well as 2 bookshelves (law office, need space for the books). The biggest plus was that they mounted the hutch for me without me having to pay a dime extra for this service. They quickly put together the rest of the furniture as well and went on their way. Start to finish it took about a half hour.

Obviously the price is excellent. What you don't know is that the gentlemen that delivered the bed were on time, gave plenty of notice - including a final phone call 20 minutes before arrival. The whole experience from ordering, to verifying the size, to delivery were top notch. I will buy from Coleman Furniture again.

I purchased a beautiful navy console table from Coleman Furniture. Customer service is amazing and shipping was fast well. The package arrived ahead of scheduled time and was packed very well. I would definitely purchase again.

I called the 888 number to make sure the pricing and delivery were actually what they showed online. Everything was in order and there really were no extra shipping fees, so i put my order in. Hopefully we receive our sectional without any issues!

I just now made my furniture order, and so far my experience has been pleasurable. I love how you can easily view the details of each piece of furniture. I have a very tight space that I'm filling and needed to know the furniture dimensions. They were all listed in an easy to find place. All my questions were answered right in the furniture listing page. Looking forward to my white glove delivery and set up!

I purchased furniture on Jan 4 2021 but over the past months they have changed my delivery date 5 times. I started off with an April 14 date of delivery to March 30 to April 30 to May 14 and now today I just got a June 24 Delivery. I am tired of hearing that this pandemic has slowed things down. I order other furniture for my home from furniture store that said it would take sometime to deliver because of the pandemic but my furniture from them came in on time. Normally online purchases are pretty good but I guess when it comes to furniture it is not worth it. I am going to cancel my order and hopefully I won't have problems getting my money back.

Delivery date estimated for 8-10 weeks. The furniture set was in stock and it kept on getting delayed with shipment. When speaking to representative it was even further with an estimate total of 4 months. Order cancelled due to not having a committed delivery date. The pandemic mat be a factor which is understandable but it is hard to believe that it would have multiple shipment delays and nearly half a year for furniture to arrive.

No one responds on the instant chat online. Also I feel like the price match is kind of deceiving. Says price match guarantee, but then when you click on the link it as tons of stipulations. I found this piece for $329 at a competitor, but you guys would't price match. I only ordered here because I needed it sooner for me customer. It will play a factor in the future if I decide to order for other of my design clients.

The furniture and the quality is excellent! Overall satisfied but delivery was not as satisfactory. Couldnt get sofa in house left in yard covered. I got off work and called my two boys to come help before it began raining. Well we got the sofa in . With a little more determination the delivery guys could of gotten it in with no damage.

This was my first purchase with Coleman Furniture. I didn't know it takes 4 -6 weeks to get delivery but it was worth the wait. The sofa & loveseat are big in my small space but beautiful and well made.

These chairs are beautifully designed, very sturdy with very firm seating.

My wife found this on-line and loved the desk. It has a hidden keyboard tray and fits her very comfortable. I loved her desk so much that I went out and purchased another one to match our home office. Really nice quality wood and very easy to assemble! I can't wait to set up my new desk.

Coleman doesn't allow you to leave bad reviews. Unfortunately you only see positive. Within a month of having my couch, it was so dirty and stained from dust and then my jeans. This is a $3000 couch. It shouldn't be staining. My hair also stained the couch! It's hard to clean. They offer a warranty and the warranty basically pays for nothing.

The couch was a bad investment and I've had it for just a year. I called Coleman and they did nothing to help me either. The couch itself isn't bad. I should have chosen another color. But be very careful buying anything from them. Also I referred my cousin to them and she purchased some bedroom sets. They didn't deliver the entire set but wanted her to sign for it saying they would deliver the rest later. She just refused to accept the order. I won't recommend this site to anyone else!

So far, I love that I found the exact sectional with a sleeper that I was looking for at such a great price. Even with the 5 year protection plan of $99, my order still came out to over $200 less than any other site had it for. And they gave me a 5% discount which really sealed the deal for me. I can't wait to receive my couch.

I ordered my couch and I was regularly provided with updates on when my order would arrive. It is incredibly hard for me to buy online because I have had very bad experiences but I would absolutely buy again from Coleman. 100% very pleased with the service and so in love with my couch.

The white sleigh bed is absolutely beautiful. Could mot believe how I could purchase a high end bed for the price. Coleman was very attentive to my needs, with feedback and delivery. Good value and good company v

I ordered an Entertainment Center from Coleman Furniture. The ordering process was great. The website is easy to use. Coleman's sent me many emails and texts to let me know what was happening with my order. The delivery was on time and they called to let us know when they were on the way. Overall a great purchasing experience.

Quick. The delivery staff did an excellent job. They were on time, placed the furniture where I needed it and gave me instructions on how to set it up. It was a gift for my daughter who lives in another city. The furniture was simply beautiful. It is exactly as the description says and the picture shows. Thank you.
